We felt like the last people on earth - abandoned

Clean room, narrow beach front, pool all 5 ft deep and not good for kids, no golf carts, no management on site, no response for 3 hours when called, no food, no people...

Beautiful Location

This condo was a perfect start to our vacation. We were going to be getting on a catamaran to sail for a week and this property was very near the rental place, The Moorings. So thankful we booked it. Very comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful pool directly in front of a little beach. I would stay again for sure.

A wonderful time!

Location is perfect for Placencia. Close to beach and beautiful view of the water. The unit could use some updating but was very clean with all the necessities. The concierge was amazing and made our stay the best!

Not even salt and pepper in the kitcken; There was no baking pan for the oven. Consiege service was minimal. Laundry was listed as amenities but we still had to pay $20.00 to get our Laundry done. Very deceptive sell.

Beach Views

Lovely place to stay. Very relaxing views out to the beach and beyond. The only frustrating issue was the secondary bedroom AC was not working properly. The property manager (3rd party) visited when we reported the issue and she told us that someone would stop by that morning to fix it. (She was very pleasant.) But no one ever showed up to fix the issue. When I sent a follow up, I never received a reply

Lovely complex

Nice complexe of 12 condo. We stayed in unit 25 ground floor. Unit was clean and bed confortable. Need some update on furnitures, and ceiling bathroom wad mark by mold and we could smell it. Very friendly site cleaning and gardening staff. Need a way of transport to get to the center of activity

Sea View and Peaceful Fountain

My favorite area of the condo is the covered porch. It is lovely to sit in the garden area with such a peaceful gurgling fountain right in front of the porch and the sea not quite out of view. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are small but with great water pressure and steaming hot water. Living room furniture is comfortable and not worn. The multiple air conditioner units make sense as one can turn on or off depending on activities: living room during the day bedrooms for sleeping at night. I plan to return when all the windows can be opened as the sea breeze is always wonderful. The negative: The microwave was inoperable, which was an inconvenience as we prepared meals in the unit. Reported immediately - but it was not replaced while we were there.

Comfortable and Relaxing!

Spent 2 weeks enjoying this condo. The beds were comfy, the AC was appreciated when the breezes from the beach stopped. There were ample supplies of toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap etc. provided. The folks at Vacasa were awesome as they were able to purchase and fill in missing kitchen equipment like good cutting knives, mixing bowls, eating bowls, can opener, wine glasses, etc. when we contacted them. They even replaced the non functioning microwave with a new one. There weren't any condiments or spices, but we were able to buy some and leave for future renters. The internet was provided, but inconsistent and sometimes frustrating. Everyone we met was very friendly and courteous. Signed up for the Monkey River Tour and recommend it! We enjoyed using the pool on a daily basis. Would have appreciated some beach towels? Would have appreciated a folder/packet of information about the condo, the cable tv provided, what to do with garbage, recycling, etc., places to eat, shop, ways to get into Placencia Village contact numbers, etc. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch overlooking the pool and the dock/ocean. Patio chair cushions were wearing out and could/should be upgraded.Called the main Vacasa office in Portland, OR when we returned to complement the staff in Belize who assisted us.

Beautiful and serene

This condo is a part of Robert's Grove Resort property. It was a bit difficult to find due to that not being described on the listing. The condo was lovely, very well kept. The property is right on the ocean with a lovely beach and amazing lap swimming pool. The staff were over the top accommodating and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food and fairly priced. I really enjoyed my stay here and will return. Highly recommended!
