L'open space riunisce tutti insieme con una grande sala di intrattenimento che presenta un soffitto della cattedrale di 20 piedi, una cucina completamente attrezzata, due ponti esterni e un caminetto a legna. Pareti di finestre offrono splendide viste sulla linea di cresta e molta luce naturale.

La casa comprende una grande suite matrimoniale con un letto queen-size e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio jet e cabina doccia. Una seconda spaziosa camera da letto include un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio. La terza camera da letto è perfetta per i bambini, con un letto a castello e tanto spazio per giocare.

The cabin was perfect for our small group, well stocked and great communication with the owner… We had a huge storm the day we arrived and we’re very happy to see the snow plow. Showed up every morning to clear the driveway… What a luxury! Really enjoyed the stay. Thanks so much!!

Great Cabin and Great Location.

This cabin was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. Everyone had their own space to hang out. Being right down the street from the downhill ski resort was very convenient. We skied in the morning and were able to walk home in the afternoon,have lunch, then go back and ski some more. This was a great benefit as the indoor dining at the resort was closed for the season. Elizabeth, our host was very responsive and accommodating.The Tahoe Donner area is perfect; it is away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Tahoe but very close to downtown Truckee.

Very clean in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house was super clean and very comfortable. Nice separation between living space and bedrooms. (Bedrooms are all next to each other). Very easy to communicate with owner. Really appreciated flexibility with check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, spacious house and near Donner ski resort

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (3 children ages 6, 6, 8). We loved how spacious is was, clean, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, warm and had plenty of books and puzzles for the kids (and adults) to enjoy. The jacuzzi tub was perfect for after skiing and playing in the snow. They had shovels and sleds and we could, easily, snowplay in the back yard. Elizabeth was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out were simple. We skied at Tahoe Donner which is close, but we drove because we have young kids and did not want to walk along the main road. It was convenient to be able to park our car in the garage to avoid having to clean the snow off in the mornings. We loved our stay!

Relaxing cabin in the pines

Beautiful cottage

Amazing place in Truckee with great amenities and cleanliness. Cozy atmosphere with fun board games and fireplace added the beauty to the place. Elizabeth was quick in responding to request and providing all details which helped us in seamlessly traveling and accessing the property.

Wonderful stay

Elizabeth was wonderful and provided us with a few hike recommendations for us and our kids. House was great - beautiful big room and nice bedrooms, very clean, and lots of books and games for the kids. A stone’s throw from Donner ski area and we enjoyed hiking there as well. Horses were not at the stable (perhaps covid related and may change), similarly Pizza on the Hill is under renovation and not yet open. (Although not a criticism of the house - we heard this will open later this summer). That said, we love Donner and enjoyed this house very much. We would have liked to swim at Trout Creek but it sounded like locals got reservation priority (again may change as covid conditions change). It didn’t matter as much, we went to West End beach, and biked too. A great get away!

Perfect for families

This cabin was perfect for my family of 4. My kids were so excited to arrive to kids toys & games in their room. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space bright & open. Would stay again!

Comfortable house, Great Location

We had a great stay at this comfortable and spacious house for our family of 4. There was a great desk set up where I was able to work one day and the house is walking distance from the Tahoe Donner ski resort. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to our questions. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this lovely home.

Very pleased

This property was great, we were very happy with our stay. Many useful additions for a family with small children including kids table, crayons, sleds, outdoor swing, and toys. Great kitchen tools for cooking. So much space! We would definitely stay again and there’s plenty of room for two families.

Dream vacation

We loved the cottage! It was the perfect spot for me & my kids who saw and felt snow for the first time. We got snowed in and the kids had so much fun playing and sledding around the house. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything we needed and more. Elizabeth was great to communicate with and always responded within minutes. We had some issues with the TV and Elizabeth and her husband called us even at night and made sure the issue was solved to our satisfaction. The house is in a great spot - a few minutes to Tahoe Donner and a couple minutes more to Soda Springs. We will definitely be back! We felt like in a fairytale.

Tahoe Donner weekend

We rented this house because it was close to our friends House who were throwing a birthday party For our dear friend . It was perfect! It was Easy to access, super Clean and had everything we needed. We’ll stay here again.

Great, cozy house!

This home was as cozy as advertised! The only thing that could make it better is a hot tub on the deck (hint hint!). Our kids got a solid 3 days at Tahoe Donner - which you can walk to from this house! Beds were comfy, tons of linens, towels, kitchen items, etc. The owner was super responsive to my questions and they left us a bottle of Prosecco on arrival (thank you - consumed!). It was perfect for our family of 5. I'd totally stay here again!!

Amazing access to skiing!

A perfect space for a ski weekend, especially if you and your family plan to ski at Tahoe Donner. Easy access to the hill (you can walk for 2 mins with your gear and catch the shuttle to the ticket counter) large garage to keep your car warm and snow-free, and tons of space for kids to play in the snow. House was comfortable and cozy, kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy.

Wonderful home in Tahoe Donner

We had a fabulous stay in this charming, clean, well appointed home in Donner. The home is spacious and comfortable with plenty of light, lovely views of the woods out back, and a garage for parking the car in the midst of a snowstorm. It is literally down the street from Tahoe Donner (walking distance). We skied at Squaw and the drive was only about 20 minutes at 915 am. Our kids are teenagers now, but I noticed there were plenty of games, puzzles, etc. for younger kids. This home is clearly well cared for and it was a joy to stay here. We hosted our friends for dinner and everyone commented on what a lovely space it is. We would definitely stay again. And thanks to the owners for the bottle of champagne upon arrival!
