Villa di carattere che è stata restaurata ricreando le sue origini rustiche, ideale per coppie o piccole famiglie. Si trova vicino a 'El Mal Pas', una delle migliori zone di Alcudia, a soli 1,5 chilometri dalla spiaggia e vicino al vecchio villaggio. Molto comoda per la sua vicinanza a tutto ciò che serve supermercati, negozi, ristoranti...
La villa dispone di un ampio giardino con luoghi perfetti per rilassarsi lontano dal rumore e dalla folla, dove troverete una piscina con lettini e un portico pieno di ombra perfetto per trascorrere le serate calde. È davvero un luogo molto privato e indipendente.
La casa è stata costruita due secoli fa e mantiene nei suoi dettagli tutto il carattere di un tempo.

Distribuzione
All'interno della casa ci sono due camere da letto, una sala da pranzo con travi in legno, una cucina completa di tutti i comfort e un bagno. I muri in pietra della casa mantengono la temperatura interna molto piacevole.
All'esterno possiamo godere di una suite separata della casa con bagno e un bellissimo portico (ristrutturato nel 2016).
La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e internet.

Nota 1. Le spese di pulizia finale sono incluse nel prezzo di affitto. Questa circostanza non esime il cliente dall'obbligo di prendersi cura della proprietà. Non verrà prelevato nulla dal deposito cauzionale finché l'uso della casa è ragionevole.
Nota 2. Nelle proprietà in cui è possibile includere un letto supplementare, e sempre in base alla disponibilità, il costo sarà di 15 € a persona al giorno.
Nota 3. Quando è possibile un check-out tardivo, sempre soggetto a disponibilità, il costo sarà di 50 € fino alle 13:00 e di 90 € fino alle 16:00.
Nota 4: Nelle Isole Baleari, tutti gli hotel/strutture ricettive hanno l'obbligo di addebitare agli ospiti di età superiore ai 16 anni la Tassa di Soggiorno, che viene poi trasferita agli Enti Locali.

Huge garden and perfect location.

We were two couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Petit. The garden is very large, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. In addition, the location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the area and visiting the surrounding area without having to travel far.

I loved it.

The villa is in a quiet area near Alcúdia, with a beautiful garden and a private pool perfect for relaxing. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived: the house has a lot of rustic charm, pleasant spaces and all the amenities we needed for a stress-free holiday. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with the beach and the old town a short distance away, and it was fantastic to be able to return every afternoon to such a relaxing atmosphere. Without a doubt, a highly recommended stay if you are looking for tranquillity, comfort and accommodation with character in Mallorca.

quiet and peaceful villa

We stayed at Villa Els Olivers and enjoyed a few days of peace and quiet. When we arrived, the pool was a little dirty, but the next day it was completely cleaned. The manager explained that this was due to the Saharan rain, which carries mud and sediment, so we understood perfectly. After the cleaning, we were able to fully enjoy the pool and the relaxing surroundings of the villa. A highly recommended stay for unwinding in Mallorca.

Quiet and well located villa

The house was cozy and lovely, great to have swimming pool, bbq, big garden and some toys for the kids. One of the rooms is in a private small house in the garden, great for privacy. the house is lovely and hosts very kind.

Upon arrival we found the house and garden spacious. The pool and area were pleasant with lots of space. The garden bedroom/ensuite was a nice added addition. Very peaceful area. Chickens and cats everywhere, perfect for us as animal lovers. The undercover outside seating area was great if needed to get away from the sun. Plenty of outside furniture. About 15 min easy walk to Alcudia old town which was beautiful. Also walk to beaches were good. The house and garden rooms could do with a deep clean. The extractor fan in kitchen did not work. Also the outside garden bathroom fan didn’t work. Bedding was old and nothing like the photos portrayed.could not find the Swimming pool lights. The garden sofa cushions were dirty and needed a good clean. The patio area needed a good jet wash. My brother slept in the twin bedroom, but woke every morning with multiple bites all over, had to spray the room but this did not help until he changed beds then they subsided??? Bathrooms could do with freshening up. We didn’t not use the lounge as was dark and smelt musky. Could be a great place but it’s tired. When we stripped the bed on last day we found dust and grit/sand, was horrible thinking we had been laying on it all week.

July stay at Els Oliver’s petits

The villa is in great location within easy distance of Alcudia and Pollensa so plenty to do. The pool area and pool house is fantastic and we spent our time outside which was marvellous. Pretty garden The bedding is poor, and we needed more pillows. We did request but none arrived. When you paying top dollar for a villa good mattresses and sheets make a massive difference to comfort. There was no guest information which would have been useful on arrival. (Things like market days, bin information etc) We did have a problem with a dreadful smell in kitchen, but the owner came out quickly and sorted out which was great. Overall a good stay but with a few easy changes it would have been 5 star.

Entspricht nicht den Bildern und den gesetzten Erwartungen.

