Mountain Home con flusso privato, cascate e stagno

La casa è completamente arredata e ben curata.

La casa ha un'ambientazione selvaggia su 1. 5 acri privati. La bella piattaforma del cortile posteriore trascura il flusso con la cascata. Di notte, le luci si affacciano sulle cascate e sul torrente dove a volte è possibile vedere le trote selvagge. Aprire la finestra o lo sportello e ascoltare il suono della cascata in tutta la casa. Il cortile ha anche un portico coperto / ponte che si affaccia su una seconda cascata e stagno confinante con un bellissimo gazebo chiuso.

La casa è molto spaziosa con soffitti alti. Ha una grande camera matrimoniale e altre due camere da letto di buone dimensioni. Un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e mangiare in cucina con un tavolo e un grande bar con vista sul laghetto! Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani forniti. Cucina completamente attrezzata con piatti e utensili da cucina. La TV è impostata con lo streaming Roku.

La casa confina con un parco nazionale che ha diversi torrenti e cascate raggiungibili a piedi. Nel giro di poche miglia si trova l'Upper Whitewater Falls, la cascata più alta a est delle Montagne Rocciose. Le cascate fanno un incredibile 411 piedi!Questa è un'area estremamente desiderabile in North Carolina, vicino a Cashiers & Highlands. Brevard è a 30 minuti di auto e Asheville è un'ora e 15 minuti di distanza. L'area è famosa per le numerose cascate nelle regioni circostanti. Fantastiche vacanze estive e invernali nelle vicinanze, tra cui sci, escursioni, pesca, equitazione, rafting, ecc.

Getaway for 34th Anniversary

Enjoyed the peace and quite. We felt totally relaxed. Enjoyed hiking at Gorges State Park (only a few miles away) and a few of the restuarants within a short drive.

Perfect getaway!

Amazing location—so close to Brevard and other fun places, but feels wonderfully hidden and tucked away. We had a great time, and we’re already planning our next visit!!

Serenity at its Best!

We had a wonderful time here. Terri was very attentive and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. There are parks and waterfalls within a short drive from the property. To the west is the quaint town of Cashiers and to the east is Brevard, both are perfect to visit, shop, and dine. Ashville is just over an hour drive and is a great place to spend the day. The property itself is a quiet and serene oasis with all the amenities of home. Our daughter had a small intimate wedding here, as well! We've stayed here numerous times over the years and will continue coming back again and again!

Great little getaway

We had a great time at Terri’s place. It was exactly as listed and the perfect little getaway for us. Not a ton to do in the area, but fishing and creek swimming on property was perfect.

One of a kind beauty!

The property is park like, with a fish pond, waterfall and creek, plants and flowers. Private and relaxing with two decks that overlook the water. Kitchen is large and the place has an extra frig in laundry room. Beds are comfortable. The place could sleep 6 to 7 if one had a big family but it was just the two of us with daytime family. Two large tables could seat 12 if needed. Windows graced most of one side of the house. We have stayed at many VROB places and this was by far one of our favorites! Parks, and waterfalls right down the road and a convience/gas station less than a mile off 64. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Host was so nice and helped with questions. This place is a jewel!

This property is beautiful and so calming.

This is my favorite vacation rental we have ever booked!!! Such a beautiful property. So clean, and they had everything you could possibly need stocked at the property. Terri was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely book this property again!!!

Peaceful getaway, close to waterfalls

We really enjoyed our short getaway here. The cabin is spacious with porches on front and back. Boys caught and released a few small trout from the stream, short hike to Bearwallow falls and nextdoor at Gorges State Park, the 1.5 mile hike to Rainbow Falls was well worth it. Loved the place and area, great trip!

Great place to stay!

Very nice property, has stream running right beside house. Property is on 1.5 acre so kids can play safely. Large pond with little falls in front. Not hard to get to, road house is off of was a little hard to find at night. Overall great experience, highly recommend for families!!!

Family get away

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. The home was well-stocked with everything you could need and the property was beautiful. We even had a local bear visit us!! It’s close to several waterfalls and we enjoyed exploring this area that was relatively new to us. We will be back!!

Excellent get-away!

My family of six has an amazing time! Terri’s house was fully stocked! We were not missing a thing. It was super quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely be booking it again in the future.

A Peaceful Getaway

We had the best time at this perfectly equipped, peaceful cabin. The location was great, easy to find and felt like a tucked away little paradise. The cabin had everything we could possibly need to cook all our meals and enjoy the whole weekend. Groceries are less than 20 mins away which was nice in case we forgot something. The little corner store down the street had lots of useful items as well. There were hikes nearby, Gorges State park is just a few miles down the road. The pond and creek in the back and front of the house were lovely. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch while the kids ran around collecting pine cones. We will definitely be back!

Sapphire Valley outdoor retreat

This trip was planned to join up with old friends and go antiquing in the area. The location was perfect for what we planned. We enjoyed nearby Cashiers, Highlands, Brevard, and Hendersonville and spent most of two days away shopping. The home was well equipped and comfortable.
