This place is a dream! Kara (the owner) was incredibly responsive when I had questions planning our trip. The town is so beautiful, charming and safe. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Be sure to book with CRT surf shop (ask for Juan) if you want to enjoy the surf at Cerritos beach. My daughter is already planning next year’s adventure back to this sweet town.

We loved this place! I stayed with my husband and two teenagers. The beds were really comfy, the cold filtered water was such a treat and the top patio is as amazing as it looks. I have only positive things to say. I would definitely book here again. Can sometimes hear construction from the hill but that is Cerritos and it wasn’t bad.

The place was great. Awesome pool and rooftop patio. Location is good. Only issue we had was a leaking burner on the gas stove that required us to pull out and turn on and off the gas everyday. The gas was turned off when we arrived which indicates this was not a new issue.

Thank you for your review! I wish you would have contacted me directly or our property manager during your stay so we could have remedied this while you were there! There has been a clearly marked “OFF” spot on the dial on the front right burner for a correct setting. Since your review I have contacted the property manager to address this. The condo is very well outfitted and extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace is amazing for watching the sunrise, sunset and whales breaching. The pool area is the perfect place to chill after a busy morning. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. Kara is super communicative and offered lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Amazing sunset views each evening, and sunrises for those that are awake that early. Restaurants close by and literally only steps to the beach or a pool at the bottom of the stairs. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking some rest and relaxation.

Perfect set up. Easy walk to beach, great pool for after.The restaurant next door called Tropico has some of the best tacos around, and has pickleball courts.And for convenience, the onsite restaurant Maya (literally the bottom of the stairs), serves food until 9:30

Had a great stay. The condo is fantastic, you will not be disappointed. Very convenient to everything in Cerritos. I highly recommend this place.

The property and owners were perfection! The views were amazing, beach was a short walk, locals super friendly! Make sure and stop by the local restaurants!

Great place to stay

We LOVED the location! Our condo was comfortable and sufficient. Wish it had been more clear which units had filtered water, although ultimately it was easy to work around. Pool area was great!

great vacation!

We loved the property! Great communication with onsite manager and property owner as well! The roof top deck is amazing as were the ocean view directly from inside the condo. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful view and comfortable condo

The condo is comfortable and has everything we needed. It is a short flat walk to the beach - about 5 minutes. The patio deck is a great feature. You can see most of the surf break from the deck. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect getaway

A spontaneous getaway for my husband’s birthday, and it was perfect. The owners were very helpful considering it was so last minute. The condo had everything we needed and amazing rooftop views. We will definitely be back!

Awesome, just awsome

What a beautiful home to experience Cerritos! The location was perfect for enjoying Cerritos beach. Having the Casa Maya restaurant literally just down stairs was fantastic. We did a family style dinner on the rooftop dining area which was a great way to end our stay. I absolutely would recommend a stay here as we will be returning often!!!!

Awesome place!

We've stayed at several of the units on property, and Casa Sea 1 was the nicest! All the amenities, and well appointed. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach, a great on-site restaurant (Casa Maya), relaxing rooftop deck to watch sunset, bbq, cocktail, or relax. The owner Dara was very helpful, and the property manager, Allison was awesome. Can't wait to return!

We love the condo, always clean, excellent communication with the property manager, the upstairs roof top is my favorite, the most beautiful sunsets for dinner and place to relax or exercise. Also love the provided boogie board, surf board, and beach umbrella, with just a quick walk to the beach!!

No Bad Days

Thank you Kara and Dan for letting us celebrate our 35th Anniversary at this magical place. Grounds were spectacular, beach was a 5 minute walk and enjoyed the local spot (close by) Shakas! Great food, drinks and company. We will definitely come back to your place. We’ve been going to Mexico for years and this was far the best place
