Goditi l'incredibile luce del sole della California sul patio posteriore che si affaccia sull'ottava buca del fantastico campo da golf Arnold Palmer! Spettacolare 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni condominio a La Quinta! Aggiornato, cortile privato, si affaccia ad est per il sole del mattino!

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, bagno padronale completo con vanità e doppi lavandini. La seconda camera è grande quasi quanto il padrone, ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato a 3/4. La 3a camera da letto può ospitare 2 sul divano letto. C'è un ulteriore bagno 3/4 per ospiti o visitatori. La cucina full size è ben rinnovata con ripiani in granito, fornello / forno più recente, forno a microonde, frigorifero full size, lavastoviglie e bar per la colazione separato. Enjoyed but some inconveniences!

I think the property manager was very nice and helpful. A few things about the property were off though… between the 3 bathrooms in the house, not a single outlet worked. The girls were doing their hair in the kitchen/living room. The grill was hooked up to a gas line on the house so there wasn’t a propane tank. We tried to use it but the flames were so weak it wasn’t able to heat up the grill. Lastly, one of the bedrooms was converted into another living room type area with a couch that pulled out to a bed. Wasn’t expecting it but it was nice to be cozy in as the main living room didn’t have a TV. All the mirrors in the place are a girls dream though.

Another Amazing Stay

This was my second time staying at Joseph’s property for Coachella and it felt like home. Everything was clean and it was equipped with everything we needed from seasonings to extra linens. I appreciated Joseph calling me before my stay just to make sure check-in would go smoothly. I can’t want to come back next year!

Perfect for either a short or long term stay. We stayed 3 months.

Great location for going in any direction. We loved La Quinta Village and all the very good restaurants there! Explored Joshua Tree National Park several times. The condo is about 30 minutes from the south entrance of the Park.

Beware

Unit overall nice - had trouble checking in - owner Joseph told us we had to find another place but he would allow us to stay one night - he thought our reservation had been cancelled so he could do “construction “. He didn’t want to reschedule. VRBO said we could stay. There was lots of personal belongings everywhere- we had to cleanup. Grill not working. Master bedroom mattress terrible sagging and uncomfortable. Great tvs and living room very nice.

Perfect Stay

Joseph’s property has all the amenities you could possibly need. Home is beautiful and in a safe community. Me and my 5 friends thorough enjoyed our stay for Coachella. Security staff was friendly. I appreciated Joseph calling me a week before my stay to go over the details of check in. Thank you!

Beautiful condo!

This condo is located at PGA West at Arnold Palmer which is a fantastic location. Very close to restaurants, shopping and golf! The condo is very nice! Clean and comfortable beds. The owner,Joseph, was a jewel! I will definitely stay again!

Fabulous Rental

This is a great unit when visiting the desert. It is super clean and very well appointed. Joseph, the property manager, is very easy to work with and had the check in well organized. The location on the Arnold Palmer course is great and the pool/spa is just a few steps away. I highly recommend this property.

A beautiful and very comfortable unit in a quiet location.

We had a very pleasant 5-night stay in this unit. It was very clean in an excellent location only 5 minutes from the PGA West Stadium and Nicklaus Tournament golf courses and 10 minutes from the La Quinta Resort & spa. The kitchen included enough cooking equipment and dinnerware to accommodate our brief stay. The unit also has comfortable garden furniture on the small patio overlooking one of the fairways on the Palmer Private course. The owner was very responsive to telephone calls regarding check in and check out and amenities in the area. All in all, this is a wonderful place to relax. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Wow! - just what we expected

My family and I (4 adults & a baby) would like to thank Joe for letting us rent his spacious townhouse for the week. He was very accommodating to our needs and communicated in a timely manner when we had questions. The unit is very clean. The furniture is tastefully updated, and very comfortable. The layout and open floor plan is very nice for holding conversations while cooking/entertaining. The separate TV room turned out to be a bonus. Aside from the hospitality, a hidden bonus is the patio. Sitting outside watching the golfers come thru in the warm sun is a treat. Because the hole has a deep bowl we felt we were close, but still had privacy in the unit.

We really enjoyed staying in Joseph ‘s condo. It’s well appointed and we made numerous meals (including dinners) and found everything we needed. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
