Recentemente ristrutturato 2/2 situato in Weeki Wachee direttamente su uno stagno che conduce a un corso d'acqua che porta al bellissimo fiume Weeki Wachee e verso il Golfo del Messico. Ottima pesca al basso direttamente dalla porta sul retro! Due camere da letto, una è una doppia con 2 letti matrimoniali e un bagno privato completo. Un'altra camera da letto separata con un letto matrimoniale, oltre a un ulteriore bagno con vasca / doccia. Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e frigorifero con ice maker. Lavatrice e asciugatrice per gli ospiti. Griglie all'aperto, patio coperto con vista sull'acqua, darsena privata. 4 kayak e 2 canoe inclusi.

Perfection!

This was a PERFECT place to stay for us. The place was SUPER clean. REALLY comfortable and close acess to ALL things fun in the area!Adored the place and will most definitely be back! The little game room was fun, bit my favorite part was coffee on the back dock with a most froendly turtle!

Comfortable Cozy Cottage

This spot is a hidden gem. Well appointed and very clean, this cozy cottage makes for the perfect Weeki Wachee getaway. It's located on a shallow canal in a quiet neighborhood minutes from anywhere you want to go. The house itself offers plenty of entertainment with the kayaks, canoe and bonus game room. We will be back!

Relaxing trip

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend while at a soccer tournament for our son. The home is remodeled nicely and the kids enjoyed the game room with arcade games. Would stay here again.

Mother's Day Weekend getaway

Very cute little house. Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was quick to respond when we had a TV issue due to a power outage that night in the neighborhood.

Great getaway

The property was clean and exactly as described by the owner. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in nature on the canoes going from the pond to the Weeki Wachee river (about 25 minutes to get to the spring fed river portion). It was a nice way to socially distance yet still telax on a vacation.

Great Experience

This was a wonderful way to start our winter vacation. This cottage has a cozy vibe, but was quite spacious.The back yard was peaceful and private. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. We spent three days visiting the Weeki Wachee area and enjoyed every minute of it. Go off the main highway and try some of the locals hangouts. Dinner and drinks at the Upper Deck were very good. Down the road is an adorably unique restaurant called Silver Dolphins with a fantastic breakfast. La Bella Napoli is a terrific Italian Restaurant only a few minutes away from the cottage. Have already recommended this property to friends who were interested in visiting this area.

Unable to enjoy -

We reserved this as a last minute vacation the day before , but it was cancelled by the host / owner overnight . It did leave us scrambling for a new place , but he apologized and said it was a mistake that it was marked available. Unable to Give a full review but would have loved to stay !

CLEAN!!!

We booked this place as the response time prior to booking was fast, and the placed looked well kept and clean. It did not disappoint!!! Ricard replied to all messages in a timely fashion, as this was our first VRBO experience. The bonus was a pinball machine and video game (old school) to pass some time. The only drawback was not really with the property, the canal out from the pond to the river was a bit overgrown. The canal was about a 20 minute paddle out to the river. It was nice to relax and see nature - the canal had many blue crabs!! Overall top notch - worth it!!

There was no toaster, the washer has to be held down for minutes until it finally locks. Address is not listed and wasn’t provided until we asked. The trash cans had gum in it and trash from the last people who stayed. The paddles for the kayaks/canoes were low quality and bruised my hands after just two days of paddling.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. The house is close enough to 19 that we could quickly stop to get groceries or grab a bite to eat. The house was very clean with plenty of towels, soap, etc. We were even pleasantly surprised by a separate game room with darts and arcade games. It was an unexpected bonus that was great for the little one. Everything in the house was updated and we used the kitchen to cook breakfast each day. But the best part of this house is the backyard. It's right on a canal that leads to Weeki Wachee River. It is a bit of a trek to get there (took us 25 mins or so but we're not the best with a paddle). The river is spectacular and definitely worth the journey. We saw manatees and swam in some of the clearest water you'll find in Florida. There are multiple kayaks and 2 canoes right out back. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a river adventure.

Great Location

This is a great location if you are lookong to visit weeki wachee springs. Plenty kayaks to use. Is a super clean property with 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. By the way the owners reply pretty quick if any questions or concerns. I definitely enjoy my stay. Thanks for everything.

Getaway with Grands

Extremely happy with this last minute choice! Clean, well decorated, completely functional.The game room was an added bonus? Will definitely be back to this home. Ten minutes away from everything, but felt like we were "away from it all". Beautiful place...you should go!

Amazing family home close to everything!

The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10

Beautiful river spot!

Came to weeki wachee to kayak and meet manatees and this place was the perfect launching point! The house was recently renovated, perfectly clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a great week on the water. When we weren't kayaking, we loved watching the ospreys hunting off the dock. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!
