This house was wonderful! Perfect location, extremely clean, amazing amenities and the owners even allowed us to have a small team gathering. We stayed here while our children spent the week at Dreams Park and this was the perfect place to share a home with other families and there was plenty to do for everyone. The owner was extremely caring and very responsive to any questions that we had before and during our stay. We had a wonderful week at this home.

Everything was just ok. The pool was leaking, the bball hoop completely broken, mold in the washing machine, urine on my bed comforter, crappy gross towels, cheapest of cheap toilet paper, tv remotes didn’t work. Otherwise the space was great, everything “worked” but for that kind of money, i expected a lot more!!

Perfect Cooperstown Dreams Park location

This house was in the perfect Location, took us less than 10 minutes to get to Cooperstown dreams Park. The pool was a great after baseball getaway, and the fire pit was my favorite part!!! It came fully stacked with firewood, and we sat by that fire pit every night until midnight, and it was amazing. It’s a huge piece of property and the boys ran around playing baseball while the adults hung out by the fire pit, it’s the absolute perfect set up. Our hostess was responsive and everything was absolutely perfect❤️

Great location and property!

This was our second time staying at the property and we had another amazing time! It's about 12 minutes to CDP and the best part of the drive is the stunning sunflower field that you pass by along the way every day! Only a 2 minute drive from the house, check out Fly Creek Cider Mill - it's way more than just a store!! The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen and huge dining table! The pool, covered area and yard are perfect for team parties!

Perfect for Cooperstown

We stayed with three other families at the house, and it was a perfect spot to relax and spend time together before/after/in between games. It’s a quick drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park, and downtown Cooperstown. We had a blast! Thanks to the awesome hosts who left us a gift card to Jerry’s! We loved our ice cream and pins!

Wonderful Cooperstown visit!!

We stayed in the house with another family for Cooperstown Dreams Park. We had a lot of baseball and the field location was about 10 minutes away which was great. The older kids enjoyed the basketball court and pool. It was also a great location to the town of Cooperstown and Fly Creek Cedar Mill which we were able to enjoy! If you are also looking for a good burger and milkshake head to Jerry’s Place. What a great place for the kids!! The house was perfect for our Cooperstown Dream Park visit and I would highly recommend! 💕

Cooperstown Dreams Park

We had 4 families in town for the Dreams Park baseball tournament. The house was a great location, only 10 minutes from the Dreams Park. Very close to Cooperstown too. The kids enjoyed the pool and the big yard to play in. The adults enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor area to hang out. The house was very clean. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We would stay here again and definitely recommend this property!

Hit a Homerun

This was the perfect spot for our group during our week in the Dreams Park tournament. Close to the park and downtown Cooperstown. We really enjoyed the backyard amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Cooperstown Dreams Park rental

We had a wonderful experience in this property- it was perfect for our group that was made up of 5 families. Great location to CDP and Cooperstown, the pool was a major hit for the siblings who were able to use it during downtime, the adults loved the fire pit at night, and the downstairs setup was great for games and hanging out while we waited through some serious rain delays! We are a picky group and we all loved the cleanliness of the property. Connie was super responsive. Also, we were a big fan of Jerry’s Place, one of the recommendations in the house binder- we did takeout there twice and were able to enjoy it outside on the covered patio.

Perfect Stay

This property is as great spot to stay for a Cooperstown trip. 5 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full baths made the trip perfect for our group. The owner had everything we needed and was responsive to any questions we had. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. Pool and outdoor area was great to have for the kids.

Great!

We shared the house with 3 other families. It was perfect for adults and children. The pool was cold for the rainy week, but that didn’t stop the kids from swimming. Bring a basketball, as there is a hoop! And lots of grass for whiffle ball. The remote location allowed for a nice gathering with other friends. A good resting spot between games and a beautiful scenic area for jogging.

Relaxing, Spacious, Clean, and Convenient Cooperstown Dream House

Excellent property for families visiting the Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is 10 minutes from the field, making it perfect to go back and forth between games. The open kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for a large group, and the yard is equally wonderful with the pool, open field, basketball court, outdoor fireplace, and covered patio with grill. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms gave everyone quiet time, privacy, and accessibility when needed. This property was a hit for us and worth the price.

Much needed break

Connie was so great. She replied quickly and was very attentive when we had some hiccups during our stay. Great place for adults and teens alike. We held a graduation picnic and a small intimate party with no problem. Wonderful size property and nice and quiet neighbors who don't complain. ;)

Great Place

The house was fantastic. Everything is modernized and updated. Each room has cable and a flat screen television. The pool is a great escape. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We have been coming up this way for 18 years and will look to book this house again for sure.

Cooperstown Family Getaway!

The house was perfect for our stay in Cooperstown. The location was great, nice and close to Dreams Park. The six large bedrooms accommodated our family of 10 adults and 2 children. Pool was great for the hot weather we had during our stay. The yard and firepit were wonderful also. The covered area was a bonus. It allowed us to still be outside and barbeque when it did rain, or if we needed some shade. The living room and dining room was nice and open and allowed us to all be together when we were in the house. We would definitely rent this house again when my other grandson goes to Cooperstown in 2 years!
