Amazing everything

This place is amazing everything. Location, the view of the turtle's every morning, the sunset, accommodation very nice and clean and spacious. Absolutely loved it here 😀 ❤️

Beautiful spot close to beaches

This is an amazing location, our group of seven had meals on the deck, spectacular view watching turtles, rainbows, sunsets. It is an easy walk to beaches. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds comfortable. We would definitely return.

Amazing Location

We saw sea turtles swimming by all day long, one sea lion, and distant whale spouts off our lanai…it was amazing. The condo accommodated 5 adults and two children easily and was a 15 minute walk to Poipu Beach. I would definitely recommend this getaway to families.

Couldn’t have been a better fit for our family!

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay. It had room for everyone with very comfortable beds. There were seven adults and one child. We cooked most of our meals at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Loved that it was within walking distance to town and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Poipu Condo

This condo was very spacious for our 5 adults. It was well stocked and comfortable. We loved sitting on the lanai watching directly below us the waves crashing on the cliffs and the turtles swimming there. The sound of the sea was fabulous. Nice quiet condo complex.

Loved this centrally located condo!

Our family of 6 loved this condo! The views from the Lanai were the best - that's where we spent most of our time when we were home! We were walking distance from beaches (we went to Brenneche's or Poipu Beach every day), close to ports to tour the Na Pali Coast, close enough to Waimea Canyon. And tons of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and views

This home was a wonderful location, with a 3rd floor balcony overlooking a rocky bay where we daily saw sea turtles in the waves and could watch both the sunset and the sunrise given our location on the south of the island. The place was clean and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. A bit of a splurge, but just eating out on the lanai/balcony every meal over the waves was wonderful!

Incredible spot

This rental property did not disappoint. It is on a cliff overlooking the ocean and we saw multiple turtles every day. The waves crashing into the ocean make a great backdrop. The rental property management company is awesome. They sent us restaurant recommendations as well as activity recommendations. All of the restaurant recommendations were spot on. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were really nice. We really couldn’t asked for anything better.

Amazing view, Wonderful Kauai Home Base

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our family of five adults to come back to every day and relax and enjoy the view, which is fantastic, either sitting inside or outside or while fixing a meal. Between us, we probably took 50 photos of the sunsets. The condo itself is first class with lovely artwork and coral pieces around. The Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail, a short distance away, is a nice place to watch sunrises, and it is also possible to walk to several beaches. Highly recommend!

Amazing views and welcome!

As soon as we walked in the door, we were all in awe of the incredible views out the patio! If that wasn't enough, they left us the sweetest welcome package on the table with all kinds of amazing Hawaiian treats! We felt so loved and blessed! Our two older boys loved the loft bedroom where you could look right down into the ocean and hear the waves crashing on the lava rocks all night! The guest bedroom was decorated so adorably I almost wanted to stay in there with my husband. The girls loved that room! Our oldest loved the other loft beds and actually slept on the couch for part of the night to hear the waves crashing down below. We saw countless turtles swimming down below us and lots of dolphins in the distance. You could even see the blow hole from the patio. We ate delicious homemade breakfasts out on the gorgeous patio and easily fit our family of 7 around that table! Thank you for an incredible welcome to the islands and the most gorgeous views ever!

Gorgeous ocean view

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views every day usually accompanied by a rainbow. We could watch the sea turtles in the surf from our balcony. No beach access on site - a short walk down the road. Definitely a different vibe here in Poipu compared to our stay in Hanalei. We didn’t use the pool (it’s small), but walked to Brennekes and Poipu beach parks to snorkel and see the turtles and monk seals on the beach. Poipu beach park has the one calm “kiddie pool” area if you aren’t into the waves. Apartment is well stocked and you will not be wakened by roosters here! From here we visited Waimea canyon and did a snorkel boat tour of the NāPali coast which was amazing. Pods of spinner dolphins followed our catamaran almost like they were performing for us! We would definitely stay here again.

