Nice 2 Bedroom & Loft & 3 Bath town-home situato nel cuore di Mammoth Lakes sulla navetta della linea rossa e vicino al Sierra Star Golf Course. Può ospitare fino a 8. Nuovi tappeti e pavimenti installati nell'autunno 2014. La camera da letto principale ha 1 letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e il soppalco ha 2 set di letti a castello (ognuno con un gemello in cima e pieno sul fondo). Non c'è un divano letto nel soggiorno. I divani Living Room sono nuovi a partire da aprile 2013. Stufa a pellet nella camera matrimoniale e caminetto a legna nel soggiorno. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in unità e ha anche internet wireless ad alta velocità. Vista del campo da golf. 4 TV ciascuno con un combo VCR / DVD, grande TV a schermo piatto in salotto e un lettore CD. (1401 mq F) Questa è una casa a 3 piani con l'ingresso al primo piano. Il primo piano ha due camere da letto e due bagni completi, il secondo piano ha il soggiorno, la cucina, la sala da pranzo e il terzo bagno completo, e il terzo piano è il soppalco che è aperto nel soggiorno da una mezza parete. Cucciolo amichevole. Ci sono due posti auto esterni disponibili.  Spa, piscina stagionale / estiva. Sono forniti INTERNET GRATUITO e TV CABLE, tuttavia non verranno forniti RIMBORSI per problemi di connettività o problemi di Internet.

Great location. Large comfortable unit.

Had a great week at the condo. Perfect location for exploring the eastern Sierras. Large condo with many comfortable beds. Lots of room to relax. Pots and pans were pretty old and worn but functional. Definitely would stay again.

Good for group getaway

There were six of us staying in the unit, and everybody was comfortable. There was never a long wait for the bathroom. The dog also had a good place to go walk. Very close to the village and the slopes. All in all we had a very good time.

The property was better than expected period we liked the two bedrooms down on the lower level period kitchen and living room in the middle period and the loft with the bunk beds was perfect for the kids. we would come back again

Very family friendly

We really enjoyed this condo, pet friendly plenty of room great large table for eating and playing games. We were there during the horrible fires and smoke, The only thing we could have used that we not provided were fans.

Great location and layout, lots of carpet stains , kitchen needs updating and deep cleaning

Love the location and layout. Need to use new cleaners. Lots of stains on the carpet, dust on shelves and decorations, floors and breakfast bar were very sticky.

Good cabin, well stocked kitchen, pet friendly

We enjoyed staying at the cabin over Thanksgiving with friends. Loved the fact that they could bring their dog to enjoy the snow. There was plenty of space to take him out running. The complex seemed very dog friendly with many people bringing their pets. The cabin was spacious enough for 2 families with 2 kids each. Overall, the cabin was a bit outdated but still very functional and homey. Loved the dining room table where we ate together and played games. The kitchen was well stocked. The property management was very responsive when we asked for additional toilet paper and dishwasher pods. The only negative factor would be the cleanliness of the cabin. When we arrived it appeared to be dusty with spider webs in places and dead flies on the windowsill and even hanging in the kitchen. Additionally it had empty candy wrappers behind and under furniture. The property management company was notified, and we were told they would speak to the cleaners about it.

First Mammoth

Everything was good, except upon our arrival, a storm knocked some tree branches and left a hole in the roof. While they were good about getting the hole repaired, someone called me from the office, basically letting me know since they're on top of fixing the hole, therefore no interior damages, so no discount or any other offers will be made! First of all, I didn't ask for any discount or offers. Second, the stairs leading to the loft were soaked wet, resulting from the hole in the roof! While the hole was promptly fixed the next day, we had to deal with soaking-wet stairs for a day. We were a group of 8. 2 dads, two moms, two boys (20 & 17), and two girls(16 & 13) years of age. There was plenty of room and, most importantly, three bathrooms! Personally, I would have liked to see a pool table, table tennis, or foosball of some type in the condo but that's just me!

The property manager is very responsive and the unit is efficient for a ski weekend. However, the unit is pretty rundown with lots of deferred maintenance. It was clean but not clean like youd expect from a hotel or from a VRBO property.

Great location and cozy spot

Great spot close to shuttles that take you to the slopes! Heaters worked well making this spot cozy and perfect for our weekend snow trip. a A reminder that the room with bunk beds is a loft so be aware in case you want all bedrooms to have more privacy/quietness.

Worst reservation system

VRBO grossly breached it’s reservation & then refused to efficiently find a replacement property. I spent about 6 hours trying to resolve the matter & I still have not been fully compensated for the difference. VrBO’s resolution policies are horrible. It caused me a lot of anxiety days before my scheduled trip.
