Vieni a rilassarti sulla bellissima isola di Sanibel a Loggerhead Cay 313. Questo spazioso condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni aggiungerà sicuramente piacere alla tua vacanza in famiglia con i suoi divertenti colori vivaci che ti ricordano sicuramente di giocare e di lasciare il lavoro alle spalle! Abbiamo affettuosamente nominato il nostro condominio "Poco Loco" in onore di una gelateria e dei pappagalli a Jerry's Market Place (devi verificarli!) e un'opera d'arte che il mio dolce amico ha realizzato per il nostro condominio. (Dovrai venire a trovarlo per vederlo!) Speriamo che tu e la tua famiglia creerete ricordi felici mentre esplorate le isole con molti tesori della natura e della natura. Loggerhead si trova all'estremità orientale dell'isola, pochi minuti dopo l'arrivo sull'isola, in modo da poter iniziare la tua vacanza il più presto possibile! Siamo vicini a molti ristoranti e negozi lungo la Pervinca ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia (circa 300 per essere esatti per tutti i contapassi!). Abbiamo una vista sul cortile del paesaggio ben curato e il mio albero preferito, l'albero di Poinciana. (Vieni in maggio-agosto per vederlo in piena fioritura!) Siamo in grado di ospitare comodamente 6 persone. C'è un comodo letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, 2 comodi gemelli (approvate le mie figlie!) nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Abbiamo 3 televisori a schermo piatto predisposti per Netflix, Hulu e Amazon (con i numeri del tuo account), Wi-Fi ad alta velocità, (se devi lavorare un po '), libri, giochi, puzzle, teli mare, giocattoli, sedie e ombrellone per il vostro uso (situato nell'armadio di stoccaggio) e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Sanibel Holiday, la nostra gestione condominiale, fornisce biancheria, articoli vari, detersivo per bucato e detersivo per piatti ed è disponibile per eventuali problemi imprevisti durante la vostra visita. Questo è un complesso non fumatori con ascensore, grande piscina riscaldata, shuffleboard, griglie a gas e campi da tennis. *** Dog friendly (25 libbre o meno) ***

Amazing property

Our family stayed here for a week. The condo was perfect the pool was clean it was family oriented- nice and quiet. They provided a wagon and beach chairs for us to use the beach it was a perfect spring break!

Great place, great location, great complex. We really appreciated that the cleaning people did not use scented products and that there was no air freshener going on (my wife is allergic).The condo had everything we needed and more. Roomy, comfortable, wifi worked great - very relaxing and enjoyable experience.Brooke was always very responsive to questions. This was definitely one of the most enjoyable vacations we've had and where we stayed had a lot to do with that!

Relaxing getaway to SHELL!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a fun island experience and this place was awesome! Such a great location and we enjoyed the laid back feeling of Sanibel. I'm an avid sheller and the beaches didn't disappoint. We were nervous about the possible hurricane coming later that week but we found many places still open and service was fantastic. The beds are comfortable and condo is quiet. I will be staying again for sure. This place has everything you need for a fabulous time on beautiful Sanibel!

Our recent vacation to Sanibel was amazing! Loggerhead Cay was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was updated and had every amenity needed to make sure our stay was comfortable. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and beach equipment was included to make each day full of fun! The vacation rental company stayed in touch to make sure the vacation went smoothly and was available to ensure all of our needs were met. Thank you for allowing us to stay! Our family had such a great vacation and it was such a blessing to spend time together and relax and reconnect! Thank you again for helping to make our stay so amazing!

Judah’s 1st beach trip 2022

Last year was our first time visiting and was called home for the birth of our 1st grandson, so we returned this year with Judah boy, and it was definitely a blessing. Pictures and description of condo is spot on, we will definitely be repeat renters of this condo! ❤️ Rented 2 condos close to each other and we are already planning for next year!!

Spring break getaway

Wonderful property and condo. The property was quiet and very clean. It was a short walk from our unit to the beach and all beach supplies that we could have wanted were included in the unit (tent, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, skim board). Safe area to let teens go out and wander and hang out. I highly recommend it!

Relaxing and Stressless

We had a wonderful time reading on the balcony, watching the basketball playoffs, and searching for shells on the beach. The property owners had tons of beach items ie. umbrellas, wagon, chairs, skimmer boards, towels, etc. The ocean was so close we never even went to the pool. The sound of the ocean and seeing dolphins jumping in the waves were a huge draw! Brooke and Dean's place was well appointed and had great internet for studying too. We would love to stay here again if a future journey leads us to Sanibel again.

5 Stars - Perfect Beach Getaway & Amazing Memories

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach rental! The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach without needing to cross any main roads, which made it incredibly convenient and safe for our family. Parking was also easy and plentiful, which is a huge plus. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from cookware to utensils—it was like cooking at home! This was especially helpful for enjoying relaxed dinners in after a day of fun in the sun. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt, which made everything stress-free. They were friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. It’s clear they take great pride in ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. All in all, this rental was everything we hoped for and more. We can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach escape. Don't look any further - this is the one !

Loved our stay at Poco Loco!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Poco Loco and our little dog was so pleased to be included, as well. Everything we needed was there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom bed was a definite plus and my daughter's bed was also great. Everything we needed for the beach was included in the storage locker, including a beach tent and chairs, along with a wagon. Loved the bright, cheerful decor and the overall family friendly atmosphere!

Great Accommodations and Location

Our week's stay at this Sanibel property was really comfortable. The condo is not far from the beach and pool, which kept both our kids entertained. Both the property manager and owner were responsive to our questions.
