We thought it was well laid out, quality kitchen appliances and well equipped for preparing meals if desired. Very clean and comfy for couple/partners. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed coming "home" from each day out. Hosts Sarah and Clay were helpful and knowledgeable about the area and CO in general. Upbeat and interesting hosts.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Plenty of space for two people. Well stocked kitchen, and the host was very pleasant. We have stayed here before, and we hope to stay here again.

Sarah is an amazing host!!! She added many personal touches to the property. The property was easily accessible, clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location. If we ever return to the area, I would like to stay here again.

Great place!

Loved staying here, had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom and shower, quiet, cozy and affordable. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rental!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here during a quick ski weekend. The apartment is super new and nice, extremely quiet, and the hosts have gone above and beyond in countless ways.

Great rental, wonderful hosts. Perfect for us as we stayed 5 nights on a cycling vacation. Great location; just a few minutes to the bike path in a quiet neighborhood, and also just minutes to City Market and restaurants. The apartment was bright and clean, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, cabinets full of dishes/pots and pans and a variety of various dry supplies (yes, spices too), a washer and dryer, and a separate entry room for boots/coats/etc. After unloading in front of apartment, we parked just a few yards away by the driveway. We had a few questions after arriving. Sarah promptly responded to our text, and in a few minutes Clay was over to talk to us. Both are very gracious hosts and the little extra touches were so unexpected!

Beautifully decorated with well equipped kitchen. It was about the same price as a standard local hotel, but since we had a great kitchen, we were able to save money on our meals. Any time we are in town for multiple days, we will try to stay here again.

Cozy and So Comfortable

Such a lovely accommodation! Great location for trail access, well stocked kitchen, lovely living and dining area, huge shower, and very comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more from this super host!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Schoolhouse Apartment; it was immaculately clean, and everything worked exactly as it should. The location was perfect for me, in a neighborhood near the bike path that leads from Glenwood Springs to Aspen, via Carbondale. Sarah was very friendly, though everything was in such good order, that I didn't need to contact her during my stay.

Quiet and comfortable

Really comfortable, well stocked apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Carbondale and Aspen. Host is friendly and helpful. We had a great time skiing and snowboarding and enjoyed having a nice place to come back to and relax in the evenings.

Great Stay with lots of amenities

The Santanski School was a beautiful rental. The place was extremely spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware and spices, there was easy parking, and the place was quiet. I was impressed with the amount of extra amenities: lotion in the bathroom, extra cords for charging devices, and ample amounts of spices. This rental exceeded my expectations and I hope to stay here again whenever I'm back in the area.

Comfortable, clean, and centrally located!

The property was very clean, easy to get to, and Sarah was really friendly and helpful. We planned a bike ride from Carbondale to Aspen, and hopped right on the Rio Grande trail less than a mile from the property. We took the bus back from Aspen, which arrives at the Carbondale Park and Ride, which is also so close to the property. Very great stay!

Modern private ski stay

Super spacious for two. A generously stocked kitchen- thank you! Quick access to skiing. Loved the radiant heat floors. Though abutting the owners home, never heard a sound.
