This was the perfect location..surprised not too crowded for week of the 4 th. Check in and out ran so smoothly. Elevators worked great with not a long wait. We all had plenty of room and we had nine people…loved the deck. The parking pass was ready with no wait.. it was just great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very nice and stocked with all of the essentials we needed. There were even sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards to use. The decor was beautiful and very fitting for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, cookware and utensils imaginable. We had a great week!!

This place was amazing, comfortable furniture and amenities, it was decorated that made it feel like beautiful and comfortable getaway home. The view of the beach was breathtaking! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect! The condo was great for our family! The decor is amazing and the balcony view is breathtaking! Add in the lazy river and you have fun for the entire family. The location is also wonderful with everything you need across the street with an excellent restaurant practically next door. We will return for another stay!

Great condo

Love staying at the Phoenix Orange Beach, stayed in 1603 and it was gorgeous!! Will definitely be staying there next year. Employees were very polite and friendly!!

Love the place with a great view

Overall the stay was great. Sand was all over the floors when we arrived and dishes still had food on them in the cabinet but other than that it was awesome!!

Beautiful place!

This condo had all we needed. Beachfront, Lazy River, Pool, large balcony, the right kinds of beds to fit our family's needs, a great kitchen, beach toys, kitchen appliances -- it was a great time for our family. Highly recommend.

Orange Beach Vaca

This was a wonderful property with lots to do for the kids! We were able to see dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to a lot of different shops across the road example cvs, Starbucks, DQ and much more. We would for sure stay here again!

This is the ONE!!

We had a great stay at this condo! If you're looking for a great place 1603 is the one you want. We enjoyed seeing Dolphins swim by every morning and watching the fishing boats set out for the morning as well. If you're looking to relax and enjoy every moment then this place is it. Will stay here again!

Beautiful Property in the Perfect Location

Phoenix Orange Beach was the perfect location for our family trip. It is on a beautiful beach. The balcony was perfect for watching beach life or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The grandkids loved the lazy river and water slide. The zero entrance pool was perfect for the littlest ones to play in. Conveniently located so we could walk to the store for groceries or other supplies.

Toes in the sand

The condo was perfect. Enough room for everyone, the kitchen has everything. Time on the patio provided great conversations and daily views of dolphins and/or sharks. The lazy River was so relaxing and one of our favorite things to do. We’ll be back!
