Non cercate oltre, questa casa recentemente ristrutturata con 2 letti e 1 bagno ha tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno. Situato a solo un isolato dal centro della strada principale (Elk Avenue) che offre un facile accesso a tutti i negozi e ristoranti. Caffè, cibo, gelato, shopping è a un minuto a piedi !. La casa è a mezzo isolato dalla fermata dell'autobus che ti porta fino alla base di Crested Butte Mountain in 10 minuti. Tutti i servizi della città sono facilmente accessibili. La pista di pattinaggio e il Nordic Center sono a pochi isolati di distanza. Abbiamo un cortile molto grande per i bambini a giocare o ci si può rilassare sul nostro patio posteriore e ammirare la vista sulle montagne. La casa dispone di un nuovissimo 50 "Smart TV a schermo piatto e Wi-Fi. La tua famiglia può guardare Netflix o la maggior parte delle altre app dalla TV o dalla televisione via cavo.

Great comfortable home in the midst of a beautiful mountain town. Easily walkable to all of the town restaurants, shops and grocers. Easy walk to the free local bus up to the ski area. Couldn't ask for a better place. The owner is also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home! Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice being close to the downtown and right across from the Catholic Church! Such a nice house to be with family and celebrate a birthday weekend!

Perfect spot!

The house is really close to Elk Avenue and the shuttle to get up to the mountain. The home is clean and has everything you need and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We had a great stay in Crested Butte. This home is small but cozy and well appointed. The location can’t be beat - just a block from all the restaurants and shops.

Perfect location!

Came for the hiking but the location was perfect to walk downtown for shopping and dinner. House is very updated and very clean with everything you need. Definitely looking forward to a winter stay!

Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time relaxing in the evenings surrounded by snow. Kitchen was very well equipped, house was extremely clean, and location was perfect for bus stop, nordic center, and elk avenue.

My family loved this little no frills cozy house in the heart of CB. A perfect baseops for our skiing adventure. Nice soaps, clean blankets, hot water, tide pods, paper products etc. We hope to stay here again

Great location and amenities

Had a very nice stay here. Location is a block away from the downtown area with lots of great restaurants and bars. Also, a short walk from hiking trails. Cottage had everything you'd need for a lengthy stay and was clean and comfortable. Thanks!

We had a wonderful vacation at this downtown Crested Butte home!

Loved, loved, loved this place! EVERYTHING was within walking distance from the property. And if cleanliness is important then this is the place for you. (The pictures don't do it justice!) We'll definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location!

This is an ideal place to stay for easy access to everything CB and also a good night's sleep. It's only one block off Elk, where you can easily access restaurants, while also in a very quiet neighborhood so when it's time to rest after a fun day outside, you can do so. The house was comfortable and had all the essentials well stocked. We'll definitely be returning!

Great in town location

This property suited our needs perfectly for a three day weekend in Crested Butte. We loved being able to walk out the door for coffee, restaurants and shopping. The mountain and nordic center were a short drive away for daily activities. The house is small but cozy with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathroom towels, etc.

Fourth Generation Coloradan. Our family is full of love, laughter, happines and faith. We have been very fortunate to have our CB house since it was built by my father in 1968. It has been a vacation get-away cabin for all of our family and friends. Our family loves to hike, bike, ski/snowboard, XC ski, fish, shop and relax while in CB.

Our property is set in the perfect CB location. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, restaurants/bars, grocery store, library, hardware store, ice rink, skate park, parks, churches, and museums.

The FREE Town Shuttle stops half a block away to where you can get up to the base of CB Mountain in 10 minutes, or get around town.
