Our family had a wonderful week! The location was perfect and the views breathtaking! Kitchen was well stocked and has two full size refrigerators which is great! Lots of nice outdoors areas with plenty of seating. Perfect for a large crowd. I would definitely book this house again.

Our large family of 18 loves staying at this house. The bedrooms and amenities are perfect. Location can’t be beat. The owners respond quickly to any questions. Our 4th or 5th time here!

Family beach vacation

Such a great beach house- house is well stocked with a great view of inlet waterway and a very quick walk to beach. Very pleased with our stay!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Beautiful home with gorgeous view of sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. We had a great week and hope to return next summer!

We will be back!

We have stayed at OIB more than 10 years and this is the best property for our family of 19! I do recommend a golf cart which gives a better experience when exploring the island.

Unbelievable Home!!!

This home has it all!! Beautifully decorated, perfect location, and every detail thought out for large groups. The beach in the back is also a huge plus.

Ideal for a Large Group

This spacious home is ideal for a large group. Since we cook in, we were particularly impressed with the double refrigerators and the well stocked kitchen. The pool/entertainment area allows everyone to spread out. Lastly, the view of the marsh is lovely and the short walk to the beach is definitely a plus.

Great Family Vaca

This was our second year staying at this house and it is perfect for our large family. It has a great layout with plenty of space and every appliance you can think of including 2 refrigerators. The pool is a nice bonus and the view is beautiful. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We hope to be back next summer!

Beautiful view close to the beach

This property has everything you’d need for your stay. The view from the balcony is very pretty and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double fridge/freezer. It was extremely easy to get the beach. Very walkable even with small kids.

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. Straight walk directly to the beach, you’re in your chair in 2 minutes. The view from the main porch over the marsh is beautiful! We paid to have the pool heated and it was not worth it! The pool was still cold 3 days later. Be prepared to bring everything if you stay here. No towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, trash bags.

Beautiful beach house ☀️

Gorgeous beach house with swimming pool and small beach on the marsh! Perfect for families with all age children. Excellent communication with property manager. House was just as described and was very clean. Porches on every floor with gorgeous views!

80th Birthday Bash

My sons and their wives, my 7 grandsons and 2 great-grand children plus a grandson's wife gathered for a wonderful week of sun and fun and birthday party. It was a wonderful experience.

The perfect house!

We absolutely loved this house. From the wrap around porches to the plentiful outdoor seating, our crew had the best time soaking in the marsh views, watching sunsets and playing games on the little beach behind the home. We had five families stay, and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was short and easy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool too (we loved that it was separately gated with babies/kids around). This house is so perfect, if you book, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back OIB!!!

Great house in a great location

We would stay here again… amazing property in a great location. A few things could have been cleaned better (bunk room mattress covers had pee stains on them and the area around the mattresses had all sorts of hairs and such… which is pretty nasty. Overall the cleanliness was just OK. That was the only downside to the property.

Exceptional Retreat!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! The decor was amazing...truly out of a magazine. Each space so well thought out. Bedrooms were lovely and the queen bunk room was a huge hit. The view of the marsh was panoramic and perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the comfy lounge chairs and tiki bar! The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. All in all, we felt like we had our own, private resort all week. We will certainly be back again!
