Park City Large 2BR / 2. 5BA con soppalco, ottima vista e posizione

Unico condominio di 1800 piedi quadrati (il più grande di Crestview) con vista impareggiabile sulle montagne circostanti.
Costruito nel 2002 poco prima delle Olimpiadi invernali, questo come nuovo appartamento dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni, con un soppalco di grandi dimensioni. Abbiamo apportato numerosi miglioramenti, inclusi nuovi tappeti lussuosi, HDTV, DVD e Internet wireless. Tutti i bagni sono provvisti di nuovi asciugamani in cotone egiziano e tutti i letti hanno nuove lenzuola di lusso.
Il condominio si trova al terzo piano di un edificio con ascensore, quindi non sarete disturbati dal rumore dei vicini di sopra! Ha una grande cucina aperta con tutti i comfort di una casa lontano da casa, tra cui pentole e padelle nuove. Tanto spazio per tutta la famiglia come il tavolo da pranzo da 8 posti e il bar da 4 posti. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità in modo da poter portare la luce e lasciare spazio nella valigia per gli acquisti dai punti vendita Tanger proprio accanto!
Park City è il luogo perfetto da visitare in inverno o in estate.


Scia in 7 diverse stazioni sciistiche in 7 giorni! : Divertiti a sciare e fare snowboard sui Canyon (a 5 minuti di distanza), Park City Mountain Resort (a 7 minuti di distanza) e Deer Valley (a 10 minuti di distanza) - il sito ufficiale dello slalom olimpico del 2002, magnate ed eventi aerei !
Andare al Cottonwood Canyon ogni giorno! - Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude (30 min. Di distanza)

Great Stay!

We come to Park City to ski often and this was our first stay in Kimbal Junction. It was fantastic, lots of places to eat all around the condo and was a very easy drive to the ski resort. Highly recommend you visit, Larry and Jane were great hosts!

Kimball Junction

We stayed in this Condo while attending a soccer tournament and it was perfect. The location was super close and the condo had everything we needed as well. Very clean, well stocked and lots of space for everyone.

Great condo

We have stayed in this condo on three different occasions. It’s a great spot for families. We usually travel with our family of five plus additional extended family members. This place has plenty of room. We will definitely stay again.

Greate stay, good location

We stayed for 5 nights during Christmas week. It was easy to get from the property to Deer Valley (less than 20 minutes) and Alta (45-50 minutes). Plenty of space in the condo, garage was very welcome. Larry, the owner, was very nice, he reached out to make sure our stay was perfect.

Crestview condo was a perfect location for what we wanted to see and do while in this area of UT. The condo was clean; it was exactly as described and had plenty of room for the five of us. The area was safe and quiet with easy accessibility to stores; the Olympic Park and I-80. We would definitely stay again, if in Park City. Thanks, Larry.

We stayed here during Sundance. Great place - very nice; very clean. A perfect spot as Old Town is a short drive, and it is spitting distance to the Canyons. Everything was very smooth, and Larry Dicus was great to work with.

Nice Condo - quick drive to Canyons Ski Area

We enjoyed our stay in Park City!! Condo was quite, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped and nice grill to assist with meals. Parking garage and storage locker came in handy. Will be back!!

Another 5-Star Review!

This condo was perfect! It was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. Perfect location, with stores and restaurants near by. The complex has a nice pool which we used daily. Owner is very responsive to any needs that may arise.

Absolutely perfect and affordable for skiing. Shuttle picks up in front of condo every 15 mins. Everything you possibly need right in kimball Jt easy access to Canyons and PC

Beautiful Park City Rental

My family of 5 was very comfortable in this beautiful and well-kept rental on the "edge" of the resort area. Being out of the center of town made getting around by car much easier (less traffic to deal with), and yet we had easy access to all the ski areas. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a convenient and reasonably priced condo. The nice decor was an added bonus!

Spacious, convenient to Bus

A comfortable, clean, spacious condo with a 6 minute drive to Canyons ski area, or option of great free bus system, a one minute walk. You could easily have 2 families share this condo. The owner, Larry, is promptly responsive to any questions.

Park City Ski Vacation

Highly recommend, easy free town shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Condo is beautiful with everything you need. We had a four guy ski trip with room for 3 more anyway. Fully stocked kitchen, garaged parking, downstairs ski locker. Everything you could possibly need for a Park City vacation without the cost of staying in downtown Park City. Kimball Junction has everything you need.

Great place for location & comfort

I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect - shuttles to Park City & easy to get to hiking trails near & far. Kimball Junction was a great location to be in and it has everything right there - better than up the hill in Park City / Deer Valley. The condo was very clean, the bedrooms & loft all very large and very nicely furnished. This third floor condo had good views which we enjoyed after a day of hiking. The owners are extremely responsive & friendly. I would not look for another place if this one is available when I want to rent - its a keeper.

Crestview Condo Park City Utah

The condo was absolutely beautiful and location was awesome. A free bus convenient to drop you off in Park City a short distance away. The Olympic Park was visible on the deck of the Condo. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owners were so accommodating. They provided plenty of towels, toiletries, snack bars etc. We only have great things to say about the owners and their condo. We would definitely choose them again if we came back to this area.

Outstanding Property and Owner!

We truly enjoyed our latest stay up in PC. This unit was the cleanest and most comfortable out of all the units we have rented in the past 5 years. We had no issues whatsoever and we look forward to staying in this unit again, if our plans for 2018 will allow us to do so. Also, with the completion of the White Line (Electric Express Bus), travelling to downtown PC from Kimball Jct. is easier than ever! Highly recommended!

Jane and I are family oriented, both of us recently retired, Jane from Morgan Stanley and I retired from an active career in information technology, including nearly 10 years at Cisco Systems. We have two grown sons, both married, and three precious grand-daughters, Sarah, Claire, and Cate.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love Park City - we have learned to enjoy the ability to get away from the hustle of Los Angeles and the ability to enjoy nature - there is so much to see and do in the Park City area. We enjoy the summer and fall as much as winter - the beautiful mountains - we love to drive over to Sundance, go to festivals, and just go on a mountain hike. The snow skiing at Deer Valley can't be beat - the attention to detail offered by Deer Valley is what we really appreciate.
