Mammoth ski trip

This is a nice and cozy property. The location was so convenient to Canyon Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Ski Condo

The condo was very convenient to the Canyon Lodge parking area. You could walk, but it would be long with equipment. If there is snow on the road, you could ski back. The condo was well equipped and had ski lockers, but was dated and rough. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. There was stuff and clothes in drawers and closets. The showers had very low water pressure, the pillows were old and flat, the upstairs shower door was broken. I would stay at this complex again, but not this unit.

Internet Is "Not Guaranteed" Should Be Believed. Rarely Worked.

Place was fine, except for internet access. We only got two hours of internet access, on one day, all week. The contract has language not supporting internet and about billing VISITOR for service calls. Cable modem seems to work; internet service provider is apparently Suddenlink, which has a low Yelp rating. We had to go to Starbucks everyday for internet.

You were in Mammoth during a very busy time with lots of internet traffic which slows everything down. The speed of the internet is greatly affected by how many guests are visiting Mammoth at the time of your stay. This unit is accessible from a center corridor rather than directly from the exterior. The unit/building is close to the pool area which is very nice for summer. it’s also a short distance to Warming Hut so well located for skiers.

Clean, but pool and spa need some help.

Contacted the management for early check in. We’re notified that shower door just broke. Gave us option of another condo. We stayed with the one we rented and it was fine. We had to reuse the kitchen garbage bag as there were no extras. The pool was advertised as heated but it wasn’t. The 2 jacuzzis were hot but the jets and air didn’t work on either of them. There was no one on site to contact. The walls are thin and with loud neighbors it made for an early morning. Overall it was an ok place. It was clean and well appointed except for the trash bags.

The Condo was very comfortable, the location was centralized for our needs. The unit with all the creature comforts made our stay very enjoyable! I would stay there again. Thanks for your service. Gordon True & Rob Wagner.
