Nice stay

Nice apartment, all functioned well with two kids and a toddler. A little bit noisy in the night time due to traffic outside. We missed the sea and beach little bit.

Mid-range; good not great.

This is better described as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a third bed jammed in a small bonus room. Since the bonus room has the windows to the outside for the living room area, the options are either no windows/sun for the living area or no privacy for the “third bedroom” from the living area.Cleanliness was ok but not great. It says there is a maid service. However the maid came once during the five day stay and we had to request the maid return to clean the sinks. The property did not provide cleaning supplies to self clean the areas. We ended up going across the street to buy garbage bags and cleaning supplies.Location was ok. This is our first time in Hua Hin. We did not understand the tide situation. You have to be 2-3 km north of the property to get actual sand during high tide.The property itself was good. The water features turned on from 4-6 pm. The kids really enjoyed the water slide and other features.Overall it was a good but not great stay. I think it is a solid 3 star experience. If you are looking for a good 3 star condo with 2.5 bedrooms, this is a good choice.But if you are looking for a premium 5 star experience, this is not the location for you.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. My Resort Hua Hin is located in one of the most walkable areas in Hua Hin – just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by amazing local spots like Cicada Market, Tamarind Market, and beachfront cafés.

There’s a peaceful, family-friendly vibe here, with plenty of greenery and ocean breeze – yet you’re never far from great food, shopping, or local culture. I especially love walking along the beach in the morning or grabbing a bite at the night market in the evening. Everything feels easy and relaxed – which is exactly what a beach holiday should be.

If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy both quiet mornings and lively evenings, this neighborhood truly has it all.

Unlike typical rentals, this 3-bedroom suite offers:

• Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen-size bed in a compact bedroom.

Please note that the third bedroom is smaller than the other two bedrooms. It was converted from the original enclosed balcony and does not include a built-in wardrobe. It is fully enclosed and air-conditioned.
