Questo è il vero Big Sand Lake, uno dei laghi naturali più puri della Florida che vedi nella foto e il tramonto mozzafiato (anche Sunrise!) dal soggiorno e dal patio. Anche Disney Fireworks!

Situato nell'esclusivo Dr. Zona Philipps di Orlando, proprio nel mezzo dei 3 principali parchi a tema: Disney, Universal e Sea World.
La nostra villa è di proprietà e gestione privata. Nessuna presentazione di multiproprietà è coinvolta poiché non facciamo parte della multiproprietà di Westgate.

La nostra Lakefront Villa offre i comfort di casa tua come alternativa preferita a una camera d'albergo e ti consente di vivere nella tua casa a schiera in stile giardino a 2 piani. La villa è arredata con gusto con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, 3 letti queen-size che possono ospitare comodamente 6, un patio, un balcone coperto, un soggiorno, un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato con piano cottura, frigorifero, forno a microonde, pentole, stoviglie e utensili . Lenzuola, asciugamani e forniture di avviamento sono forniti.

Oltre al miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, oltre a un soggiorno in hotel, c'è una completa privacy, la libertà di poter preparare i tuoi pasti a tuo piacimento e più spazio di vita. Volevo dirti quanto mio figlio e io abbiamo apprezzato la tua villa a Orlando, in Florida, che abbiamo affittato per la settimana del 1 luglio. Dopo aver trascorso le nostre prime vacanze del 4 luglio in Florida, non avremmo potuto chiedere un posto migliore per godervi i fuochi d'artificio. Ci siamo seduti sul piccolo patio con vista sul lago e siamo stati in grado di guardare diversi fuochi d'artificio
display per 2 ore, è stato meraviglioso (soprattutto dopo aver perso i fuochi d'artificio del Canada Day mentre viaggiavamo).

La Villa e il Resort erano bellissimi e sicuramente non dovevamo andare molto lontano per divertirci.

In realtà (e spero che non ti dispiaccia) ho dato il tuo indirizzo e-mail a una mia collega di lavoro che potrebbe organizzare un viaggio con sua figlia nel prossimo futuro.

Ancora molte grazie per l'uso della tua Villa e non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

Host Gloria was very accommodating! The building was good, older and in need of upgrades. Beds were older and need to be replaced but they were ok! Location is very convenient

The vrbo had sugar ants in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I informed the contact person, they said they would send out maintenance. I informer her that we would be checking out early due to the ants and beds. There as no response after that.

Great Location and Prompt response

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and it's more convenient to many important/attractive places in Orange County. It's quite and good place for morning walk near the lake. Ms. Gloria was so prompt in response and very helpful with taking care of our needs. Would love to stay in this place again.

Would stay here again

Great location, great set up - bedroom upstairs with 2 beds and a bathroom and bedroom on main floor with another bathroom. This worked well for 3 colleagues - 2 female and 1 male staying here. Close to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Close to Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Difficult to walk to these locations but a quick Uber away. My only minor drawback is it would’ve been nice to have small things like coffee filters, dish soap and cooking oil so we didn’t need to purchase these things for the 3 days we stayed. Otherwise great value for location! I’d stay here again.

While we decided to shorten our stay at the condo, we appreciated the prompt response from our contact person, Gloria, when we discovered some issues at the condo. She did her best to remedy the situation and was understanding of our concerns.

Flooded main bedroom and filthy

The property was in need of repair from the main entrance door being warped, walls and paint severely scuffed and carpet old stains.The main bedroom had 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the host but it was never resolved. So gross we checked out early.

The place I reserved wasn’t anything like the pictures advertised on the website. It was dirty and out of date.. Our party of 4 was inconvenienced the first night had to get lodging and for the duration of the trip had move to another place.The area was very dark at the entrance.

Winter getaway

Surprisingly guide for where it was located. Enjoyed lake views and could see the fireworks from the parks. Could use some upgrades.

Great little apartment

We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. Ms Gloria is very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. It was our pleasure to stay at this townhouse.

