A great fall break vacation for the grandkids and parents

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication with the host was great. Overall we enjoyed the property. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the refrigerator. There was “something” that had dripped into,one of the drawers. This was not a welcome sight. Also the Keurig didn’t work. The porch furniture was extremely comfortable.

Very nice condo that fit our group of 4 teenage boys nicely. Steps from the beach and a very seamless check in and out processes. Loved being on the 7th floor and able to park right outside the room on the parking deck. Hot tubs, lazy river and pools were all in good condition.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful, and the host was wonderful and very attentive anytime I messaged with questions or needed to make changes to my reservation. This was our second time staying at this resort, and we have truly enjoyed both visits. I would definitely recommend it to others.There were just a couple of small things that I feel could be improved. The cleaning service could pay a little more attention to the bathrooms and bedrooms, as I found hair in both bathroom showers and some leaves underneath the bed in one of the bedrooms.The coffee makers could also use an update. My husband really enjoys his morning coffee, but unfortunately the Keurig was not working and the regular coffee pot was rusted, so he wasn’t able to make coffee during our stay.With that being said, these things would not stop us from returning. The condo was very nice, the view was amazing, the resort is wonderful, and the host provided great communication. We would absolutely consider staying here again!

Nice large bedrooms and nice having 3 bathrooms. Living area and patio was nice. Indoor pool was great. Nice beach access. Parking was good and elevators worked well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was very spacious and accomdated our needs. However housekeeping was very poor. We had to buy Clorox with bleach for shower. Look like mold. Big ice maker did not work. Outlets on balcony did not work. I think 3 bathrooms should have had more than one roll of toilet paper dining room lights were very dusty. We paid premium dollars. The condo itself was beautiful

Great family friendly spot!

Great location, close to great restaurants. Spacious and well stocked. Lazy river and indoor pool were perfect for the kids. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony was huge. The pools and lazy river were clean and well maintained. Parking on every level was a HUGE plus and made loading/unloading incredibly easy. The unit is also close to the elevators, making it a quick walk to the beach.There were some disappointments. The listing photos showed a large, regular-height balcony table where our group could comfortably eat, play cards, and gather—something we specifically look for when booking. Instead, there were tall Adirondack-style chairs that were not comfortable or practical for using the table. Updated photos would be appreciated. The long balcony also has very little lighting at night.The Keurig didn’t work, the regular coffee pot was too dirty to use, the bar-area ice maker wasn’t working, and the beach shower was not working and felt unstable.Our biggest issue was beach access after about 10 p.m. Twice, members of our group were unable to re-enter from the beach because the gate had been secured with zip ties. They had to go through another condo property and walk around to the front. For our night owls, this alone would keep us from returning.We also noticed roaches around the lazy river area at night, and beach chair/umbrella setup is not included. We enjoyed our trip, but due to these issues, we’ll explore other properties next time.

Great vacation

Very pleased with our stay. The condo was spacious enough for the eight(5 adults & 3 kids) of us. We never felt crowded. Great location. Pools are nice, even though it was cold while we were there our kids still enjoyed the slide and lazy river some. Definitely would come back!

Great condo for our family trip

We were so happy with the condo. It was the perfect setup for our family. Everyone had their own bathroom, the condo was very spacious and just as it was pictured. Checking in process was simple and loved the location of the property. Easy access to the beach and parking on the same level was a big plus. We will definitely check this one for availability, when booking future family trips.

The location of this property was excellent could not have been better! The views of the beach was absolutely breathtaking! The condo overall was in good shape very easy to assessable no elevator was needed, how ever I do feel like the housekeepers could do better in cleaning the property. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo!!!

Had a great week and enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was easy and the condo was very nice and clean. Had a great view and the parking situation was very convenient. The only complaint I have is that any time any water in the condo was on ( shower, sink , washer , or toilet flushing ) there was a very loud noise that you could hear throughout the condo. It was very irritating as it sounded like a ship horn.

Great Stay

Everything went smoothly, absolutely no disappointments. Condo is convenient to everything needed, the parking set up is great with the 7th floor entrance directly from the garage ( no elevator needed) and the condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. We did buy and leave a can opener, the one there was broken, but it wasn’t a big deal. We loved the well appointed balcony and despite the colder temperatures, we spent significant time enjoying the beach views and sunrise /sunsets. We would definitely return and rent this unit again.

Simply.....WOW!

My family has traveled a lot. Used many VRBO sites, but this one..... hands down gorgeous and much more than we expected. The ease of walking from the parking lot directly to the floor and room. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The weather was not the best but the facility has many things to do there. It is in the heart of shopping. There are souvenir shops within 5 minutes. Walmart and Publix across the street. The communication was outstanding. The employees at the lobby desk were so kind and friendly. Cannot wait to book again!

Great location! Needs a good cleaning!

Beautiful view, great location. Condo was not ready at stated time of 4:30. Was 6:00 before we could get in as cleaning lady was still there. Entire condo could use a deep clean, especially under sink rims, around commodes, ceiling fans, and under beds (had to search for dropped meds so got a good look). Bathrooms could use a soap dish. Toilet paper holder in one bathroom was broken. One of the drawers in the refrigerator was broken and unusable. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very real danger of tripping on the rug corners, especially for seniors. Sofas could use a good cleaning, especially the sofa arms. Not enough wash clothes and towels for 8-10 people. Had to wash towels everyday and the dryer takes forever to dry! Kitchen could use a couple more dish towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Dining table is big enough for 8 chairs but only has 6 so a couple of side chairs to pull up to table would be nice since the stools are too tall. Beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. Size of condo was good for 10. Great size balcony! Very close to ocean. Lazy River and pool were good. Parking was excellent. Our condo was on 7th floor and it had parking right outside of the condo. Attempted to contact property manager twice by the email given in original email, with no response. All in all, we enjoyed our stay: however, for the money we paid, we had higher expectations, especially for cleanliness.
