Questo condominio di lusso a Regency Isle si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia e può ospitare fino a sei. Quando vedrai questo bellissimo condominio di 1300 piedi quadrati con due camere da letto, con vista mozzafiato sul golfo e sulle spiagge, non vorrai mai andartene. Rilassati e goditi le splendide viste dal tuo ampio balcone 10'x30 'o in piscina. Maltempo? Nessun problema! Godetevi la piscina interna riscaldata con vasca idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco o allenatevi nel centro fitness.

Questa unità non fumatori, decorata professionalmente al DECIMO piano, dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo (vasca idromassaggio nella camera principale) e soffitti di nove piedi. Molto spazioso! La cucina completamente attrezzata comprende ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard, mobile bar con lavandino e frigorifero per bevande. Questa unità viene fornita con tutto, proprio come a casa!

Le camere da letto includono un letto king size nella suite principale, due gemelli nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno. Ci sono anche combinazione TV / DVD nelle camere da letto e lettore DVD / BluRay nella zona giorno.

Awesome location!

This condo is perfect for families wanting to enjoy the beach and a pool! This unit is super convenient - parking space and your door are right by the elevators (and we never heard any noise from people getting on/off), so walking is minimal. Great view, comfy beds and recliners, sturdy balcony furniture, well stocked kitchen, and bonus beverage fridge. Would def stay here again!

Great Rental

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! The condo was well stocked, decorated beautifully, and very clean. John and Sue were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Stay here, you will love it!!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay . We have stayed at the Regency for several years and all of the condos we have stayed in had an ice machine under the bar area , this one did not , it had a wine cooler that did not work ? I would suggest a new coffee maker and an ice machine.

A great stay!!

First of all the owners are amazing. Response time is quick if we had any questions. The condo was clean, roomy, and MORE than what was described in the details. This condo had everything a vacationer would need and more. It’s an extremely quick walk to the beach on a beautiful property! The pool is very nice and landscaping is gorgeous. It’s quiet and comforting with family oriented atmosphere. The property is very clean and beautiful. They were doing remodeling and it didn’t distract us from anything!!!! Hands down, we WILL BE RETURNING!!!!! Home away from home!!! My kids loved it! Right down to the super glue I found in a drawer when I broke my earring!!! They had everything and more!!!

This condo was very nice and comfortable. Only a few issues need to be fixed. We had only 3 hangers in both bedrooms and one trash bag to use. Also th master bath towels were very small and old. For the amount of money we paid I feel these should have been better.

Perfection

This condo was perfection for us! I was traveling with my disabled son and elderly mother. The parking was spot on! Loved not having to cart everyone’s luggage too far. The condo was clean, warm and inviting. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels were fluffy. The washer and dryer were nice as most beach places have older appliances in the laundry room. The ice maker in the freezer provided plenty of ice for us. The beach chairs and toys in the balcony closet were a welcome sight. It was less I had to worry about. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were of good quality. Plenty of hangers in the closet areas. The views were spectacular from the very spacious balcony. I even found the time to sit out there in the evenings and read one of the many books provided by the owners. Overall it was the best place I’ve stayed at Orange beach/Perdido key area. And I’ve stayed in 4 places on 6 different occasions. I do hope I’m able to rent again in the summer of 24, and stay a week. I will always check this one first. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous location and unit!

Loved every minute of our stay. We had dinner reservations 3 nights and cancelled all of them to sit on the patio and enjoy the view and cook dinner there! Beach is close, parking is close- everything was perfect!

Great condo

Owners were great to deal with. The condo was amazing with probably the largest balcony we have had in the 37 years we have been renting in the area .The condo has things we have been buying,like sand toys ,floats and chairs,salt and pepper and the list goes on and on .Games where stacked up for rain days or if the kids need a break ,Movies where in the cabinet, CD where there too.And covered parking that fit our Expedition, and right across from the elevator. We just can not say enough good things about this condo and will return again soon , Thanks for everything Mike ,Liz and granddaughters and there two friends 😄

Great condo and location

A great place to stay. We loved the access to the beach and views from the balcony. Watching dolphins swim by every morning was truly a treat. We will definitely go back.

Awesome vacation

This place was PERFECT!! We stayed the first week of October and it could not have been any better. Convenient to the elevator and the beach . We loved it and will definitely come back here.

Overall great rental...

This was a clean rental unit, overall very happy with the stay. Need new pots and Pans, and a hair dryer... Just sayin. All super minor stuff that didn't alter our time spent in Orange Beach.

Nice Condo

We always enjoy coming to Regency Isle . The condo is very nice and we enjoyed our stay . Just a few things would make it more visitor friendly . A hook outside the shower door in the master would be great . Ice make instead of the wine cooler would be awesome , not much ice in the freezer . A fridge with water in the door would be awesome , we went through a lot of bottled water . Overall the condo was great , just some things I thought I would pass along. Thank You DMD

Lovely quiet condo

We enjoyed our time at the Regency Isle. We have been coming here for several years. The condo was well appointed, and even had a nice non-stick pan(I know, I’m easy to please). Everything worked as it should and my family had a great time! A couple of suggestions: 1. Replace the “beverage cooler” with an ice maker. I was surprised it didn’t have one as others we have stayed in have all had them. In fact, my families 6 other condos all had them as well. 2. Place curtains in the living room to prevent early sunrise from coming in an waking up anyone in the living room. Overall, we would love to stay here again. Great place!

Phenomenal Condo, Comfortable and Clean

Entire experience was 5 stars, from booking to checking in, communicating with owner, all exceeded our expectations. The condo and location are fabulous, exceptionally clean, quiet, very spacious, amazing views, comfortable beds and furniture, huge balcony with a nice table and chairs overlooking the manicured beach, wow! Kitchen ad dining area are very large and having the washer and dryer is helpful too. Owner is very pleasant to work with, which is a huge bonus. This is the place to book if you're vacationing in Orange Beach.

Excellent condo

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. The location is right on the beach. The balcony has an amazing view. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding condo, great location.

Will definitely stay again. No complaints. Great stay. Clean, spacious, well stocked unit. The half bath was a nice plus. Large balcony space with great sturdy furniture (which is how I choose a unit). There were extra small shampoo / conditioner bottles and hand soap under the sinks, bring bar soap for the shower. There was blue Dawn in the kitchen, and a roll of paper towels. Bring an extra roll of toilet paper. Bring an extra trash bag or two. Bring your own beach towels, but there is a closet full of beach equipment and toys in the closet on the balcony (including chairs and umbrellas). The unit is located ~1/2 mile from the AL/FL state line, therefore a few miles to Perdido Key which is low key and less busy. Orange Beach and shopping / restaurants / activities is a few miles in the other direction, this condo is located on the edge so not so loud or busy. This unit has 3 levels of parking, the spot for this unit is right across from the elevator on the ground floor. Work was being done on the 2 upper levels, so our spot was taken sometimes but there were other free spots to park on the ground level. Great outdoor, indoor pools, a hot tub, and a steam room and sauna. Didn't visit the gym. Lots of space on the beach, with a nice grilling area and grassy area and picnic tables. Unit was in great shape, nothing broken or not working. One light bulb in a lamp was bad, but there were extras in a closet. There were also extra "rags" in a basket in the laundry area for cleaning. The only thing I would add would be luggage racks for suitcases. In the meantime the rooms are spacious enough to allow the suitcases to be on the floor beside the bed.
