UNITÀ DI CONDO OCEAN EDGE !!! Casa in stile Billington Village B con scala dritta che conduce al soppalco con letto matrimoniale e letto extra full size. Doccia di vetro aggiornata inclusa nel bagno al piano di sopra. Camera da letto al piano di sotto ha letti a castello e letto full size. Posti a sedere nella sala da pranzo 6. TV a schermo piatto sopra camino aria condizionata centralizzata. La cucina ha una nuova lavastoviglie Bosch. Goditi i cursori di un patio arredato che si affaccia sulla scatola del 18 ° tee. Grill a gas, lavatrice, asciugatrice, wifi. Due miglia dalle splendide spiagge di Cape Cod Bay e Nickerson State Park, con accesso alle piste ciclabili, National Seashore e Nantucket Sound Beaches.

Ocean Edge - Brewster

A nice property, well depicted, a little musty smelling and we were without WiFi and TV for three days. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again. Location, location, location.

Comfortable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental is wonderful -- close to bay beaches and only 20 minutes to Naussett beach. It was also really convenient to be around the corner from Stone Lovin' Pizza and salads. The rental is comfortable because of the AC splits in each room -- it really kept the humidity out for good sleeping. The surroundings are peaceful, and even though you see golfers Tee right in the back of the home, it is transient and still quiet. The bathrooms are also clean and the shower has great pressure and hot water. We didn't cook much, but the TV and sound system was also well functioning.Really, a very comfortable stay for 2 adults. Thanks!

The home was super clean, nicely decorated and close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable and it was great having a washer/dryer. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor patio. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for families with children, a girls weekend or two couples. Great stay overall!

Could have been perfect except……..

The pictures online were true representations of the property. I loved the location, have been staying there for many years. One big reason why I won’t go back to this condo is because of the overwhelming musty smell concentrated in the downstairs bedroom. There must be wetness and mold somewhere in that room. Anyone with any breathing issues could not stay there. So disappointing.

We frequently have overflow when our children and grandchildren come the same week. Our son brought his family all the way from Austria. They were ready to camp out on the floor in sleeping bags. Imagine their surprise when they realized they had beds to sleep in! They are on their way to see America well rested and happy to have experienced the Cape as their father did all those years ago! My only complaint is that I had to go to Lower County Rd in Dennis to pick up the key. Initially they wanted me to come back at 2 pm to get the key which would have been very inconvenient but after discussing it they gave me the key. We were then able to continue our trip and have lunch in the area of Brewster before checking in at 2 pm.