Feelings of Awe

This was a great rental. Lots of space, and excellent views, and great management. This rental was worth all the money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was room enough for 8 people, we had 4 adults and 4 kids. There were beach items, and lots of towels, and plenty of dishes to prepare many different food items. Our favorite part was watching the turtles and the whales and hearing the waves crashing on the rocks below the lanai. The pool is on the small side, but was perfect for our younger kids. We used the grill multiple times during our stay, and all the workers/staff/neighbors were friendly and kind. We had a few appliance issues during the stay, but they got them fixed as soon as they reasonably could. The beaches are a short walk away and the all of us had so much fun snorkeling and swimming. We greatly appreciated our time spent at this condo! Thanks to the owners and management for our wonderful time spent in Kauai!

Very comfortable and great location looking over the water

The condominium was very comfortable. We were only 4 people and could have easily accomodated 2-3 more. We ate most of our meals there and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Two minor suggestions: The only supplies in the kitchen were salt and pepper. It would have been nice to have a few basics (sugar, oil, mustard). I know food cant be left out, but in other VRBO's they have been put in the refrigerator. Also, the only dining table is on the outdoor porch, which is delightful. However, the lighting on the porch is very very minimal which makes it a hard to see in the evenings. A better light, or at least candles, would have nice. Otherwise, everything went very well and all communications were perfect. Thank you.

Such a beautiful ocean view

Great location and the view off balcony is amazing. Beds were comfortable.The space worked well for 3 couples, even 2 extra twin beds in loft . But there are a lot of stairs! Getting luggage to the room can be a challenge. Anyone with issues climbing stairs rule this one out. The a overall unit needs some repairs. 1 bedroom had a small balcony door that was broken, not closable,hole in bottom we tried to plug . Overall need the deeper cleaning. The carpet in the bedrooms should go. I hope they put a little maintenance into this unit because the view is beautiful you can see the turtles from the balcony which we loved. The pool is a small plunge pool that doesn't stay clean with all the trees around. The beach is beautiful with the turtles coming up daily. But better to drive.

Beautiful condo, Great location!

It’s condo is absolutely gorgeous, however the fact that there is air conditioning but not operable totally put a damper on our vacation! Upon booking I was told that if you keep the windows open and the ceiling fans on the air conditioning was not necessary. This is not true! First of all the ceiling fans did not work and if you kept the windows open tiny gnats come through the screen and cover everything in the condo! Kind of a disgusting thing to wake up to! It was so hot during the day we had to actually leave the condo to get relief from the heat! If you are headed here in the off-season I’m sure it will be fine but the summertime was a killer! With that being said, I would like to add the condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, except air conditioning! I would’ve gladly paid extra to have been able to use the air conditioning that is installed in the unit.

Beautiful view, poorly maintained unit.

My adult family and I rented the unit for two weeks. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The layout of the rooms allows for great privacy and it is especially nice that each room has its own full bathroom. Unfortunately, we found the this unit to be very poorly maintained. For the price this level of neglect was unacceptable. Though management was apologetic and sent maintenance right away each time we called the fact that the maintenance person came more than 1/2 a dozen times is ridiculous. When we arrived one of the front windows was missing a pane! How would this not be noticed during an inspection? Several lights did not work and needed replacement bulbs. Almost no device (remote controls, closet safe) that required batteries had functioning batteries. One by one, we replaced them all so that basic things like lights and air conditioning would turn on and off. The light by the extremely dark entrance way never functioned properly. And of course, the battery in a smoke alarm (the only working one in the unit) started beeping in the middle of the night and could not be shut off. The list goes on and on. Most of these things were small, easy fixes that should have been noticed if anyone was paying attention to the maintenance on this rental. For a high end vacation rental, the quality and attention to detail was not there.

Best Views Ever!

There are really no words for the view at this property. Everyday we were so grateful to witness the beautiful ocean and sea life. From our lanai each morning we watched sea turtles and dolphins. The evening sunsets were amazing. We have stayed on Kauai many times and this location was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed nice walks to POIPU Beach and our favorite Puka Dog. Lots to do nearby, shopping, beach, snorkel rentals etc. We had a fantastic time and very thankful for the wonderful accommodations!
