Il complesso Blue Surf, con solo 26 unità, è stato preferito dalla famiglia per un certo numero di anni. Potrai godere di ampi terreni, accesso alla spiaggia, lussureggianti paesaggi tropicali, una piscina riscaldata stagionalmente, campo da shuffleboard e un comodo accesso ai ristoranti della zona, ai negozi, al centro commerciale outlet, ai campi da golf e ad altre attività. Pompano Joe's, un ristorante di pesce punto di riferimento proprio sulla spiaggia, è a pochi passi.

La nostra unità 16A con 1 camera da letto ha recentemente subito una ristrutturazione importante. L'unità è stata dipinta dappertutto. È stata aggiunta una nuova lavasciuga impilata; sono stati aggiunti nuovi mobili, tra cui un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto, un nuovo divano e 2 nuovi televisori HD a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto.

L'unità 16A dispone di un servizio Internet privato ad alta velocità di Cox Cable, che condivide con Blue Surf 16B. Non dovresti avere problemi a ottenere l'accesso a Internet o streaming di file multimediali tramite il nostro sistema wifi privato. Troverai le istruzioni per accedere a questo servizio gratuito (in contrapposizione al sistema complesso Blue Surf) nella tua lettera di check-in.

La piscina riscaldata stagionalmente è a pochi passi dal vostro patio privato. La spiaggia è a 100 metri con accesso alla spiaggia direttamente di fronte alla proprietà Blue Surf.

Da metà marzo a ottobre offriamo un servizio spiaggia giornaliero gratuito di due sedie e un ombrellone per te sulla spiaggia. Per vostra comodità, Blue Surf Unit 16A ha un parcheggio fuori strada designato proprio fuori dalla porta principale.

Weekend vacation

We loved staying at 16A at The Blue Surf. Beautiful place to stay, very clean and neat. Enjoyed the patio and high chairs to sit in and overlook the pool area. Close to lots of good places to eat close by and in walking distance. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Fits the bill!

The location is fantastic! Booking and check in was easy. The place is really nice, recently remodeled. There is a funky smell in the unit that seems to be coming from the air ducts. (Not the owners issue). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Blue surf is perfectly located for everything. Unit was nice and met some very nice people staying there. One couple also lived blue surf and we plan on vacationing there again. Beach service was also very nice. The weather didn't cooperate but was still a nice unit, host and stay.

Great stay with some comments

1. The check in time was advertised at one time but the real check in time was an hour later. That is not good. 2. The TV needs to be a decent SMART TV with more channels. 3. The location was superb and close to the beach. 4. It was fantastic to finally have a pet-friendly location. That made the vacation much, much better. 5. Ms. Richardson is great. The management company could be a little nicer and more understanding

Incredible Accomodations

As always, my husband and I have a fantastic stay at Blue Surf. It is our third time renting at this location (different units each time) and it was nothing but perfection from start to finish. We wouldn't change a thing! We are looking forward to our next stay already!

This unit was perfect for us. We loved having the chairs and umbrella ready for us at the beach each morning. This was included with our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Owner Poor communication Skills

This condo was ok the location is not what I would choose in the future. I had a medical emergency prior to arriving and reached out to the owner to see if I could cancel based on that. She didn't respond back so i assumed that I could not and e mailed her that I was on my way with an ETA. I also left her two voicemails to which she did not respond back to. When I got there I had not been given an access code by the owner so had to call Harmony Mgt to get it. The owner responded back later saying that she had cancelled my reservation with no reason given and no refund. Not Good communication. I will not be renting through VRBO again based on this expewrience. You really need to screen the owners that you allow to rent through your agency.

The entire complex was very good. Your condo had everything accept a good internet. I appreciate the new toilet but whoever installed it didn't know what they were doing you may want to go by and look at it. You had new paint on the trim in the bathroom and it is pealing off.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed a week for our anniversary. Loved being across the street from the beach and used the beach umbrella/chair service every day. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. Kitchen was well stocked with items but there was no ice maker in the freezer or ice trays. Would have been nice to know to bring ice in advance.

Nice little condo

The condo was cute and was located right by the pool and across the street from the beach. We also liked that we could walk over to Pompano Joe’s in the evening. Bed was comfy. Great communication with the host.

Close to beach. Cute decorations and bed was comfortable. Little bit of noise from upstairs but not too bad. Easy check in and check out. Linens were clean. Needed a little deep cleaning but we’d stay there again.

Cozy and great location

Unit 16A. Comfortable king size bed, spacious shower and kitchen had everything one needs. Location is fantastic. Michelle had excellent details in a folder recommending restaurants and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful property!

We stayed here during the month of February. This condo is very cute on the inside and the kitchen is equipped with anything you possibly would need. It is perfect for 2 people. Michelle, our host was extremely responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The pool is heated and has plenty of space for lounging. I would highly recommend this condo or any of Michelle Richardson’s rentals at the Blue Surf location.

Last minute vacation

The property and location were great. Lost sleep because upstairs neighbors!! Sounded like they had a heard of cattle up there! Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Our family has traveled to Destin numerous times and have always stayed in the Miramar Beach area. We are from Louisville, KY and have owned a property management company for the past 25+ years. To now expand our business from Louisville to Destin FL is an honor.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping (Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Whole Foods) is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location
