River Ranch è una casa unifamiliare, con quasi 4500 piedi quadrati di bel soggiorno immerso accanto al fiume Aquila! Situato nella 'Ultimate Mountain parco giochi' della Vail Valley!

Immaginate di pesca a mosca a destra fuori dalla porta posteriore! Le pendici di Arrowhead possono essere viste mentre vi godete la vista dall'ampio ponte posteriore. Beaver Creek è tra cinque minuti, Vail 15 minuti e Arrowhead 3 minuti. Avrete bisogno di una macchina.

Avrai voglia di dormire con le finestre aperte di notte per ascoltare il fiume in estate. I villeggianti potranno trovare voi stessi al centro delle piste ciclabili e vicino a Beaver Creek e Vail di molti festival estivi e manifestazioni. La bella cittadina di Edwards si trova a 5 minuti e ha molti ristoranti e negozi di lusso.

La nostra casa senza fumo è stata costruita nel 2000 e comprende due camini a gas, moquette in tutte le camere da letto e livello inferiore. I pavimenti in legno duro rivestono l'intero livello principale. 4 camere da letto King sono al piano superiore e 1 camera da letto King al piano inferiore. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato. Il livello principale è tutto per vivere e godersi la vista sul fiume!

C'è una cucina parziale aggiuntivo al piano inferiore con lavello, armadietti e tavolo da cucina. Il tavolo da biliardo e la vasca idromassaggio intratterranno tutti dopo una dura giornata sulle piste, pista ciclabile o fiume! 10 biciclette sono incluse in estate per l'uso dei nostri ospiti. Non è necessario noleggiare biciclette! Vengono forniti anche i caschi.

Ambiente perfetto per riunioni di famiglia, feste di scrapbooking e scappate di sci! Il centro rec Avon si trova nelle vicinanze, che include una piscina coperta e impianto di allenamento!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your property was perfect—quiet, right on the beautiful Eagle River, and convenient to everything. We enjoyed walking along the river into Edwards for coffee, riding the bikes, sitting outside, and using the hot tub.Your instructions were crystal clear, and the home provided a fantastic setup for our family during the wedding weekend. It is a wonderful place to stay in any season, and we loved being able to walk to all the Edwards restaurants and shops.We had a fabulous time and would give the stay 50 stars if we could! Book this place!!!

Absolutely loved this place. We had 4 couples celebrating a birthday and the house was perfect for the event. Well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. Our host was super easy to work with. I’d highly recommend this property if you need a large space. Loved the dining room - the perfect place to eat and play games in the evenings. The house was super clean and exceeded our expectations.

Really enjoyed this house. Lower level had a bedroom, living room 2 bathrooms, half-kitchen and pool table as a bonus! Hot tub was great. House is so well appointed - everything you need. Our large group of 11 were comfortable and really enjoyed a week there!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s home. The layout is very comfortable and worked well for our group, and the waterfront setting is beautiful and peaceful. The cul-de-sac location made it especially quiet and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the dining table was a great size for meals together, and the hot tub was excellent after a day out. The closets were nice and roomy, and the robes in the closets were a thoughtful touch.A few of the sheets show some wear and may be ready for a refresh soon, but overall the home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I plus 4 other couples stayed in February and had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and provided everyone a chance to relax away from home. Since we were a party of 10, it was nice to have a kitchen that worked well for meal preparation and a dining room that sat all of us. We hope to return again!

Our family loves to spend time in the Vail Valley every season of the year. Initially the winter skiing was the huge draw. Now we have learned to love all 4 seasons. Summertime fly fishing and biking are family favorites along with shopping and dining out. Art festivals and farmers markets scatter the valley all year long. We have traveled throughout the US and always love returning to Colorado. My husband grew up in southern Minnesota and I grew up in northern Ohio in a small town called Vermilion, right on Lake Erie. Our midwestern roots make us all the more appreciative of the moderate Colorado weather.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love the town of Edwards. There is so much to offer, world class skiing, golfing and world class shopping and dining! What more could one ask for? The Eagle River allows for kayaking and white water rafting and fly fishing, not to mention the sound of the river that lulls you to sleep in the spring and summertime.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love the river of course and we also love the layout of our home. We have 2 separate living areas on 2 different levels. This is ideal for groups with teenagers that want to play pool or ping pong on the lower level while the adults can entertain on the main level. All our bedrooms have their own baths along with 2 extra half baths! This is key in maintaining some privacy amongst family/friends gatherings.
