Vedute spettacolari! Spiaggia meravigliosa! Ascolta le onde! Grande mazzo! Casa fantastica! Goditi la tua vacanza in questa casa ben tenuta di 2000 m2 con 5 camere da letto e aria condizionata centralizzata. Godetevi lo spazio esterno sulla spiaggia (privato condiviso con 6 case); nuotare nel Nantucket Sound, scatenarsi nel rigoglioso prato, prendere il sole sulla terrazza o cenare nel patio posteriore privato. La casa ha una cucina rinnovata, ben attrezzata, un ampio soggiorno, (schermo piatto, dvd, stereo) zona pranzo fuori dalla cucina, un covo di intrattenimento, (tv a schermo piatto, dvd, videoregistratore, stereo, biblioteca e puzzle e giochi) , 2 bagni completi e due 1/2 bagni - tutti che sono stati ristrutturati negli ultimi tre anni. Lavanderia situata al primo piano. Camera da letto # 1 con un letto matrimoniale e 1/2 bagno si trova al piano di sotto. Un bagno completo si trova anche al primo piano. Al piano superiore ha quattro camere da letto: 1 camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e 1/2 bagno, tv a schermo piatto, un sacco di finestre e vista sull'oceano. Camera 2 con un letto matrimoniale, radio Bose, tv a schermo piatto a soffitto aperto e una vetrata con una bella vista. Camera da letto 3 con due gemelli, tv a schermo piatto e vista sull'oceano. Camera da letto 4 ha una regina, tv a schermo piatto e vista (Se portando una culla, questa è l'unica camera da letto che si adatterebbe). Internet wireless rende questa casa completa. Il garage e la vasca idromassaggio non sono ad uso degli ospiti. Il parcheggio è solo per quattro auto, senza parcheggio in strada.

Lenzuola e asciugamani possono essere forniti agli ospiti attraverso una terza parte. Questo non è incluso nel prezzo di affitto. Il costo per avere un set completo di lenzuola per ogni letto, insieme a asciugamani da bagno, spiaggia, mani e viso per questa proprietà a settimana sarebbe di $ 318. The house has all of the amenities you would need. The most recent improvements are fantastic - firepit, new A/C, whole house generator, new fences, stone walls, plantings, etc. We have so many fond memories. The rental staff are always pleasant and responsive.

The owner supplies everything we need or ask for, and does so cheerfully! We seldom eat out. We prefer our table by the ocean every night. We would however recommend purchasing fresh scallops from Midnight Our and cooking them at home!!

Three Generation Family Vacation

The home is very well equipped, comfortable, and lacks for nothing. The oceanfront location is second to none. The management company is very efficient and helpful when needed. Due to Covid we did not eat in restaurants this year, but had a table by the ocean every evening with no waiting!
