Absolutely loved our stay. The location is spectacular. The porch is huge and wonderful. And the home is super comfortable and has everything you will need for an awesome beach vacation. We’ve stayed at many homes at Newport Beach and this one has been the best.

Excellent location and amenities!

We absolutely loved the location to the beach and the bikes and beach gear that was available for our use. The owners were so accommodating and available to answer any questions we had. Plenty of space for our family of 5, would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property was perfect for our family gathering and Yazmin was very welcoming and helpful even as our arrival time kept shifting due to traffic.

Wow love love this place and the owner!! Place is just as described. Love being close to the beach and restaurants. We pretty much biked everywhere. The owner went above and beyond fresh. Can’t recommend this place enough.!!

This is a great property, but what made it so good is the care and attention Yazmin, the property owner, gave our family! She went above and beyond to make my four sons and my husband and me feel so welcomed. Great property, great host, and we will definitely be coming back. Beach is steps away from the house.
Surfboards were a big hit!
Boogie boards were great for my younger boys.

Great location!

House was well stocked with everything we needed. House is located in the middle of shops and food which was awesome! Owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had.

Such a great place to stay! We all wanted to stay longer. Yazmin was a great host and was great at communicating.The location is PERFECT! A short bike ride or walk to all restaurants and shops. I liked being at the beginning of the peninsula because getting back out to Newport and the highway was really quick. Just because this house hasn’t been updated to the newest decor doesn’t mean it’s not a wonderful and fantastic place to stay. Don’t miss this great find!

Very homey and cozy

Me and my 2 daughters stayed here for a little getaway. We would most definitely stay here again. It was very good and had everything we needed or could have needed. It was also clean and just as pictured. Owners were good at communicating.

Our family vacation to California was so awesome. We found the beach house to fit our needs perfectly. The house was very clean and the host was just great. If we needed anything she was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

One house from beach

Great location, great property! Listing is accurate. Would definitely stay there again. Newport Beach is all about outdoor spaces and this place did not disappoint! View of sand/beach from patio and this time of year you can see the sun set from space.

Close to the Beach

Home is right across the street from the beach. Many amenities. Very clean upon check in. Manager communicated well and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend!

Amazing from start to finish!

This place is absolutely wonderful and as advertised… or even better than advertised! We were so happy and appreciative of this beautiful home and so excited about our nice and long weekend. Perfect location that is close enough to anything worth visiting and not too close to any craziness. Really felt like home from the start and we can’t wait to book our next stay with Yazmin and Robert! 🙌

Great location

Located on quieter end of beach and well equipped. Simple home, clean. Bikes/chains were rusted so we couldn’t use them.

Thanks for the review. As for the bikes, unfortunately anything at the beach rust really easy. Nonetheless, they are working bikes and they are free. You can rent bikes for an extra fee at the pier. Best to you.

Perfect for our family gathering

We had a fantastic stay! Yasmin was very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We were able to cook, eat, and relax as a family. Being that close to the beach afforded us plenty of opportunities for great walks. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. My family’s favorite part of the stay was the patio. We had lots of family time and enjoyment out there.

Beautiful stay on Newport Beach

This home was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. There were many ocean toys and chairs and even paddle boards available. The patio was our favorite part. I was able to sit on the patio in the morning and have coffee while looking at the beach and ocean. We worked out on the patio, sunbathed and people watched. Great property!

Wonderful

We had a great week in Newport. Yazmin and her family were perfect hosts. The location was perfect and the home was even better than our expectations. An unexpected bonus was the addition of 2 adorable golden retriever pups the owners had just received. It was a treat getting to interact with them if we happened to see them coming in from their walks. Looking forward to staying here again in the fall.

Short winter visit.

We had a great stay at Yazmin and Robert’s house in January 2023. The house is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Plenty of kitchen supplies and good quality beds and linens. Outdoors seating area was beautiful and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Yazmin and Robert were also very kind hosts going above and beyond with some last minute travel hiccups. We would highly recommend this house and will be returning to stay again soon!
