Benvenuti nella nostra suite di noleggio di lusso unica nel suo genere! Vogliamo che tu sappia quanto saremo entusiasti di averti in una casa privata con vista sul nostro lago urbano.

Il nostro bellissimo quartiere è idealmente situato appena fuori dalla superstrada 1-60 e Greenfield Rd a Mesa (adiacente a Gilbert) in modo da poter raggiungere qualsiasi aeroporto e città vicino in 10 a 25 minuti. tra cui: downtown Mesa, Phoenix, Gilbert, Scottsdale e Tempe (su AZ. ST. UNIV).

Glendale e Peoria sono circa 45 minuti.

Il nostro noleggio privato è situato su un bellissimo lago urbano a Mesa. Siediti in riva al lago con il pozzo del fuoco in fiamme, prendi uno dei nostri kayak sul lago o semplicemente goditi la tua tazza di caffè al mattino sul lago (o fai entrambe le cose!). La nostra suite può ospitare due persone ed è ideale per coppie, avventurieri solisti e viaggiatori d'affari.

Truly exceptional! The hosts are so welcoming and provide numerous special touches to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay. The waterfront setting is so peaceful—it was difficult to leave! It deserves more than five stars.

Clean bedroom & bath. Hosts were great!Only comment would be the window AC. It was very loud and if temps were higher not sure it would have cooled the room enough. Location was perfect for stay and the meetings I needed to attend.

Fantastic

This was my first time visit to Gilbert, AZ.A friend had invited me to out for some golf and take in a Spring training game. Bill and Marissa were fantastic, couldn't ask for more. The hospitality was amazing. As first impressions go, if I ever get out to Gilbert again, I will be looking to see if I could stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay!

Bill and Marissa were excellent host! We felt safe staying at the wonderful suite by the water. A very quiet place to relax in the evenings and mornings after a day of sightseeing. We use their gas grill for creative cooking. Marissa even did a couple loads of laundry and cooked us breakfast. Thank you Bill and Marissa for a wonderful time! Karen & Bill Columbus, NE

5-Star rating for this rental and for Bill and Marissa.

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at. Supper clean and comfortable. Located right next to one of the Val Vista lakes. Bill and Marissa made sure we had everything we needed, for a perfect 12-day vacation. All those little extras were included in the unit. They even took the time to give us a boat ride on the lake. . The location was great. Walmart, many restaurants, Dunkin Donuts and I-60 freeway all within a couple of miles. Mesa Gateway Airport is about 6-miles away if your flying with Allegiant Air. This rental is located in a gated community,(very safe) with walking trails and parks. We would highly recommend this property to any of our friends or relatives. Jim and Sharon Lynden, Washington

Cozy, comfortable, convenient location with friendly, helpful hosts

Marissa and Bill offer just the right amount of helpfulness and kindness. We liked having a private entrance to our room, being right next to the water and watching the ducks and geese float by, and the convenient location with plenty of walking and exploring options. The town of Gilbert and surrounding area is loaded with restaurant and shopping choices. Outdoor adventures and beautiful scenery are close by. A comfortable place to call home base for our six day visit to the area.

This is a private suite attached to a private home on a lake. Bill and Marissa make it very easy to find. They make sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect, exactly what we needed!

Bill and Marissa have a wonderful place and they are excellent hosts. The room had everything we needed and they provided a few special extras to make us feel more welcome. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better, more comfortable stay while in Arizona. Thank you Bill and Marissa!

Great bedroom for a few nights

My 8 year old son and I stayed for a few nights on our visit to MLB spring training. This nice, tranquil setting with a lake and a little rope swing was perfect for us to spend a few hours at. We also enjoyed using the clubhouse racquetball courts that we were allowed to use. Thank you.

Bill and Marissa were excellent hosts for their property. We enjoyed their company but were also left alone to enjoy the activities of Arizona. An absolute amazing experience!!

Bill and Marissa were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond in every aspect!! Would definetly recommend to any of our friends looking to vacation in the Phoenix area. The property was so wonderful!

The property was wonderful in every measurable way, such as patio, waterfront, long urban bike trails, east facing with great views,close golf courses,nearby dining delights. The owners were awesome and so helpful whenever we inquired. We look forward to a future stay. We booked for 2 weeks and enjoyed each and every day.

A great place to stay.

We loved the room and the setting by the lake. The neighbor hood was quiet, had plenty of parking and was great place for long walks. Bill and Marissa seemed to have thought of all our possible needs with room amenities such as coffee, wine and cheese as well as bathroom supplies. Wished we had had time for the boat ride they offered, maybe next time. We definitely recommend Bill and Marissa's for a short or long stay. Ruthann & Bill Walsh
