Viene fornito con una cucina completa, un ampio soggiorno dove accomodarsi o uscire dalla porta principale in un cortile privato con rilassanti viste sulla campagna. Accanto a un vigneto e un'azienda vinicola, a 5 minuti da tutti i servizi, tra cui il parco a tema Wild Waves, il Centro Acquatico, l'ospedale di San Francesco. e l'autostrada I-5. Situato tra l'aeroporto di Seatac (15 miglia) e Tacoma (7 miglia), è un vero paradiso per gli escursionisti. Perfetto per viaggiatori d'affari, infermieri di viaggio, coppie o famiglie.

Quiet and comfortable. A minor suggestion to the owners is to add like a small digital clock on the desk or possibly a wall clock in the living room area. This not a complaint, however. Very amiable host!

My brother and I had an amazing stay here! We had all the privacy we needed, while having the property owners and managers nearby. Filled with all the amenities we needed for our week-long trip. We were also within a comfortable distance to all sites and locations were visiting. Highly recommend staying here, and will absolutely consider staying here again.

Location was perfect, wild waves was the reason for our visit and it was less then a mile. The description says "entire home" but its the bottom portion of owners home. They were very nice but we stay up late and kids are loud so felt like we couldnt enjoy ourselfs as much as u could witb a house to yourself without feeling disrespectful. When we entered the house we found several large spiders and it didnt look very cleaned. The tub was really nasty.

It was a very quick family trip. This is my preferred VRBO when I have travel to Seattle for work. Comfortable, quiet, centrally located and reasonable. The hosts are the best, even though you're in the basement of their home you feel like you have the whole space.

Great location!

Wonderful hosts and great location! My friend and I stayed in this 2 bedroom lower level home for almost 3 weeks. Private access without stairs. The washer and dryer came in very handy! Easy access to I-5 North and South.

This is a wondeful VRBO!!

This was my second stay at this VRBO. Both times the apartment has been clean and well stocked. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and covered in trees and open fields. There is a vineyard next door that you can walk to for a wine tasting. I will be staying there a few times each year to visit my near-by family. You won’t be disappointed.

Spacious and Clean

We had a great time here. It was close to the pool for our swim meet. There was plenty of space for us all. And the communication when I asked if my mom could stay also was quick and kind.

This is an excellent spot to unwind, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet, next door to a winery (with wine tastings) and vineyard. It's within minutes of restaurants, movies, shopping mall, outlet center, Wild Waves Water & Theme Park, parks, Aquatic Center, hospital, Puget Sound, Commencement Bay, International Airport, Tacoma and only 1/2 hr away from Seattle!
