L'ombra Villa Olive viene affittata su base settimanale o giornaliera (minimo 3 giorni). La villa è dotata di aria condizionata, completamente ristrutturato con un alto standard di mobili ed elettrodomestici. Quasi tutto è nuovo di zecca e connessione internet via cavo. Ci sono due posti auto + disponibili per motori e non motori vari veicoli disponibili per l'uso. Gli ospiti saranno accolti in grigliate all'aperto in una sola griglia stand allestito che è perfettamente adatto per calamari alla griglia, polpi, pesci e sfrigolanti costolette di agnello. Che in una combinazione con coltivate a casa giardino pomodori è un inizio perfetto per una cena di gruppo. L'ombra Villa Olive si trova nel Comune di Palazzo di Diocleziano, tutelato dall'Unesco monumento mondo che è stato costruito nel 3 ° anno secolo domini. Spiagge locali offrono innanzitutto nuoto e canottaggio in un mare incontaminato, beach volley, il caffè senza fine a bere in un vicino bar sulla spiaggia, di guida scooter e gite in barca. We had a brilliant stay at this lovely villa and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating. They were flexible and helpful at every step and made sure our stay was amazing. The Villa was clean and well stocked and in a great location and we had a brilliant stay.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks very much :)

The villa is spacious and has all amenities you could want for a family vacation. Vera was a wonderful host. Some construction in the area was the only minor negative.

Incredible Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Croatia. The house was beautiful! Scenic views of the water and an incredible olive orchard in the backyard. The pool was perfect! And we were in walking distance to a great beach and lots of activities downtown.

Great group trip location and lovely hosts

The hosts were very kind and responsive in the build up to our stay and during. Useful to have the two floors/apartments for a big group and the house was lovely, clean, well stocked kitchen etc. overall a really fun stay and would definitely recommend!

Croatian Holiday

Quiet, private, and very clean. Short ride to city centre and the beach and markets are walking distance. Highly recommend this house.

Didn't know what to expect

The house is really two two bedroom apartments stacked. Quite private considering right in town. Very nice gardening. Owners accommodated our very late arrive with a smile on there face. Pool refreshing, warm once you are in maybe 21-22 but when we were there the temp outside was 30ish. AC works great. No complaints. Don't rent a big vehicle in Croatia. Would I recommend this place, YES! Very relaxing.

Quaint, Authentic Home in suburban Split region

Authentic Split home with pool and close to Beach in a split suburb but very close to all major attractions Roomy enough for 2 full families and kept in very good condition Family run with exceptional attentiveness to guest needs Be careful with driving at night as it's a dirt side road with minimal lighting and tricky parking but very safe overall Uber is best option Great boating to local islands as well

Nice quiet place with a pool

Enjoyed our stay at this house in Znjan. The owners parents were waiting for us when we arrived and handed us the keys. Large place that is well laid out for a decent size group. We were able to drive to Strobec for dinner, downtown near the Palace and Riva for site seeing, and to various beaches. The beach closest to the house is under a bit of construction, can still quickly get to one nice swimming spot or walk about a mile to get to a beach club near the Radisson hotel. Otherwise the house is in a pretty quiet area

Fantastic stay for friends

We were 8 women staying for a Hen Do and had both apartments, the place was beautiful and very well equipped and comfortable, a real home from home. The host met us on arrival and departure and was super helpful with communication both before and during the stay, even helped us with arriving earlier when the airline changed our flight to an early morning flight. There were lots of useful and thoughtful touches, drinks on arrival in the fridge, a huge pack of extra toilet rolls and there were soaps, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent which we made use of, enough sun beds for guests and even wood stocked for the BBQ. Very good location and easily accessed with Ubers (and another but we just used uber). We had a couple of Wolt deliveries too and there are some supermarkets close by. Would 100% recommend a stay here! Thank you to the hosts! 3

