The villa was clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location. A wonderful location and just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and bars and restaurants but still very peaceful. It was great to have a private pool too! We would definitely recommend the villa.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. It was our second time and will hopefully go back. It was very clean and the location was perfect as we didn’t have a car. Just around the corner from a supermarket and beautiful restaurants at the Rubicón marina.

We had a great holiday at the villa again this year , our 4th stay. It suits the four of us perfectly. It’s only a few minutes away from the marina and a short walk to the town . Overall a quiet area too and parking close by for our hire car .

We always warn our vacationers when booking that they will have to pay the end-of-stay cleaning on site for practical reasons with the cleaning company with which we work and which we declare. We do this to avoid additional costs for holidaymakers.

Lovely property at a convenient location

A charming property 3 minutes from the marina. Very clean and well decorated. Close to the beach and all the essentials. Will definitely stay again ifvwe come to this part of Lanzarote.

Absolutely love this property

This is our second visit, the contact with the owner and the person representing them locally is second to none. The villa is in a very peaceful location but less than 5 minutes from all the amenities, so perfect position. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need, and we certainly hope to be back soon.

Lovely villa in prime location

We had an amazing week in this Villa, it is set up with everything you need for a true home from home experience. The pool was an added bonus. Raquel was an excellent manager, always available via message to deal with any issues. Would recommend

Second visit to this villa, choice location walking distance to Puerto Rubicon where many good restaurants and supermarkets can be found. Villa has all amenities and is well managed.I have recommended my daughter to take her family and she has booked for August. One

Fantastic Location

Well equipped villa right next to the wonderful Marina Rubicon. The small private swimming pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The villa has all you could need for a self-catering holiday, that's if you can force yourself to eat in with the wide range of gastronomy available in the many and varied surroundings restaurants. Double bed was comfortable, rainfall shower was refreshing and the garden well furnished. Highly recommended

Hols 2023

We have stayed here twice now and have booked again for 2024 . It suits us perfectly although it doesn’t have the views it’s a couple of minutes from the marina restaurants bars supermarket and shops and a 15 minute walk to the Playa Blanca town . It’s comfortable with enough outside space for 4 adults and nice seating area looking forward to our next stay already ,