Vorab möchten wir sagen, dass die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung reibungslos gewesen ist und die Verwaltung sehr bemüht gewesen ist unsere Beschwerden aufzunehmen und uns entgegen zu kommen, bzw. die bekannten Schäden zu minimieren. Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Villa nicht (mehr) der Realität. Die Bilder sind wahrscheinlich gemacht worden, bevor die ersten Gäste eingezogen sind und alles noch in einem tadellosen Zustand gewesen ist. Heute sieht alles verlebt und abgenutzt aus. Angefangen von den Messern, welche genug vorhanden sind, jedoch nicht zum Schneiden geeignet sind, über die Töpfe, das Geschirr und die Bratpfannen sollte lieber kein Wort von mir verloren werden, da es sehr dreckig werden würde. Die Küche ist leider sehr verlebt und die Bäder sind wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Und sticken. Sauberkeit war von Anfang an nicht gegeben. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde sofort eine Putzfrau durch geschickt. Jedoch konnte sie an der Einrichtung nichts ändern. Die Liegen und deren Polster sind verlebt, unsauber und wir mussten die Polster selbst abspülen, um mit einem besseren Gewissen dort liegen zu können. Der Ventilator in der Ecke könnte in einem Reiseführer als „rustikal“ beschrieben werden. In "gutdeutsch" gesagt, er funktioniert, aber sieht aus wie vom Sperrmüll geholt. Wie die gesamte Einrichtung. Genau wie die Elektrik, die wirklich sehr instabil ist. Wlan war auch nur begrenzt da. Arbeiten stellte eine Herausforderung dar. Im ganzen leider nicht zu empf.

Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und rundum glücklich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Zusätzlich ist der Strand und die Stadt auch fußläufig zu erreichen, was ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist.

Los exteriores de la casa estaban muy bien , la piscina excepcional . Las habitaciones pasables ...no ponen sabanas !! Respecto a limpieza y decoración , debían esmerarse más . Los baños estaban bien aunque el que está afuera le faltaba una puerta de la mampara y el q estaba dentro de la casa deberían quitar esa cortina en la bañera y poner una ducha . .La cocina y el salón estaban bastante sucios . Necesitarían una remodelación completa respecto al mobiliario que fuera más cómodo y sobre todo entregarlo más limpio , La casa tiene muchas posibilidades poniéndola con más gusto y teniéndola más limpia.

Prima locatie, fijn zwembad, huisje kan update gebruiken

Oud huisje met twee slaapkamers, nieuw buitenverblijf met extra slaapkamer en badkamer aangebouwd. Ruime tuin met fijn, riant en voldoende diep zwembad - heerlijk voor verkoeling en top met kinderen. Prima ligging op 10 min. lopen van de mooie oude stad Alcudia en op korte rijafstand van eveneens mooie Pollença. Ook Porte d’Alcudia en Porte Pollença makkelijk bereikbaar. Inrichting huisje is gedateerd met meerdere onderdelen aan vervanging toe, doet muf en benauwd aan en kan update gebruiken. Drie slaapkamers hebben gelukkig wel airco. Bij mooi weer meest buiten en dan is het prima. Niet veel van binnenverblijf gebruik gemaakt. Lokale agentschap zeer attent en behulpzaam, snelle reactie bij vragen.

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic sized pool and lots of surrounding grass areas. It was extremely tidy and well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus. Lots of towels were also available for our family. When we arrived Juan was there to give us all the information we needed. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Juan was also quick to respond to any queries throughout the stay. The villa is approx a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a range of excellent restaurants . We did this most days and then walked to the square for a taxi back home. This was approx 5 euro. The road back to the villa at night was a little dark and with children we felt it easier to take a taxi. We had a fantastic time at the villa and would love to return. Alcúdia is a great spot for families and Els Oliver’s was perfect for our needs.

Traumhaftes Haus im Norden

Wir haben uns hier für eine Woche im Juli 2019 mehr als wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz im Außenbereich und Klimaanlagen in den drei Schlafzimmern. Der Pool ist etwa 4 x 10 m und von 120 bis 195 cm tief. Die Übergabe erfolgte total problemlos und der Vertreter der Agentur wahr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage macht das Haus einmalig. In 5 min ist man mit dem Auto an einem kinderfreundlichen tollen Strand mit ner netten kleinen Bar. Ebenfalls nur 5 min braucht man zum 5 Oceanos Chillout, einer tollen Bar mit Restaurant, chilliger Atmosphäre und coolen Drinks. Kurz: Es war ein Volltreffer und wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Schöne urige Finca

Die Finca hat viel Charm durch die 200 Jahre alten Gemäuer. Schöne große Relaxing Möglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Durch die Veranda und der Bepflanzung steht viel Schatten mittags zur Verfügung! Der Pool ist sehr angenehm. Sehr gut war auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab! Leider konnten wir abends nicht draußen sitzen, da es wirklich zuviele Moskitos gab. Mittags waren sehr viele Wespen unterwegs auf Wassersuche. Das WLAN funktionierte leider nicht und die Duschwand im zweiten Bad war defekt, somit war nach dem duschen der Boden sehr nass. In allen Schlafzimmern gab es glücklicherweise eine Klimaanlage. Sehr gut wäre noch eine neue Pad/Kapseln-Kaffeemaschine, da wir Filtercafe nicht so gerne mögen und man sich für einen Café auch keinen macht. Dennoch war es unterm Strich eine zu empfehlende Finca für die warmen Monate. Perfekt war, dass wir jeden Abend mit einem lockeren Spaziergang zu Fuß in die wunderschöne Altstadt kamen!!! Der Supermarkt Mercadona war auch fussläufig zu erreichen! Und Juan war auch sehr freundlich und nett!!!

