Cleanliness should be improved. Old dry contact lenses on bathroom floors. Bathroom fan light flickered and didnt work well. Consider putting an automatic key lock on the back patio door so secure access to house could be maintained while accessing beach without having to walk around front of house to lock house to go to beach. Master bedroom mattress is extremely soft and sinking as soon as you sit on it.

Wonderful view of the ocean and it was just steps away.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and appliances.The condo was very private and quiet. We loved our time there.

Great view and access to beach. Nice, clean house. Great distance to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas or pay a lot to rent them. AC does not cool the greatest especially upstairs. If you’re ok with 74 degrees you’ll be fine. This place is run by a large management company so be prepared to receive many many emails and texts and promotional emails and texts. I found that annoying.

A great unit for a beach vacation. Right on the beach with direct access to miles of white sand beaches. Close to restaurants, shops, etc.

Amazing Stay!

We so enjoyed our trip!! Our second year to come and we’ve booked it for next year as well. Everyone enjoyed the gorgeous beach, so easy with kids, slept so well (the beds are so comfortable). We couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Wonderful home and location!

We loved the views and easy access to the beach. Setup was great for our family with teenagers and different sleeping schedules. We would love to come back!
