Splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico, la spiaggia, i bellissimi giardini e la laguna di Pointe Santo. Spazioso, luminoso appartamento con due camere da letto, due bagni e due camere da letto Questo condominio luminoso e pulito a Pointe Santo ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare spettacolare. Camminare nella grande completamente attrezzata; mangiare in cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Mobili bianchi luminosi, ampio spazio sul bancone e un tavolino rendono questa cucina perfetta per creare piatti fantastici. La sala da pranzo aperta con il suo arredamento costiero ha posti a sedere per 6. La sala da pranzo si apre sul soggiorno rilassante con comodo divano e due sedie. Tutto pronto per te per rilassarti e guardare il tuo film preferito sulla grande TV a schermo piatto. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono sulla spaziosa veranda con vista sul Golfo del Messico e sui meravigliosi giardini tropicali. Cenare all'aperto godendosi la brezza dell'oceano e le viste sul lanai schermato. La master suite ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, grande TV a schermo piatto e porte scorrevoli in vetro per la lanai. Il bagno principale dispone di un grande armadio, un ampio spazio per riporre e una doccia. I vostri ospiti o la famiglia saranno molto confortevoli nella grande camera degli ospiti con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Il bagno per gli ospiti è dotato di un grande mobile da trucco e una combinazione doccia / vasca. Tutto il necessario per la vacanza perfetta.

Pointe Santo è una spiaggia / complesso condominio fronte del Golfo con ampi giardini tropicali tra cui ponti e lagune. Situato sul Golfo occidentale, godetevi la spiaggia di sabbia bianca, i tramonti e i grandi bombardamenti. Noleggiate una bicicletta e attraversate la strada per prendere la pista ciclabile su tutta l'isola. Centrale per lo shopping, ristoranti, riserve naturali e negozio di alimentari Bailey. Beautiful location mid island. Our hosts answered questions immediately. Close to beach and a wonderful pool. While noise is expected in condo buildings we had to listen to children screaming and crying daily both above and below our unit. We would choose a 3rd floor unit based on this next visit. Highly recommend using Kingfisher rental/management over going through gulf coast vacation rentals who ruined a vacation on the island last year, 2025 when they left us without a fridge for 3 days. Thank you.

Wonderful condo, all amenities

What a perfect place for our family beach trip. All amenities were wonderful including view of beach, lagoon and pool and sunsets. There is a closet full of beach toys and shelling supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was lovely. Located beachfront. Convenient access to everything.

This condo surpassed my expectations. It had a fantastic view of the ocean even from the bed of the primary suite. The facilities are beautiful and very well kept, including the heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and I was able to make any food I wanted. My husband said the multiple community grills were very nice and clean. In the condo, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and shelling tools. It was perfect for our family of five with young kids. We didn’t feel the need to purchase anything extra for the beach. There was even a small cooler for drinks. We felt very cared for with how well stocked things were and for how clean and well kept the condo was. It was an amazing vacation staying here and would highly recommend it.
Building E. The condo is in the second floor right next to the steps which was very convenient. There is an elevator if needed.
A short and very convenient walk to the beach.

The pool was recently opened having been redone. It was wonderful. The new deck area and bathrooms were well done. The pool was and lounge chairs were cleaned every morning and we spent quite a bit of time in the water. The only challenge was the noseeums were very active. I would advise bringing but spray. The condo was also recently redone and was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo smelled pretty musty. And I have no words for the bugs “midges” that were there. We could not go to the beach without being miserable. Actually there are two of us that had to make ER visits upon our return home the bites are so bad.

Very Close to the Beach!!!

We really liked the location of the property and this unit had a good view of the beach from the balcony. I would stay here again! Price was good, especially for the location. Restaurants and activities were very convenient. Property was also very quiet and relaxing. The staff had not provided the starter items for dishwasher and laundry as the check in sheet had indicated. We did not realize that these items were not there until the 5th day. When I called the office, the girl that answered wanted to know why we had not called sooner. I really didn't think that I needed to explain this. My question is, "Why didn't you provide these items like your check in sheet said?" I felt like they need to do a little customer service training. Otherwise, the rental was great!

My daughters and I loved the location to the beach and local shops. We just needed a little girl time to relax and talk. This property and area was perfect: beach access, bike rental, icecream and shrimp were splendid.

Beautiful complex, great location!

Pointe Santo is a lovely complex, well designed for good view from all units. Spacious condo, a little dated but nice. Were some minor repair & cleaning issues which property management attended to promptly. Cons:Very late check in and no management available onsite on Sunday. Easy beach access. Fell in love with Sanibel!!❤️

Family Vacation

The property is a little outdated. The carpet on the outdoor steps and in the hallways outside is really dated and causes the appearance to look drab. There are many areas on the property that hold water. One of the outdoor grill areas was never able to be used due to always being flooded. The pictures of the condo we stayed in don't show the dated appearance inside. The keypad doesn't work very well either. The front bedroom, kitchen and front bathroom do not get cool at all, it's always very warm in those rooms. Disappointed with the amount paid for a week.

Beautiful complex

The condo is just a short walk to the beach with chairs provided by the complex. The heated pool is lovely offering adult swim times. Maintenance is obvious and the staff are very friendly. I will be returning again, we had a very lovely vacation and enjoyed the beach immensely

Wonderful condo and great location. We had trouble with the door lock but the property management resolved the problem very quickly. The resort had very limited visitor parking and poor lighting in the parking area at night.

A little piece of Paradise

The unit was clean, well stocked and location was perfect. Being up on the second floor allowed for in obstructed view of gulf and center lagoon area. We have been to Pointe Santo many times over the last 30 years and I would rank this unit amongst one of the top choices!
