I proprietari non hanno risparmiato spese rinnovando questo condominio da tre a tre camere da letto e tre bagni da cima a fondo! Spaziosa e splendidamente decorata con un elegante arredamento costiero della Florida, questa famosa destinazione per le vacanze offre tocchi di design in tutto. Godetevi il caffè al mattino sulla vostra terrazza con vista sul Golfo, o il vostro balcone privato dalla camera da letto principale. Camera da letto principale si trova al 2 ° livello e ha un letto matrimoniale; camera degli ospiti ha una regina e letti a castello (perfetto per i bambini), mentre la camera degli ospiti al livello principale dispone di una regina. Alla fine di una giornata di sole in spiaggia, c'è l'intrattenimento per tutti con TV a schermo piatto in ogni stanza. Nuova griglia a gas a partire dal 1 ° marzo 2019. Goditi la comodità di un ascensore da terra a livello principale, così come un garage per due auto chiuso.

Portside Villas si trova nella parte occidentale altamente desiderabile della spiaggia, poco prima dell'ingresso al Gulf Islands National Seashore. Spiaggia incontaminata a perdita d'occhio! Portside Villas dispone anche di una piscina e campi da tennis.

We loved the house! Beautiful design choices and the house was so big and accommodating for our family. Showers were awesome and beds were comfy.Loved being right on the beach and so close to Ft Pickens Park. We got to experience a Blue Angels practice that was simply breathtaking! I loved that the homes in this development were stacked so all balconies had a view to the ocean. Had plenty of beach chairs for the family. We will definitely be back !!!!

We had 4 days in the villa. 2 great beach days and 2 chilly indoor days. Either way we spent with the kids. Views were decent, location was good, had an elevator in it.

Just what we needed!

Plenty of room for a multigenerational family, with a working elevator from the garage to the main level, which has a bedroom suite.

Great place for family stay

Three generations enjoyed this lovely home right on the ocean. The decks both had a great view of the ocean, the rooms were big and each had a private bath. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals and the location was ideal...quiet and a few blocks away from all the action. Really enjoyed this little gem hidden near the entrance to Fort Pickens.

The townhouse was in a perfect location. The hosts have added many extras to make the house comfortable -- updated bathrooms, lots of beach chairs and kids toys and a gorgeous master bedroom and bath. There were some negatives too -- the floors were not very clean (even considering that it's a beach house), no beach towels, supplies were sparse so you'd need to plan and bring your own or order instacart like we did. They had limited clothes detergent (only one small packet for a house that accommodates 9 people?!), only two dishwasher detergent pods, limited paper towels (ran out after one night - cheap quality), no cooking oil, no salt or pepper or spices, limited garbage bags (only two bags were provided that didn't even fit the topless garbage can), no glass cleaner to wash the glass table tops, very poor quality, scratched pots and pans that we could not use (not healthy to use!). Lastly, the bedding was a bit musty and the pillows were old and stunk like body sweat. This property was quite expensive yet the ammenities (listed above) were sparse or not up to par. That was disappointing. We stay in rentals often so I have a good frame of reference. Just a few upgrades would justify the price to rent this beach townhouse. And it wouldn't cost the host much to do so. My sister has rental properties and she does SO much more for her renters.

Great Stay

Our family had the BEST week here. The location is perfect, we didn’t even have to put our shoes on to go to the beach. We had our three daughters with us, ages 11, 10, and 3. The house was clean upon arrival and just amazing. We would totally stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our stay was flawless…every couple had their own room and bathroom. We had a plumbing issue and the plumber was there before we even finished reporting the issue - lightening fast! We will be back!

Great Condo for Family and Grandparents - ELEVATOR

We were looking for a luxury condo that had a full bathroom with each bedroom and (if possible) an elevator for our older parents who can no longer walk up stairs. This condo fit the bill perfectly. The condo was upscale and had plenty of room for all of us. Our daughter invited her friend and they had a blast as well. It was a fairly quiet beach which was also nice. All the big hotels, crowded beaches and restaurants were a quick car ride down the street. It was great. Thank you for having us.

Nice location. Look at the picture of the unit close. It is very close to the beach (100 ft of boardwalk) but there is a Unit in between it and the ocean. Beach/Ocean views restricted. Managing agency very helpful. No hot water on 1/2 the bathrooms and TV would not work. Repair personnel responded very quickly and rectified all issues. Beach accessories in the garage (kids toys, and lots of chairs). Gas grill almost brand new and was key to our family beach day. The Elevator was priceless for our elderly guests. Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, tupperware, mixing bowls, pots/pans, blenders, crock pot, etc.). Great stay for our family.

Family Vacay

The pictures of the property are accurate, the condo is spacious--clean and close to the beach-just a two minute walk. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Pros and Cons

Nice in some respects. The “elevator” doesn’t go to the top floor-odd. The kitchen is narrow and has a washer/dryer in it. The dryer sounds like it’s about to go. This isn’t our first rodeo. Usually we stay at privately owned homes. This one is run by a property management company. Big difference. The usual provisions are not there. Two trash bags and “that’s the starter set-then you buy your own.” For $500+ a day, they can provide a box of trash bags. And lucky you-to take the trash out you have to walk to the tennis courts and open the gate and throw it in the dumpster. Unbelievable. Rugs curling-trip hazard. Rugs are Dirty. Couches and cushions are worn. We had to wipe out the oven cleaner-guess it was left on to work and forgotten about. Definitely not impressed. Not a do again.
