Questa affascinante casa con 2 camere da letto è arredata con gusto e offre molti ottimi servizi tra cui nuovi arredi ed elettrodomestici (piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavatrice / asciugatrice, ecc.). Si trova appena fuori dall'autostrada Belt vicino a I-29 e 36 Highway.

Arredamento stupendo, completamente arredato e molte meravigliose funzionalità tra cui Amazon Echos (Alexa) in ogni camera, nuovi arredi ed elettrodomestici, letti incredibilmente comodi con lenzuola e lenzuola nuove, Netflix, Wifi, sistema di sicurezza, parcheggio fuori strada e molto altro !

Ci piace incontrare nuove persone e siamo disponibili a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o offrire consigli.

Baseball weekend

David’s place was perfect for a weekend watching our son’s baseball team. The house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to relax in between games.

Annual road trip with my son

Had a terrific week visiting historic sites and then being able to return “home “ to good ol’ 3825 Mitchell Ave. every night. The place was perfect. David has thought of everything and was a kind and gracious host. My son and I have a new set of memories, and our stay here contributed greatly.

Super Clean Home Away From Home

You can't go wrong in a property from David. Make sure to read about what to expect from your stay, and if that is what you are looking for, you will definitely enjoy the super clean home with all the well thought out details. This home had great location, perfect size and all we needed for our weekend in St. Joseph.

Sporting Event Stay

This is an older home with touch ups and cute decor as displayed in listing. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. As only one in the house, recommend it get a deep cleaning.

Very nice place to be!

We enjoyed having a cute and spacious home to come home to each evening! Enjoyed the patio, watching the bunnies and squirrels play while having a beverage. David was so pleasant and easygoing. Really enjoyed all our interactions. Perfect for our visit to the Missouri Star Quilt company!

Everything you need!

This home is very clean and comfortable and communication is EXCELLENT! David quickly responded to our questions and checked on us to ask if there was anything we needed. This is also a great location and we enjoyed the back yard patio in the evenings. ( Be aware there are quite a few steps to enter this home so if that’s an issue I would recommend checking out one of David’s other properties; he is most definitely a super host!) 👍👍

Mr. Sandy was a delightful host and very helpful as well as easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay there again or in any of his other properties. I have family that travels often to the area and would definitely recommend.

This was my first time staying at an air b and b. David set the bar high for my next stay. Anything I needed he was there in a jiff to provide. I loved all of the little niceties in the home. It really felt like I was in my own home. Great job guys!

Perfect Location

Our stay at this property was perfect while we visited family in the area. Located right off the beltway with easy access to the highway. The property had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The host was easily reached if we had any questions. We will stay here or at another of David’s properties next time we are in town!

Simply the best!

First, David Sandy is the host with the most. If there were an instruction manual on how to be a vrbo host, he would have written it. And given classes. Fun, classy, and if you are lucky--he will show you a magic trick based on his decades as a professional magician. All the important things in this place--very clean; safe and convenient location; all necessities; and alexa for reminders and entertainment. If you have alexa at home and are accustomed to using it regularly, I cannot emphasize enough what a plus this was. Music and reminders. Great layout in home. Lots of nice touches with art and books. And did I say clean! I will stay here next time I am in St. Jo--my hometown.

St Joseph Lodging is a extension of Sandy Investment Properties, LLC. David Sandy has owned and maintained wonderful residential rentals in St. Joseph for over three decades. It all started with his purchase of one duplex, and then over the next few years, quickly grew to multiple properties on the northeast and east sides of St. Joseph. He’s never used a third-party property manager or management company. On the contrary, he believes that no one else will take care of his properties with the attention for detail like he does himself.

In 2017, David slowly began converting some of his properties to short-term, furnished corporate rentals. The emphasis he insists on includes cleanliness, comfort, and convenience for his guests. He enjoys meeting and hosting visitors to St. Joseph, whether they’re here for business, family or vacation.

On a side note, David is also a professional magician and entertainment producer. He has traveled the world entertaining people and producing shows for resorts, conventions, cruise ships, theme parks, etc. He'll be glad to teach you an incredible magic trick during your stay!