WONDERFUL

Lovely property in a lovely setting. Great facilities and well maintained. It is two villas joined as one, with full kitchens, dining areas and sofa areas up and down stairs so privacy if you need it. Superb bathrooms and shower rooms, bidets, washing machines, dishwashers, and the all important air con - it's all here! Massive fridges with ice making facility - much needed as it was 38+ degrees while were there. Host is really helpful and her Dad Lovre met us, filled the fridge with cold drinks for us, topped up the chlorine in the pool and came to say goodbye. Absolutely great. Really 5 stars. The villa is down a side lane which leads down to the main road (about a 7 minute walk) which you can then walk into Znjan and the beach. It's on a hill so great when you're going down...! The nearest supermarket is called Plodine and that is a 15 minute walk (uphill) and is a cross between a Tesco and an Aldi, so lots to choose from. Make sure you weigh any fruit or veg at the weighing stations before you take to the till. There are plenty of vegan choices too - butter replacement, nuggets etc, ice cream (Ben and Jerrys!), all sorts of stuff. We used Ubers to get around - most expensive was 12 euros but mostly they were around 8e for a five+ seater. But THE most important thing - take lots & lots of mosquito/midge stuff - before and after treatment. You can't see the blighters but they can see you! (Germolene and Sudacreme also good to have in your arsenal). Fabulous place.

The property has plenty of character. On arrival it was absolutely spotless, checking in was very easy and the host even drove us to the local shop and back to help get some essentials which was very kind.The pool area is superb and bedrooms are large with comfortable beds.Beach is a short walk away and you can be in the main promenade in around 10mins.Definitely recommend this property and host.

Great location, nice and secluded, fab pool area. We were 11 ladies on a hen weekend, the villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner met us at the villa on arrival and even stocked the fridge with beers and cold drinks. He was very helpful, would definitely go back.

What a wonderful house! Every amenity you could possibly need and all the space of home! And Lovre was so very nice to stock the refrigerator for us as we had a very delayed arrival…thank you Lovre! Very relaxing! Excellent location…very peaceful!

Spacious, clean villa

We were a group of 8 ladies. The villa is split into what is 2 large apartments that you can walk between. Fully air conditioned and very spacious. Very well equipped with toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up liquid and complimentary drinks in the fridge on arrival. 10 minute walk to the local beach with a few beach bars and a local shop. Split town about 10 minutes by cab. Beware, ordinary cabs were expensive but Uber was cheap and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. Lovely pool area and friendly welcome from the owners.

Wonderful home and a great host.

Wonderful home and a great host. We very much enjoyed joyed our stay here. The home has two full kitchens and four bedrooms so plenty of room for a large group. The host was wonderful and accommodating. The pool was beautiful. The beaches are lovely and about a 10-15 minute walk. However it is not really convenient to walk to downtown Split. Probably a 60 minute walk. Uber works well.

Amazing, beautiful villa

Me and my girlfriends stay at this villa this weekend. We had the time of our life's. What an amazing owner, couldn't of been anymore helpful if he tired :) He Took us to the super market on the first day we arrived and helped us whilst we were in there with translations and then brought us back! Amazing He also Told me if I needed any help to message him on advise which was lovely :) The villa itselfs it situated in the most beautiful surroundings, so peaceful. About 10 min drive to the town centre which is perfect. The villa was lovely and spacious Definitely would recommend to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so perfect

Amazing, spacious, with private pool apartment

I have stayed at the Olive Shadow in August 2014 and words cannot describe how amazing this holiday was, how hospitable and welcoming Lovre the host was. The Olive Shadow is a true gem located in the city of Split with a large pool, spacious terraces and apartment which is designed and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Frankly, the house we live in England is smaller than this apartment! The Olive Shadow is literally 2 min away from the beaches and there are plenty to chose from. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area to chose from. Weather is amazingly warm and sunny, but dry, and temperature stood at around 28-30 degrees Celsius. Croatian people are welcoming, hospitable, and there to help out if you get lost. Lovre has took us around the first day we arrived and even took us to the large Tesco style supermarket to load on groceries for the week. He hasn't charged us for this, and he was there to help out with queries regarding the downtown Diocletian palace. Amazing, amazing, amazing house, amazing welcome, and we shall be hopefully back next year!!

It is located 200m from the beach in the area that has great beach scenery: bars and restaurants and children friendly area. In our near vicinity is Radisson Blu Hotel, Amphora and Fanat. Beaches have children and senior friendly accessibility.
