Questa bellissima 5 camere da letto, 4-1 / 2 bagni è stata costruita nel 2018 ed è decorata professionalmente con tutti i comfort di casa. La spaziosa casa comprende una cucina moderna con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Ci sono posti a sedere da pranzo per 8 e posti a sedere aggiuntivi per 4 al bar per la colazione; includiamo anche un seggiolone per il tuo piccolo da cenare! Tutte le pentole e gli utensili sono forniti per comodità.

Rilassati dopo una lunga giornata nei parchi nella sala riunioni a pianta aperta con 2 divani e un grande televisore a schermo piatto da 50 pollici. Esci sul patio per goderti la tua Splash Pool privata con recinto schermato che ha anche un bagno 1/2.

Great stay in Orlando!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was just as advertised and was very clean. The pool was delightful, beds were comfortable and the kitchen amazing. The distance to Disney was great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Disney friends trip

This house was perfect for our trip. There was plenty room for us to gather together. We also really enjoyed the activities for at the club house. We will definitely be back.

Weekend getaway

Surprise trip to Disney do my wife’s birthday. The house was in a great location, 15-20 min from the Disney parks. The resort looked wonderful, wish we had time to explore it. House was perfect for us, lots of space. Would definitely recommend this for large families.

A home away from home

Family Disney Trip

The home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family trip! The location was excellent, close to all the parks. When the dryer went out during our stay we were afraid they wouldn’t be able to fix it while we were there with it being a holiday. They fixed it right away! The only negative we might have would be that the shower floor is really slippery and there is nothing to hold on to. It is big and beautiful, but we were a bit insecure.

Very nice house and resort!

We loved this property it was very clean and beautiful! Very spacious for a family of eight! The security for this resort was also very prompt at the gates! We had no issues at all! We will have no problem recommending this house and resort to a friend. However, I would recommend having a larger TV in the main living room but otherwise very nice! Thank you to the property management team and cleaning team that made our stay comfortable and hassle less!

Great location and plenty of space

A quick drive to the parks and plenty of necessities near by. Our group of 10 of all ages appreciated this spacious home to relax when we got back from a long day. I’d say all past reviews were accurate about what and was and wasn’t provided. Arrival instructions are also helpful for planning what you’ll need to buy for the home. The only complaint we had was noisy neighbors but only one night was disruptive to our evening. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Found home kitchen to be lacking essential tools ie: dish cloth, dish towel; pot holders; mixing bowls; pots and pans need to be replaced. Very difficult to make a meal for family with limited tools.

Family Vacation Amidst COVID-19

The property was everything we expected it to be, perfect! We would’ve appreciated network stations in the bedrooms. And I discovered on the first day there was no nozzle to turn the shower on in one of the bathrooms. I called Maintenance and they came the next morning to fix it. Lastly, there was a major concern with a neighbor playing loud music late into the night. I called the neighborhood security office after 11P and they resolved it. Great vacation home and experience.

Clean & room for many

This property was very clean and had plenty of room for a large group of any ages. We did not get to use the amentities due to timing and weather. We loved the bathrooms and bedrooms and shared spaces. We did have a cold pool/spa upon arrival that was fixed by management (we paid for this ahead of time). The pool table was not used by us and we did note that the pool sticks were all not in working order. The house is missing some essentials that were mostly outlined in the e-mail, however some other helpful things to know are- kitchen towels, extra blankets/throws, dishwasher detergent, wash cloths. Overall we were all very happy with this property!

Family time with lots of space

Perfect for family teens everyone has space. Only issue was overcharged on payment .system will not release arrival information key password until I overpaid even though I paid in full. The next day it said I owed .50 so went paid the.50 but it only takes amount in dollars. Also, didn't know I had to pay $25 a day for heated hot tub and pool er day would have nice to know before booking. They also don't pick up there phones or return phone calls or emails. Very frustrating when you questions before check in. But overall very comfortable and clean, a very close to Disney parks 20 minutes ...

Vacation stay

We received an arrival email with instructions but it was missing a lot of information. The house was located in a gated community. We had to check in with security upon arrival and they gave us a pass for the car so we could get in/out with no issues. There was no office to check into so we could just go straight to the house when it was time. The neighborhood has a nice pool for our little ones. We hung out at the pool when we arrived while we waited for the house to be ready. The house was ready promptly at 4 PM. The house itself is large but has had some wear and tear the made it feel dingy. We noticed quite a few things were broken (door handle, drawer in kitchen, toilet paper holder, dresser pull) but nothing that impacted our stay. It was a bit dirty, my daughter’s toy slid under the couch and when I got down to get it I saw a used ice cream stick under the couch. And we hadn’t had any ice cream. It was great having a pool for our kids. We used the pool heat but probably didn’t need it. We never received any departure instructions so I’m not sure what the expectations were upon leaving. We set the trash outside (there are no trash cans) and overall cleaned up. Overall, our stay was pleasant, the house could just use some updates and a good deep clean.