Great desconnecting Holiday!!!

Sehr Schöne Haus für alle Gruppen!!

Die Villa war wunderschön und sah genau sauber aus wie auf den Bildern. Obwohl die Lage ruhig war, die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und es ist immer noch 6 Minuten zu den Geschäften und die Altstadt Alcudia mit Auto fahren. Wir genossen schwimmbad . Diese Villa ist ideal für Familien oder Paare auch für kleine Gruppen. Wir haben gebucht für unseren nächsten Urlaub hier. Nochmals vielen Dank Juan für Top-Service von der Buchung bis zum Check-out. Bra prisvärt familjeboende i Alcudia

Fantastiskt hus till bra pris. Huset byggt för 100 år sedan med en modern tillbyggnad passade familjen utmärkt. Mycket stor tomt med frukt träd och pool. 15 minuters promenad till fina små sandstränder som inte är så turististiska men med strandservering. Från huset är det 15 minuters promenad till Alcudia old town med restauranger butiker och hög mysfaktor. Bra att ha bil för inköp och utflykter. Vi är mycket nöjda

Rustikales Haus auf wunderschönem Grundstück

Der freundliche Betreuer des Ferienhauses hat uns pünktlich am Treffpunkt erwartet und uns zu unserem Ziel geführt. Der erste Eindruck war, dass alles genauso aussieht, wie auf den Fotos. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen und doch sind Alcudia Altstadt und Mal Pas-Bon Aire fußläufig zu erreichen. In Alcudia findet man alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und natürlich den Markt, der sonntags und dienstags stattfindet. Das Grundstück des Ferienhauses ist gut vor fremden Blicken geschützt und man kann den tollen Pool genießen, der größer ist, als wir dachten (ca. 8-9 m lang und 1,20 m-1,95 m tief). Die überdachte Terrasse mit den Gartenmöbeln und dem Grill ist schön groß und bietet ein geschütztes Plätzchen, wenn die Abende kühler werden. Im Anbau befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Duschbad. Diese sind modern und das Bett ist bequem. Im Altbau sind zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Wanne, eine Küche und ein Wohn- Essraum. Hier ist alles sehr rustikal gehalten. Für meinen Geschmack ist es etwas zu dunkel und eng. Als wir ankamen, roch alles muffelig, so wie es ist, wenn etwas länger nicht geheizt und gelüftet wurde. Das dürfte ein Problem im Frühjahr sein, wenn die Nächte noch kühl und feucht sind und wir waren ja im April dort. Wenn man viel raus kann und die Sonne scheint, ist das kein Problem. Außerdem sind die Betten im Altbau ziemlich unbequem und klein. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ganz gut aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es WLAN, die Reichweite geht aber nur bis zur angrenzenden Küche und auf die Terrasse direkt vor dem Haus. Wer darauf Wert legt, sollte lieber ein anderes Haus buchen. Es gibt zwei mobile, elektrische Heizkörper, wenn es nachts zu kühl wird. Diese haben wir auch genutzt. Alles in allem hat uns das Haus und besonders der Pool gut gefallen. Für den Mietpreis, den wir im April gezahlt haben, finde ich es in Ordnung. In der Hochsaison dafür mehr als das Doppelte zu zahlen, finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt.

Herrlich entspannt in ruhiger Atmosphäre.

Der Norden Mallorca's hat es uns wirklich angetan. Und wenn man zu Fuß sowohl zum Meer als auch in die Altstadt von Alcudia gelangen kann, steht einem wirklich entspannten Urlaub nichts im Weg. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche und kommen gern wieder.

This villa is a unique place

The house was situated in an ideal place and the interior was decorated with furnished with the highest quality in mind. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a nice pool and beautiful garden. We could not have asked for a better location, between the town and several small private beaches. The walks we took were incredible. We only need the car for exploring other places like the towns of Valdemosa, LLuc and the capital Palma.

Rustic, rustic, rustic

Alcudia is an old place, with roman ruins and a great gothic church. We chose a rustic retreat to really get into the feel of it. Impressive stonework and private. Those were the two main qualities that literally embrace you when you are there. Plus it is very clean, the management were friendly and full of advice. Great location next to Alcudia where there is a charming market and everything we needed. The two weeks we spent really rejuvenated our spirits.

Una casa preciosa

En cuanto vimos las fotos nos gustó esta casa, pero cuando vives allí te enamoras de ella. Nos sólo disfrutamos de las calas cercanas a la casa, la piscina particular y buenas caminatas por los alrededores, sino que lo que nos apetecía era disfrutar de la casa: sobre todo de los ratos de lectura bajo las enredaderas, al fesquito, y las noches junto al hogar. Recomendadísima.
