Even more beautiful in person! Super soft sheets and comfortable bed. Slept great! Enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and being able to make delicious coffee every morning. Double sinks in the bathroom was perfect for a girls retreat. Would absolutely recommend.

The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central and made easy access to downtown and great restaurants. The freeway was closed by, making for easy travel. Because of the freeway proximity, it was noisy. Although the house was well built, the freeway noise could be heard inside the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this great rental.

I booked two stays here. Overall quite good and decent value. The only drawbacks are the location is not walkable to anything, and there were an excessive amount of plug-in glade-air fresheners which emit rather unpleasant chemicals to cover up odors. Plates and kitchen utensils were pretty basic (cheap). Host was friendly and responsive. Again, the rental is of good quality overall, clean and well cared for. And the beds were comfortable, too

Host was excellent -- very responsive to questions and the overall experience was fine (hence the four out of five stars). Space was good, clean and pretty much as advertised. Plus the beds were comfy. Minuses were fairly minor: The location is convenient but not really walkable to anything. The bedrooms were slightly dark. The kitchen is functional and fairly well equipped but the plates, dishes, and cups were all very basic / cheap (the host should consider investing in some better sets of utensils and plates for visitors). Upon arrival, we encountered an overwhelming perfume odor from 4 plug-in Glade air fresheners. Like many people, I really dislike chemical air fresheners (and if you read about them, the chemicals they emit to cover up odors are quite unhealthy for your respiratory system). Thankfully, the host honored our request not to plug them in again ahead of a second visit we had booked for the following weekend.

Great spot in downtown Little Rock. Very clean. Check in process was smooth. Gated parking as well, which made us feel very safe. Quiet location was perfect for anything close to downtown. Would definitely recommend to other travelers! Would stay here again!

Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable

This property was amazing! So much room and the beds were really comfortable. The decorating was very elegant yet liveable like home. Also, the outdoors areas were really nice and the whole property felt like a retreat. The location was close to everything downtown, yet it felt so hidden and tucked away. Would definitely stay here again!

A really nice place to stay close to downtown

This property is cute and very modern! Theres gated parking to lock up your vehicles(2). The back gate was slightly hard to find but the owner was very nice and helpful with finding it and locating the key. They had everything you need to stay there to cook, clean, just make yourself at home!

Cute place

The place was clean and the space was perfect for us. The outdoor areas were fun but it was a little cold to be able stay out and fully take it in. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and it was a perfect place to decompress. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect fit

I chose this VRBO in Little Rock to be close to Arkansas Children’s Hospital; it’s less than a mile, making it quick and easy to get there. I live in a small community in West Michigan, my biggest concern was if the area was safe. We felt safe during our stay. The iron gate that can be locked, helped eliminate worry of a car theft. We felt right at home. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. I would stay again if I need to come back to Little Rock.
