Little bit further out of town than expected but the drive in wasn’t bad. Opposite side of town from the National Parks but again, not bad of a drive. Houses 1-4 are located right next to the road and lots of road noise comes through. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. There was no garage door opener, so the garage was not pointless for our stay.

Beautiful Spot

My sister and I stayed here for our spring weekend vacation and we loved it. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when connecting with the tv, but other than that it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location. Check-in and out was easy and we didn't run into any issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was as described, which allow our family of three to settle in nicely. The open concept allowed us to move about comfortably and not feel cramped in any way. Yes, it is close to the highway however, the windows and home itself were insulted well enough that any noise didnt interfere wiith our relaxation, nor our sleep at night.

Would definately stay again!

While a little hard to find (maps sent us a little too far), this place was the perfect, cozy little space of tranquility that my friends and I needed to relax. The process was quick, easy, and convenient (booking, check-in, check-out). Everything was great!

Nice place

Very nice place. Our group of 3 enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located from Moab and the parks. Right off the road, so there is a little road noise at times. The beds were very comfortable. Nice features.

Comfortable place for our family

The beds were great and plenty of space for our family of 6. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies we needed. I already read about the road noise in other reviews so came prepared with plenty of white noise. The wifi was really bad and unavailable most of our stay, and almost no service with Verizon network. All in all it was a nice comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed it.

The Mouse House

This house was nicely furnished and mostly clean, however I would never stay here again. First there was a mouse in the house that ran under the stove and mouse droppings in the kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom. Secondly this is right on the intestate and it is SOOOO loud. You also have the lights from the passing vehicles constantly shinning in through the blinds making the room light up all through the night. There are lots of places to stay in and around Moab, I would not waste my money staying here ever again.

Nice but needs some TLC

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. RimView 1 was convenient to Moab and our recreation destinations: Arches and Canyonlands. Beds were comfortable and, overall, the unit was clean. However, this unit needs some general maintenance. Kitchen had some burned out light bulbs, coffee maker needs to be replaced or more thoroughly cleaned. Water has significant lime deposits which leaves a white film on the dishes, silverware and dishwasher. Kitchen area was a nice size and was adequately stocked for cooking basic meals. Notified property management of some of the issues and they apologized and said they will take care of the maintenance issues.

Would never stay here again

At first glance, place looks nice until you can’t see out the windows because they are so dirty. Glass on all the tables with filthy. Towels are so rough I could get better quality at a Super 8. No blinds on the slider and large window by front door. Fell so exposed and unsafe. RIGHT on the main road and so so loud. Good thing I had ear plugs for sleeping. Amenities in the kitchen were horrible. Internet service was non-existent. Management company were nice but just “lip service”. Never fixed any of the issues. Swear i heard a mouse in the kitchen one night. So many places to stay. Don’t stay here.

Great House

Clean and nice property with stunning views

Clean, nice, and new property that worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults + 1 child). Great appliances and facilities all around, and amazing views out the front and back. The only thing that did not work for our family was the bunk bed. It makes a rattling noise whenever anyone is on it, which means we couldn't use the top bunk.

Great experience

My husband and I, with our son and his business partner, went to Moab for a quick business trip. The location was perfect for us, we had meetings in the Spanish Valley, and it was nice to get out of town a little. The house was beautiful and very clean.

The house was nice the views are great but here’s things that are wrong one it’s so close to the road the traffic noise is tremendous guest bathroom tub shower did not drain properly thus had to stand in dirty water towels were not fully clean they were insects and bugs in the house our outdoor grill was broken the lid is broken. For the amount of money we paid to stay there I expected a little better quality.