Great House But the Emergency Maintenance Issue Needs to be Addressed

The house was great, very spacious and very clean. Two reasons I'm giving only four stars, they are as follows. This property does not provide wash clothes, so plan accordingly. I don't know what they expect you to wash your face with but we made do. The other issue is I had to make an emergency maintenance call one night due to my concern that the pool water was getting very low (got below the first step and the pool jet was exposed, despite my efforts to add water for 4.5 hours the night before). I was transferred to a vmail mailbox and then was told the mailbox was full and could not leave a message. If I had had a personal emergency, i.e., locked out of the house, toilet overflowing, no water, etc, I'm not sure what or who I would have called. When I tried to address this with the property rep the next morning, they provided no response and didn't seem bothered that their emergency maintenance mailbox was full. All in all we had a great time and the house is very nice.

Great stay- family friendly villa and resort

The resort was lovely, well located about 12miles from Disney. The community facilities were great - bar, restaurant, communal pools, gym and shop available. The villa was a perfect size for 9 of us - 4 adults and 5 children. We paid for pool heating which was worth it as the kids weren’t cold once. The beds were really comfy, every room had a TV and it was furnished to a high standard. The villa lacks some amenities, mainly to the kitchen - lack of chopping boards, serving bowls, bakeware, roasting or baking trays. We also lacked towels upon arrival, no where near enough, also no floor towels. I quickly reported this and we did have new towels within 3 hours, along with an iron, teaspoons and oven gloves (also lacking). The cleanliness was 'good' but not great, for example none of the skirting boards had been cleaned, the insides of all of the drawers (for clothes) had never been cleaned out, under and behind beds had not been cleaned (I found a pair of socks, rubbish and crisp packets behind more than one bed. The level and detail of cleaning therefore needs to be addressed by the management company, there are also several maintenance issues regarding light bulbs, toilet roll holders falling off etc. Overall I would recommend the villa though!

Good location but...

So let me start off by saying the house is in a wonderful community, and itself is in general nice. But there are a few things that I do have to note/ warn others about before they get there: 1. There were not enough towels in the house for the amount of people on the reservation. So we had to go out and buy more towels to use while there. There were also no wash cloths or dish towels. 2. The dining table chairs, some of them are very wobbly and unstable so we just didn't use them much if at all because we felt them to be unsafe. 3. Some random man came into the closed in back porch where the pool was one day while one of our adults and 5 children were in the pool and he said he was a pool guy and had to take pictures. So he started to do so while our kids were in the pool, and would not show us identification. 4. Just make sure to take your own cleaning supplies becausee there are no cleaning supplies at all, and you are given one trash bag. Over all it is a good rental, it is just the few things that made it very inconvenient, like not having enough towels per people, and what not! more

The home is everything the pictures portray! Plenty of room and a great location!!! The resort amenities were exceptional! My main complaint is when I called maintenance to fix some issues I never saw or heard back from anyone the whole week. The lights in the family room, laundry room, and foyer areas did not work. One of the bedroom lights was so dim you could barely see anything. The ceiling fan on the back patio near the pool was continuously on and did not have any way to turn off. The temperature while we were at the house was in the upper 50s to mid 60s so it was very uncomfortable to sit under a fan that was on high while our children swam in the pool. The TV in the downstairs bedroom did not work. All of these issues were told to the resort employees early during our stay and were never addressed. Also we have rented from VRBO all over the country for the last 8 years and this was the least stocked home we have ever stayed in: no laundry detergent, no dish soap, no dish towels, only 1 towel and washcloth for each occupant for the week, 1 trash bag, etc. I know the site states that these items are to be brought by the renters but we have never stayed at a location that they did not at least supply a day or two of essentials. I would stay here again but with the knowledge that no essentials are going to be supplied and that maintenance won’t address any issues during my stay. Again great location and resort amenities!!!

Nice home, just a few kinks from the property management.

The house is amazing and new. I think there a few kinks that need to be worked out. A previous review stated construction noise, this is true and a little annoying but it is what it is. The location is great for those traveling to Disney. It’s an easy 10 minute drive. The location is also close to grocery stores, shopping, and many restaurants! The management needs to work on their communication and instructions. I was told the week before our stay I would receive all the information. I had to send an email requesting this information and it wasn’t until the day before we left I had to call to request it. The information states to use the house address in google to get to the property, that doesn’t work. I’m assuming because the area is so new. We had to type in Solara resort to get to the place. We also learned that you have to pay per day to heat the pool, that is not stated on the home away information. It takes 24-48 hours for the heat to kick in so it would have been beneficial to know that in advance. I called for heat on Sunday and left a message. Our pool wasn’t heated until Thursday morning. However, they charged me 5 days of heat. I’m expecting a 2-3 day refund that I was told I would receive. I haven’t seen the credit on my card so I’ll have to call. We also discovered on our own that running the jets speeds up the heat, that was not communicated or stated in the book of instructions. We also couldn’t find the switch for pool lights, it’s not in the book. There are also no large trash or recycle bins in the garage and the book instructs to take the garage out to the curb on Thursday morning. That was not possible to do with no bins. I’ve stayed in many rental homes and they are always provided with garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. We were only provided with the 1 garbage bag in the bin in the kitchen. The kitchen has most of the tools you will need to make your stay convenient. I would only suggest a pizza pan. There is a pizza cutter but no pan. Towels and linens are good. I would stay there again, I just hope they work out the minor kinks we encountered.
