Questo splendido fascino della città vecchia di Park City offre servizi esclusivi e si trova a pochi passi dalla storica Main Street. La casa dispone di 2.000 piedi quadrati, quattro livelli, tre camere da letto, tre bagni e mezzo e può ospitare comodamente fino a nove persone.

Quando entri nell'ingresso che si trova al livello principale, troverai un'incantevole area salotto, la cucina e la sala da pranzo. Questo livello offre anche un comodo mezzo bagno.

Soggiorno in stile loft: il soggiorno in stile loft si trova al quarto livello, dove troverai un divano letto, un televisore a schermo piatto e un camino a gas caldo. Goditi la vista dal ponte privato con una vasca idromassaggio per sei persone.

Cucina: completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e tutti gli utensili necessari per gustosi pasti e spuntini. Adiacente alla cucina è il ponte sul retro dove potrete godervi i posti a sedere nel patio e un barbecue per i favoriti alla griglia! Great spot in PC!

Perfect location, extremely clean, great setup. This rental was great for our family of 4 staying in Park City for 3 days. A very quick walk down 2 flights to Main St, town lift also walkable.

Pros & Cons of this property

Pros: close to Main Street, fairly close to town lift but either have to walk down hill or uphill, a lot of appliances stocked in the kitchen, personal hot tub. Cons: a lot of stairs, 1 shower was cold majority of our stay, basement bedroom was freezing, deck was not shoveled, garbage was not taken out, hot tub chemicals were very strong, neighborhood was oddly quiet.

Extreme Lack of Honesty

This building's finishes are in utter disrepair throughout the entire house. We have stayed in 15+ VRBO properties and this is the first time we had to write and notify on the lack of honesty from the Seller. The HVAC system doesn't function well enough to heat anything. Every faucet in the house was either dripping or loose. Every lampshade in every room was broken and cracked. The carpet was torn and filthy. In the master bedroom the shower pan has completely failed, grout is missing and filled with black mold. Furniture in the bedrooms was beyond cheap, with broken drawers and water stained surfaces. The blankets were filthy. It was an embarrassment for us and we are going to seek recourse. This facility operator has zero honesty in their marketing. It does not meet the qualifications of a VRBO property, at any price point.

At Park City Rental Properties we do our best to care for our properties and assist our guests the best way possible. This specific guest checked in, stayed for 6 nights and never called our guest services line nor maintenance for any assistance until after checking out. This way PCRP never had the chance to address the complaints while guests were in house. Please note that our team maintains a full time maintenance department. Later on this guest disputed 100% of their charges, basically seeking for a free stay. Had the guest contacted us, all of the biased would have been addressed immediately. Wedding visit

The location can’t be beat! Some of the extra blankets were not clean. There was not a single hand towel or pot holder to be found in the kitchen. When I asked about it I was told they could go buy me one.... not how I would have handled that. I felt as if I would be putting them out. Other than that our stay was great.

Nice, but...very pricey with broken items in house

The house is in a great location in Park City. It was VERY pricey (we had to find a place to stay last minute as our friends ended up not being able to put us up). The description and information we received about the property is that the owners go to great lengths to keep the house nice. When we got there, there was no parking pass as instructed in the kitchen closet. The guest room with a queen bed had a broken cold water faucet which also turned out to be true in the guest room with bunkbeds. Both showers had a heavy stream of water versus an actual "shower." I called the property manager to report this and they said they would call me back and get a parking pass delivered. Nothing. I've been using VRBO for years and this was by far the most expensive with broken items in the house - disappointing
