Il meglio dei due mondi, prezzo e posizione

8-10 posti letto con divano letto. Caratteristico Cottage su un acro. Situato in posizione centrale a 8 miglia da Hunting Island State Park o Historic Beaufort, SC. E se sei una famiglia militare in città per la laurea, è solo a 11 miglia di distanza! Quando hai finito di andare in città o pronto a sciacquarti dalla spiaggia, vieni al cottage e alza i piedi. Goditi i posti a sedere all'aperto all'ombra delle querce durante il giorno o illumina la firepit che arriva al calar della notte e rilassati mentre arrostisci gli odori. In ogni modo, i ricordi saranno fatti.
Febbraio / marzo 2019 abbiamo effettuato un upgrade allo scaldabagno. La casa ora ha un serbatoio da 50 gal di capacità maggiore. Luglio 2019 nuovo patio piastrellato in terracotta con tenda da sole. Il noleggio viene fornito con un pass gratuito per la spiaggia !! Risparmia $ 5 a persona per visita !!

This was an excellent getaway that fulfilled our needs. All areas of the stay were clean. However, these areas need some improvement. The side screendoor latch was broken, and some dusting is needed on the shelves.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was very welcoming. House was set up for ease of check in and comfort during the visit. It was very nicely decorated with a warm, inviting feel. We enjoyed using the Hunting Island State Park Pass several times - very nice to have ! Proximity to the park was great.

Pleasantly surprised.

At first glance, the property was slightly different from the photo, as they had added a red privacy fence in front, and the yard was needing some TLC. However, once inside….a pleasant surprise awaited. Charming country decor with beautiful decorative accents, comfortable furniture, and a warm, “we’re home” feeling. A.C. Was quiet and efficient, kitchen, baths, refrigerator all immaculate, and I swear you could eat off the floors, they were so clean. The only con was minimal closet space. Nights were quiet. This is a diamond in the rough!

Great location and price

Comfy stay for 6 adults and a 2y/o. Not huge but plenty big for us. And the decor for each room is really very lovely. The home had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. Easiest checkout ever! We went to USMC graduation and used the free beach pass to enjoy the state park, both of which were w/in easy driving distance. The neighborhood is rural and a little junky but son went on a run every day and it was very safe. Very cute, convenient, and affordable spot!

Cute house

The location was centrally located to all surrounding areas. The house could have more area or storage for a guest's clothing. We basically had to live out of our suitcase because even the closets had items in them. The closet in the one bedroom was locked so couldn't use it at all. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment which made it nice for fixing dinner. We enjoyed walking everyday in the neighborhood.

2nd time renting this house. Great location in between Beaufort and Hunting Island State Park. House rental comes with beach pass! Host is Excellent! We love this property and will return when returning to the area.

A sweet and charming cottage

We had a great time staying at this adorable cottage. The decor reminds me of Marin County and there are games and books and towels and an outdoor shower and a pass to a beautiful beach. Owner very responsive. Good place to stay for Marine graduation!

Adorable cottage!

Nice cottage on a quiet street with convenient location to the beach state park and a few local restaurants. We appreciated all the extras like the park pass, kitchen spices, coffee and even a breakfsst in bed tray! The beds and were comfortable for a good nights sleep after a busy day exploring the islands. We would definitely book again!

Exceptional Stay for Marine Graduation

Our stay for our son's Marine graduation was exceptional. Excellent site and stay for USMC Parris Island events

House was well stocked with all the necessary amenities and had plenty of games and means of entertainment. The proximity to numerous water fronts would make it an easy choice for fishers and sea farers.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It is a nice place that is quite and safe. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the overall location of the house. The check in and out process is easy and the host is very responsive.
