The hot water concern was related to a recirculation issue affecting how quickly hot water reached the upstairs primary bathroom, and this is also being addressed. We offered to visit the home during your stay to inspect and troubleshoot these items, but were unable to do so before your early departure. We take guest concerns seriously and acted promptly once these issues were reported.
