We had a wonderful trip to Colorado for a wedding. The house was spectacular and we really enjoyed being able to sit outside overlooking eagle river.We enjoyed all of the amenities that were available at the house, although did not have time to go out and ride bikes. We definitely want to come back here sometime soon.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your property was perfect—quiet, right on the beautiful Eagle River, and convenient to everything. We enjoyed walking along the river into Edwards for coffee, riding the bikes, sitting outside, and using the hot tub.Your instructions were crystal clear, and the home provided a fantastic setup for our family during the wedding weekend. It is a wonderful place to stay in any season, and we loved being able to walk to all the Edwards restaurants and shops.We had a fabulous time and would give the stay 50 stars if we could! Book this place!!!

Absolutely loved this place. We had 4 couples celebrating a birthday and the house was perfect for the event. Well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. Our host was super easy to work with. I’d highly recommend this property if you need a large space. Loved the dining room - the perfect place to eat and play games in the evenings. The house was super clean and exceeded our expectations.

Really enjoyed this house. Lower level had a bedroom, living room 2 bathrooms, half-kitchen and pool table as a bonus! Hot tub was great. House is so well appointed - everything you need. Our large group of 11 were comfortable and really enjoyed a week there!

Wow! Truly a great stay. A beautiful home with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities. Also plently of parking - all in a scenic setting and convenient location. Kathy, our host was very gracious and very prompt in communicating with us. Book it! - you can't go wrong.

Perfect Winter Vacay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was easily accessible, provided many amenities and was very spacious. The home owner was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we did!

Great home - big, comfortable and well appointed. Excellent location - 1 mile from the Arrowhead/Beaver Creek ski area. Perfect host - pleasant, professional and available. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay at Kathy’s home. The layout is very comfortable and worked well for our group, and the waterfront setting is beautiful and peaceful. The cul-de-sac location made it especially quiet and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the dining table was a great size for meals together, and the hot tub was excellent after a day out. The closets were nice and roomy, and the robes in the closets were a thoughtful touch.A few of the sheets show some wear and may be ready for a refresh soon, but overall the home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to return in the future.
