Birthday celebration weekend with my granddaughter and daughter-in-law was complete with this beautiful apartment. Everything that we needed was there. Spacious, clean and all the amenities. River Street was a ten minute walk. Shopping and restaurants at your fingertips in any direction. Weather was hot outside but the apartment was cool. Check out Funky Brunch Cafe right around the corner. I will definitely be back.

As described, nicely appointed, comfortable. Absolutely perfect location, especially for the film festival. Had everything we needed, though would recommend at least one more roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Be prepared for two big flights of stairs (we were, so not an issue).

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the home was as described—nicely appointed, comfortable, and in a perfect location for the film festival. Appreciate the note about extra toilet paper and tissues — we’ll add those to our restocking list. Thanks for the heads-up about the two flights of stairs; glad that wasn’t an issue. We’d love to host you again at Lucky Savannah! — The Lucky Team

The apartment was ok. Perfect location. My only issue is that it is located on the 3rd floor and the building in that area was not clean.

Thank you for your review and the four-star rating. I’m glad the location worked well for you. I’m sorry the third-floor access and the building cleanliness in that area fell short — we appreciate the heads-up and will address these items. If there’s anything we could have done to make your stay five stars, please let us know through Vrbo messages so we can address it. Great location, great price, clean and safe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the price and location of this unit! Spacious enough for relaxing after walking miles and miles each day but not so spacious that I'm paying for things I don't need. Check-in and check-out were easy, property owners were communicative, and amenities were well-stocked/supplied. We will be staying here again!

Location is great. Cute place, very clean. Only a few things for feedback- Bed was uncomfy, you cannot see outside really so it felt a little claustrophobic, and parking is tough.

Cute apartment in excellent location

My husband and I stayed for a week while my daughter and her friend attended a summer program at SCAD. The apartment was absolutely perfect and everything we needed. There is a park right in front where we could walk our dog. We were close and in walking distance to everything. The property management takes good care of the apartment and we were supplied with clean sheets, towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.

Little excercise due to 2 flights to stairs

Property was nice and really close to shopping and restaurants. Great location. I didn’t like climbing or stairs to rooms.
