Comfortable and ideal for cozy family cottage filled family holiday sharing and conviviality. La Bella Spiaggia, located in the old Asnelles in the heart of the landing beaches (proximity of Arromanches), has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, garden and terrace.

- On the ground floor -
A large space life Salon & Kitchen of 40 m2 opening onto the garden.
A bathroom consisting of a toilet, double sinks and a double walk in shower.

A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4).
A second small attic bedroom with 1 double bed and ensuite shower room.

- On the second floor -
Access via a narrow staircase, a third attic bedroom with 1 double bed - possibility of conversion into 2 singles. Toilet-sink attached

Outside, an enclosed 150m2 garden, terrace, barbecue ...
A private parking space in front of the house, a free public parking at 50 meters.

Had a very pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of comfortable beds. The bathroom is in excellent condition.

Beautiful, well equipped cottage.

This is a great property in a lovely, peaceful location. It’s really well-located for exploring the area and the d-day landing beaches, and is decorated and equipped to a very high standard. We had a great visit, and may well be back for more!

idyllic central location to all beaches

Property was well stocked with all you need for a weeks stay , only gripe was if you are staying with elderly people the stairs are a bit steep with no hand rails, but overall we had a very pleasant stay ,

Beautiful House

This house in Asnelles is as beautiful as the fotos let you imagine. Everything was fine, we felt very welcome, Asnelles is a cosy small town and we enjoyed walks on the beach.

Normandy Trip

Great property. It has everything you need. Nice garden. Walking distance to the water, bakery and restaurants. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. I hope to visit here again.

Fantastic property as a base to discover Normandy m!

A beautiful and very tastefully renovated house with all amenities provided in a cosy village perfectly situated on the coast. If you are looking to explore the D-day landings this is the perfect base. The landlord was very accommodating and everything worked out smoothly. Highly recommended!

Lovely cottage, full of character and very well-equipped. Superb location, a short walk to Asnelles beach, and a short drive to Arromanches. Bayeaux is also in easy reach by car.Both the owner and managing agent are extremely responsive and helpful.We visited in October so were not able to make use of the secluded garden area, but I think it would be very nice in the sunnier months. We did make good use of the wood-burner which added to the cosy atmosphere in the evenings.All-in-all an outstanding property.

Nice house equipped with all conveniences

We enjoyed the house and garden. The house is fully equipped, with a complete kitchen inventory, and everything is well maintained and attractive. We used the bedroom in the ‘attic’ as the master bedroom, because in the other double bedroom the bed was against the wall, which we didn't find very practical. The staircase to the ‘attic’ is very narrow. All in all, a perfect house for anyone who wants to stay in the D-Day area.

Stay in the Heart of History

We had a perfect stay. The home is charming, well-appointed and stocked. The owner and his house manager Aurore were lovely and very easy to reach with any questions. But the best part of staying in this home is its location. Asnelles is a charming, quiet town but is easily accessible to Bayeux and Arromanches, directly in the heart of D-Day history. But even better, Asnelles is situated in the center of the northern Normandy coast, making it easy to take day trips all the way west to Mont St. Michel or all the east to Honfleurs, Le Havre and Giverney. Wonderful Home and Stay

This cottage was the absolute perfect place for my husband and I and our three children (11, 7, and 2) to explore Normandy. The communication from the owners was excellent, the house was beautiful and exactly as pictured (even better in my opinion), the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was great. Our children loved the bunk room and that it even had a bin full of children's books, among other things that made traveling with kids much easier and more enjoyable. The bedroom window treatments were another bonus that made adjusting to a big time difference much easier on us! They have truly thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and we really hope to return one day!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist toll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen gemütlichen schönen Garten. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man kann von dort zu Fuß, mit dem Rad und dem Auto zu Ausflügen an den Strand, die Natur und den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten starten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Mal wieder perfekt. Wir waren schon vor 9 Jahren in diesem Haus zu Gast. Es war mal wieder alles perfekt. Man sieht, dass das Haus über Jahre in Schuss gehalten wird. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Nett dekoriert, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Der Ort selber, indem das Haus liegt ist extrem ruhig. Wunder schöner Ort, sehr pitoresk jnd nicht überlaufen. Alles in allem, würde wir wieder kommen und können das Haus jederzeit empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferien im perfekten Haus

Wir hatten einen exzellenten Aufenthalt in Gregorys House! Das Ferienhaus war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen geschmackvollen Details ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der persönliche und aufmerksame Concierge-Service – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.Unsere drei Kinder (5, 8 und 10 Jahre alt) hatten genauso viel Freude wie wir. Der sonnige Garten und die große Terrasse waren ein Traum. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – es gibt zwei Kühlschränke, von denen einer ausschließlich für Wein vorgesehen ist. Ein kleines, aber feines Detail, das uns sehr gefallen hat.Wir haben wunderschöne Ostertage in Gregorys House verbracht und können dieses besondere Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Alles bestens

wir waren eine Woche im Cottage, uns fehlte an nichts. Küche, Bäder und Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Asnelles ist eine top Lokation, in der Basse Normandie, um die D-Day-Strände der Landung zu besichtigen. Wir können den Cottage in dieser schönen Gegend uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen
