I panorami da questa camera sembrano nord e aprendo la porta per invitare la fresca brezza salata all'interno è altamente raccomandato e ti dà la sensazione di essere fuori su un balcone privato. Il divano letto nel soggiorno funge da letto aggiuntivo per due ospiti. Una televisione e un cavo sono forniti sia nella camera da letto che nel soggiorno. Il bagno ha una vasca / doccia combo, ideale per chi viaggia con bambini, o ha molto bisogno di un rilassante bagno di bolle.

L'edificio ha una piscina riscaldata comune. Ci sono sedie a sdraio e tavoli da spiaggia disponibili per l'uso presso la piscina e l'area del molo. Un carrello della spesa della comunità è disponibile per portare generi alimentari fino alla tua unità nell'armadio vicino agli ascensori.

Excellent condo

Central to everything. Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Condo was very nice and clean. Had all the amenities needed for 2 people. Extremely nice view of the intracoastal. Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

He needed much work inside like new appliances, new furniture and new paint. The property was kept up very nice and loved the lounge chairs by the waterway. I may would stay in another unit with a balcony but this unit was too small and outdated. The last night there someone was trying to get in our door during the wee hours made us a little nervous bc we couldn’t look out bc there wasn’t no peep hole and no additional locks on the door.

A Thankful Thanksgiving Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo met all our expectations. Clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.It's a great central location! We traveled to Key Largo (snorkeling), Miami Beach, Pomona Beach, and the Everglades (airboat ride). The Fort Lauderdale public beach is only 2 blocks away. You can walk a few more block to get to many stores and restaurants to avoid parking fees.The pool was nice and the wooden dock is great for watching the boaters and getting some rays. Private bathrooms are close to the wooden deck so you don't have to go back to your room.We did a ton of walking and found it a safe and relaxing area for family and friends. I'll be back.

Stay Away!

It was a trip that my teenage daughter and I had been looking forward to as it was the first volleyball tournament of the year. When we got to the property, I opened the door and she asked “what is that smell?” Within ten minutes, I came to the conclusion I made a colossal mistake in staying here. I wish I would have never booked this place. PRO: *The positive was the location as the unit is near restaurants and nightlife. That’s the only good thing. CONS: *Extremely dated - if you are into furniture, appliances, linens, and a bathroom from the 1970s, this unit is for you! *AC/Heating Unit Broken (When it was warm, the unit was at 75. When it was cold, it dipped to 67 and I had to sleep with a sweatshirt on) *No blankets for beds (imagine trying to sleep when it was cold). We requested blankets and only one was provided *Pull out bed in the living area (which is the second bed supposed to sleep two) had a very flat mattress, was curve shaped and had a series of bars that you felt while sleeping *Bathroom was dirty, the “stopper” was broken in the sink and the tub had a massive yellow stain *Everpest plug-ins located in the unit to keep bugs and rodents away *Blinds don’t close all the way making it nice and bright in the second “room” with a bed *TV is SD not HD *Property Management was initially willing to offer a credit or discount but was unresponsive when I attempted to finalize the amount I would strongly suggest removing this property from being rented. It will ruin your vacation.

Convenient getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The rental was clean, and comfortable. We only wish we’d had a unit with a balcony to enjoy the perfect weather. Easy walk to the beach, and nearby restaurants, and minutes from a grocery store.

Owner needs to update the linens, bathroom, and fix the hole in the bedroom wall made by a fist.

The last night there someone was trying to get in our door during the wee hours made us a little nervous bc we couldn’t look out bc there wasn’t no peep hole and no additional locks on the door.

Wouldn’t stay in that unit again.

The unit was very outdated, the furniture needs replaced and the bathroom redone. Now I know why you didn’t show the bedroom or bathroom. They need help and a bigger bed. Also the last night someone was trying to get in our door. Could have been a lost person but I think another lock needs to be put on the door. I loved the pool and chairs on the waterway and walking distance to beach but $60 to rent chairs and umbrella for 1 day is a little ridiculous.
