Spaziosa e graziosa casa del capitano con incantevoli scorci di palude, a 4 km da West Dennis Beach. Godetevi la riunione con la famiglia e gli amici nel soggiorno molto ampio. We had an absolutely wonderful visit! We enjoyed the property and all of the details so much! Communication was fantastic. Jessica was so helpful from beginning to end and Andrew was amazing. Absolutely recommend this over and over!

Pros:-Lots of space, great for bringing together multiple generations of families together-Proximity to beach means it's walkable with a wagon, beach cart, or stroller-Awesome kitchen, everything you could need to make a big meal-Great outdoor dining and hang out space, there is always somewhere to sit with shade at any time of day-Also walkable to the playground in center of West DennisCons:-Realtor said the space was ready, we showed up and the owners were still there which was a little uncomfortable-We brought a bounce house for the kids and the owner drove by one day and told us we had to take it down and remove it for liability reasons -No sheets or towels, which adds complexity because we had to bring a bunch of linens with us and we ended up doing laundry rather frequently to have fresh towels-The smoke detectors needed battery replacements - one night at midnight all of the alarms went off and it was extremely traumatic for all of the kids-The roof deck should be off limits; lots of rotting wood-Outdoor shower also has some rotting wood under the floorboards, matter of time before that becomes a liability

It sounds like the home worked well for bringing multiple generations together and enjoying the beach and surrounding area. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to arrive while the owners were still at the property, and we’re sorry for the disruption. We also understand your concerns regarding the bounce house and the added inconvenience of bringing linens-we do try our best to make it as easy as possible to rent them. Most importantly, we’re very sorry about the smoke detector incident. We completely understand how upsetting that must have been, especially with children present. All of the smoke detectors are inspected by the building department before the beginning of the season- but sometimes they will still go off at the most inopportune times. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback helps us continue to improve the property and the experience we provide. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you and your family had many wonderful memories from your time in West Dennis.

2025 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The family enjoyed our stay Fisk Street!! The house is beautiful, and comfortable!! Very well kept!! We stood around the huge island and talked a lot!! It was very comfortable for all!!! We had many games played at the dining room table and meals!! I would recommend it to anyone!!! The walk to the beach was fine or we did drop off!! We ususlly have dinner at Clancy’s and Yarmouth House and of course a trip to Cream and Cone!!! We appreciate Martha Murray and will always call them first!! Thank you for all the direction you’ve given us!! Thank you!!! Nancy Daniels

Cape Cod Traditional Captains House Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this Beautiful traditional captains house for our first time visiting the Cape. I will say the house is only partially updated and all but one room are very old. The house needed to be dusted and there were issues with the fire alarms 3 out of the 5 nights and we had to have the fire dept come one of the nights to fix the issue. However it was in a beautiful part of town and the properly is lovely and we did enjoy ourselves!

Big Family Vaca
