Splendida spaziosa casa di trasporto convertita in ottime condizioni che si affaccia su 1/2 acro di parco appartato come proprietà. Molto pulito e luminoso; l'intera casa è stata dipinta di fresco nell'agosto 2018. Il primo piano comprende soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo e bagno di servizio. La spaziosa camera matrimoniale con bagno (doccia e vasca) si trova al secondo piano. Il secondo piano comprende anche altre 2 ampie camere da letto con bagno completo in comune. La camera da letto al terzo piano è uno spazio aperto con il proprio bagno completo. Pavimento in legno in tutta la casa. Sole pieno come la casa ha molte finestre e 7 portefinestre. Parte della ex tenuta Mansion, la Carriage House è stata completamente ristrutturata preservando la muratura originale, le travi, il camino e altri dettagli che ti faranno sentire come tornare al fascino del vecchio mondo. Innegabilmente una casa unica! A pochi passi dal treno. Vicino a negozi, ristoranti, spiaggia, campi da tennis e campi da golf. Inoltre vicino al Glen Cove Mansion. Se siete interessati ad affittare solo la camera, vi prego di contattarmi per tariffe speciali. Vivi generosamente mentre visiti La Grande Mela o esplori la famosa Gold Coast di Long Island!

Great place to enjoy Long Island and NYC

Great place to stay. Location is excellent. My only wish is that the fireplace worked. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

House on secluded lane in Glen Cove

Property manager was friendly and met us at the house when we arrived. She remained accessible during our stay. The house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 4 children with bed sharing by the children. We would stay at the house again.

Beautiful 3 level home in quiet setting

A home that reflects a lot of love. The three levels with all kinds of different areas inspired the kids to want to play hide and seek. Lots of room to spread out on the very spacious leather sofa for a movie in the evening. Host was very gracious, helpful and communicative. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this unique house! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Very warm feeling. The windows ALL AROUND truly bring the beautiful park like backyard indoors. A perfect place to relax! It is very secluded, you would never guess that you are only minutes from restaurants, shopping, banks.. Direct train to NYC in walking distance is another convenience. Really great location. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and the hostess was very accommodating. She walked us through the house and was only a text away it we needed her. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Amazing place to stay!

This place is truly amazing. Huge living room and sofa area for a bunch of friends to hang out, decent private yard for outdoor BBQ, separation dining area, etc. It also has four really nice and large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms to share. The entire house is modern, clean and well decorated. We really had a great time here!!!

Best Homeowner EVER!!

Even with all of the chaos we encountered during our trip (i.e., broken-down RV, delayed trip, hurricane, etc.), Renata was by far the most gracious host we have ever had! From her quick responses and multiple offers to assist us throughout the entire trip, I am so glad we chose this rental. The home comes equipped with everything you need for a lengthy vacation. It has such a peaceful outdoor setting, but beware of the flying insects (spray accordingly if you plan to relax outdoors). Our kids loved the 3rd floor spacious room to play around. There is a connected 1-bedroom apartment, but fortunately it was not rented out during our stay. I do believe our trip would have went much better if we weren't in COVID and hurricane times as there were limited activities and restaurants in the area, but it is a quick drive to the city. Overall, a wonderful and peaceful place to stay provided by the BEST host!.

Renata is an amazing host!

This property is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. It was very well kept and comfortable. Was great for our week-end getaway. AND, Renata went out of her way to get us two things one of my friends left - her computer and her prescription glasses. It was beyond great customer service. I would highly recommend this property and if we are ever in the area again would stay there in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home near LIU! The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The house and its amenities were amazing! It was a great way to gather with our family to enjoy graduation weekend! Will recommend this location to other families that will need it for future LIU festivities.

Charming, lovely, well-appointed house

Six of us were fortunate to spend a weekend at this lovely house for our reunion. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Renata was extremely responsive and helpful. It was on a beautiful property and we were so close to many restaurants and activities but in such a peaceful area. Would highly recommend a stay here!!!

You will love The Gold Coast of Long Island - the original playground of rich and famous! Beautiful winding roads, breathing views of Long Island Sound, charming towns and villages.. Glen Cove and the surrounding areas of Sea Cliff, Locust Valley, Bayville and Oyster Bay have a lot to offer. It is only 30 miles from NYC, accessible by train (which is walking distance from the house) or car under 1 hour. Ideal for family vacations or retreat, even for a single traveler searching solitude as the house has an amazing energy! Large enough to comfortably host group gatherings up to 8 people.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Very quiet and private with park-like backyard, yet very close to the town! In a few minutes you can be sipping coffee at our local Starbucks or walking on the pier at our beach! Did I mention walking distance to the train? Yes, it is so close to everything!

The Carriage House used to be a part of an estate, and has an amazing energy and the old world charm. Even though completely remodeled, we did our best to preserve the original look and details like the original beams and brickwork.
