This property was a short walk to the Gare du Nord train station making it ideal for travelling to all of the major tourist attractions either by overground or metro train. The accommodation itself was very homely and had everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. There are also many restaurants in the area if you don’t want to cook.

Great place for 4 adults while visiting Paris! It was very clean and close to the train stations. Marie was very good about replying quickly to our questions, and even allowed an early check in for our luggage, since our train time was changed. I would highly recommend her place for anyone visiting Paris.

We had a great experience! The apartment is charming and spacious enough for 4 of us. It looked just like the pictures. The building is very secure.The location is great, just a few minutes from the Metro. Everything went smoothly and the host was very communicative. I highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Check-in was easy and Marie quickly responded to the few questions we had. The beds were comfortable. During the day we heard some normal neighborhood noises, which is typical in Paris and part of its charm. At night it was unbelievably quiet! The apartment is also conveniently located near several metro stops and Gare du Nord, which made it very easy to see all of Paris!

Accommodations with character

My family had a great time here. This residence was conveniently located a few blocks from Gare du Nordé. The interior of the apartment was beautiful and comfortable.

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was close to the Metro and was in a very diverse neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and had a lot of character. Our host was very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment

Great spot for a Paris vacation

We like to be in this area, near transport and Montmarte. Apartment is clean and cozy and host is very helpful. She has great tips for food and jazz. Checking in was easy and well described in the instructions.

Good place to stay in Paris

First floor apartment with easy short walk to 3 metro stations. Lovely accomodation with antique furniture to suit the old building, with a modern kitchen and shower room. Excellent shower. Good bakery and supermarket very close and we enjoyed Bharath and Arpeggio restaurants.

Lovely flat with responsive owner a short walk from northeast train stations. Very convenient for Eurostar.

Returning to this beautiful apartment each evening was a highlight of our family stay in Paris. We enjoyed the quiet, comfortable apartment in the vibrant neighborhood, well connected to the rest of the city by metro La Chapelle (closest), metro Louis Blanc (most calm), and Gare du Nord (easy CDG transfer). Marie was easy to reach, kind, and efficient with communication. She provided clear check in instructions and a helpful guide to the neighborhood. Excellent stay, would highly recommend.

Short stay

My family spent four nights at Marie’s apartment in Paris. The size and two bedrooms suited our family. We also like to self cater some meals and the kitchen was well appointed - just no oven (cooktop only).

Paris apartment with a piano.

Lovely property in a rather lively area with very multicultural population. Clean and very secure apartment with all the amenities you may need while away from home. Could not ask for anything better.

Excellent and perfectly clean Apartment

Very nice apartment! We Really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing we did not Like so much were some aspects of the street life in rue Louis Blanc and around Place La Chapelle: much too much waste and litter on the sideways and in the streets and so many men selling untaxed cigarettes or just hanging out on the streets..

Merci d'avoir laissé 5 étoiles malgré votre mauvaise expérience du quartier. C'est pourquoi je conseille toujours de prendre le métro à la station Louis Blanc, qui est plus tranquille. Le service de propreté de la Mairie de Paris passe 3 à 5 fois par jour. Les vendeurs de cigarettes ne sont pas dangereux. Mais je comprends votre commentaire. A bientôt j'espère.

Charming Apartment

Nice roomy apartment, well appointed, and very comfortable for three or four people. A very nice Boulanger was on the corner and made it easy to get fresh croissants every morning. It took us a few days to find our way about, but when we did it was very convenient.
