Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property is spacious in size. The king bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. Unfortunately, the outdoor shower is unusable, and the patio needs power washed with the high table and chairs replaced. The furniture in the living room needs replaced. Its very uncomfortable, and one of the recliners doesn't work.

This home was lovely, conveniently located and just what we were looking for. We are people who have been coming to Cape Cod for generations and for over 25 years we have rented through MMVR. Never had a problem.

Perfect Rental

We loved the neighborhood because my daughter could ride her bike all around the connecting little streets and we explored each pretty home. We also loved it because it was a quick bike ride to our favorite South Village beach. It’s also a great location near the restaurants. The house itself was clean and super well equipped. We loved the back patio space for having our morning coffee or a glass of Wine. We also really loved the screened in porch to watch tv. Other members of our family rented a home five doors down and they all ended up here when we played board games because our home had enough space. It was great!

This year, we found that some updates should be made. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Also, the microwave keypad was pushed in and difficult to use, personally, a new one would be in order to make it more user friendly. Otherwise, great property.
