La proprietà comprende pavimenti personalizzati, vernici personalizzate, arredi in pelle, letti confortevoli, cucina full size, lavanderia, ampio balcone di grandi dimensioni, ecc. Goditi la tua vacanza al mare in uno dei condomini più belli del Tropic Winds.

La master suite comprende letto king-size, bagno privato con combinazione doccia / vasca, TV a schermo piatto e accesso al balcone! Goditi le splendide viste sul golfo dalla camera da letto o dormi al suono delle onde.

Wonderful location - on the quieter west end of the beach. Just as pictures represent. Clean and convenient. Reserved parking space! Would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! This unit was so convenient and perfect for us! The parking is on level 1, with the pool and beach access within a few feet. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, even the parking passes with arm bands. No need to visit an office for anything. The balcony was spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were hotel quality. We will definitely be booking this unit again with future stays!

My daughter and I definitely enjoyed our stay. First time to come to Panama., Definitely didn’t disappoint. Parking was convenient., Getting to our room was convenient. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Loved sitting out on the balcony at night. We will definitely be back

Nice place for a decent price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was good. It was pretty clean but we did find a drawer full off clothes from the previous occupant. It had all updated appliances, floors, doors and trim. The cabinets and furniture were dated. The couch cushions kept sliding off the front of the couch making for a frustrating experience every time you sat down. The mattresses were comfortable. The balcony was huge and had nice furniture and tile and obviously a fantastic view. The master bath walk-in shower was updated and nice however there was nowhere to put soap or shampoo so you end up having to put it on the floor of the shower, Some type of shelf would be nice. The parking was a little tight and the space for this condo was right where the walkway from the beach entered the garage so people were brushing up against our car each day as they walked by. As far as the building itself goes: It was in a quieter part of PCB which I preferred. It seemed to be well maintained with security guy and cleaners around. 1 elevator was out of service but we never had to wait long for an elevator. Neither elevator had A/C, one had a fan. The indoor outdoor pool was a nice relief from the heat and sun but the deck could be bigger. It would be fantastic if it wrapped around and met the sundeck and hot tub deck. The Steam room was really great! I never got to use the sauna it was on the 8th floor so not very convenient to the pool. The "Beach Service" was just 2 guys in a hut that pointed towards a chair and told you a number. They try to take your umbrella and chairs 20 minutes early each day (don't let them). Lastly, the Gulf Water was closed 2 of our days due to rip tides and the "beach service" guys would yell if you put your toes in the water or sat a chair on the sand and had the waves it your feet like a rip tide was gonna sneak up and pull you out of your chair and drag you out to sea.

Very Good Overall but....

The fbTV was a nice touch along with having beach service every day. It would have been nice to have had a Keurig coffee maker. The sofa was okay but the cushions kept sliding out. Probably need to replace it. The balcony was to die for. Very nice touch on the flooring and nice patio furniture. The patio door was very hard to open and close. The pool was a real disappointment. Half of it is inside. It's small and the water is VERY cold. In the afternoons its all shaded. Parking was hard to maneuver with the small space. Also a lot of "Don't" signs. Like we're all 12 years old or something. Directions to the parking space would have been nice as well. Level 1 Space 2 you would think is the 2nd space on Level 1. Nope. All the way on the other end. The carts to bring your stuff to the room were hard to find. On the 2nd floor. That's dumb. I sound like a negative nilly but I would stay here again. Everyone was really nice. Greta's is always great.

Enjoyable vacation

The property was all that was described in the advertisement. The accessibility of the unit to the pool and beach was wonderful. The unit was found clean and in great condition. We had the best time and hope to return soon.

Great Balcony!

One negative thing was our parking spot. All the beach traffic came by our car with wagons etc. we did have the option of the overflow parking lot, but was not as convenient. This is not a Greta’s issue it is a Tropic Winds issue. This is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.

May 2021 Stay

Perfect for our family of 4. Master bed was very comfortable. The unit was equipped for simple breakfast and dinner. The balcony is huge with a perfect view of the entire ocean, we saw dolphins and many stingrays. Very quiet unit, peaceful environment. Parking is difficult for large vehicles, large trucks must reverse and adjust to be able to make turns up floors.

Great condo for family with adult child and spouse.

We loved the condo and the huge balcony! Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Beds were comfortable!!!! A PLUS! Having extra beach chairs in the closet was awesome! Access to the beach was great and the beach service guys were friendly. Elevators were quick and never a long wait! Only two concerns: living room couch needs replacing. cushions kept sliding off when we tried to sit in the couch. The other was a major issue for me. I noticed mold growing in master bedroom vent in ceiling and also mold growing on the wall below the vent close to the hall close close to the dining room table. I’d return if mold was addressed and the couch was replaced.

Last minute request for a condo

We were able to attend one game when we got the news that games had been cancelled. We decided to contact Gretas beach rentals to see if we could rent a condo for two nights. John and Riley were very helpful to get a condo for us. It was just what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. John and his staff are always very helpful. We have rented from gretas beach rentals in the past.

Customer service was excellent! Ryan was very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Great job!

We will be staying again, and would like to put in a request for a three bedroom, with at least two ocean views. I’d recommend a second night stand or small tier shelf for sleep machine on left side. Need better instructions for using TV. Prior guest left them in a mode that was out of sync.

Hideabed couch is unsittable!!!!Patio furniture was worse than living room if that is possible. I got a piece of rust up under my finger nail and rust would fall all over patio every time you moved a chair,luckily we brought our own lounge chairs.New refrigerator and NO ice maker!!!!We never could get new dish washer to properly dry the dishes.All that said we would return. Best size deck we have ever rented.Prices took a huge increase this winter over several past winters.We rent for six weeks but that appears to be wide spread with just a few big companies taking over the smaller companies.We paid nearly twice the price over past winters.Good parking, nice quiet location .