The lake view alone is worth the stay

Great location for out of towners. The Lake and a few palm trees right out side the glass patio door.You can see the fire works from Disney over the Lake. That was pretty cool.Universal is less than 10 minutes away with traffic.Walmart is right around the corner. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The price is fare for what you are receiving.The patio and balcony are nice additions for people how like more space then a hotel room. Check-in was simple and communication was simple and easyBetter then other experiences in the past.My family enjoyed our stay

Advertised unit not what we received. We checked out the next day because of how icky we felt after just a few hours. Toilet was only big enough for a toddler to sit on. Sheets in second bedroom felt like plastic. Pillows looked like previous guest left them there and owner just refused them. Double coverage on the couches felt like the furniture was just throw away crap. Beds felt like you were laying on plywood. Mismatched furniture didn't lean towards any type of vacation vibe. Felt more like someone went around a inner city neighborhood and picked up the garbage someone threw away and reused it. Leaving the key under the mat is a sever security risk and should never be allowed to happen. It's 2025 and just a simple number pad combination is extremely easy and inexpensive to install. This is the first time I have had to leave a bad review on here and I don't do so lightly. This owner needs to reassess the state of this, and probably other units, in order to provide a better stay and experience to their guests. I would rather pay for quality than be provided with a cheap alternative that just makes you feel gross.

Orlando villa

My husband and I loved this place!!! The location was perfect. It was easy to find and central to all the Orlando attractions-quiet and immaculate. Not only were we provided with 2 pages of names and directions of the attractions from the owner when we booked, but there were lots of brochures at the villa. The on-site restaurant was very good -even had a buffet breakfast that outdid the restaurants on International Drive. The pool was a great place to relax-what more can I say? Oh, yes, and the sunsets were something else. I will highly recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Orlando. We have always done well on Homeaway.com and this was our best rental yet. Linda

The place to stay.

We have been looking for a home away from home and found the description of this one quite promising. So we got in contact with the owner and received quickly reply on each and every question we asked. Only thing we worried about has been the preliminary payment to the owners account without really knowing what we pay for. But all our doubts were gone once we arrived the location. Everthing haas been in line with the description even the palm from the pictures is there. Nice & very clean, helpful staff (thanks again to Maria) and plenty of space for a family (party of 4). In short: This is the place to stay if you look for a home away from home in Orlando.

We rented the VRBO and was not able to attend the first day. Owner reached out to make sure we had the passcode. So far so good. We messaged to make sure tWe rented the VRBO to get away from the hurricane winds in Tampa. The storm hit Orlando and no communication from the owner to see if we could get in or if the house was in any damage. Several hours later-response received-owner would need to check with housekeeper-the next day no response until. I asked if we could negotiate a refund for a few days. All of sudden on Saturday afternoon the house is ready. We checked out on Sunday.

No stay

The listing did not look anything like the pictures on line. The property was really dirty. Food in oven, dust all over the walls, patch in the ceiling and hair all over the place. Dishes were still dirty in cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fan plugged into wall socket and missing lightbulbs. Back door would not shut all the way. So we had to make other accommodations to go to a hotel and stay for the week!!

Not as advertised

It was disappointing. The kitchen was parts and pieces put together. The stove worked, but not well. Instead of staying in to eat, we had to go out. There was a lot of dusty areas, but the showers were clean. The bathroom sink needed a butter knife to pop the plug or it didn't drain. For what we got, we paid way more than it was worth. It was advertised that we could watch the fireworks from the back yard. We struggled to open the back door, and barely saw any fireworks. Only the random high ones could be seen. The communication between us and the owner were minimal. We got 4 towels even though we registered 6 people. It was not horrible, but it was not what we were let to believe and it was not up to decent standards.

Would not recommend

Communication was a little spotty but was manageable. I can live with most things and usually don’t leave negative reviews, unless there are two things that are not met. I have to have a clean bathroom and a clean bed to stay in and neither of these things were clean. There was tons of hair in the beds and food crumbs, to the point we had to go buy sheets and pillows to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. The bathrooms were the same way with hair, and all kinds of things being on the counters and floor that we felt like we needed to wear shoes or flip-flops in there to keep from stepping in anything gross. Toilet downstairs almost rocks out of the floor and the sink in the kitchen has a broken handle. Not to mention we did not cook anything to eat, because the oven was filled with food that had not been cleaned out. The funny part is there are stickers and signs everywhere saying to take your shoes off to make things less messy for the cleaners but the place was already a wreck.
