Questa deliziosa casa sul mare ha un grande portico coperto che si affaccia sul Golfo, una pianta aperta e un ponte su due livelli perfetto per leggere, prendere il sole, guardare le onde e i delfini! È perfetto per una coppia di coppie o due famiglie da condividere, con la spiaggia a pochi passi.

Il soggiorno con soffitti a volta è aperto sulla cucina e sulla zona pranzo, ha due divani e una poltrona, TV a schermo piatto / lettore DVD e porte-finestre che conducono al portico coperto di fronte all'acqua. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare a casa, con un'isola centrale ideale per la preparazione del cibo.

This is a beautiful beach cottage. Excellent location with a short walk to the beautiful beach. Quiet and peaceful as well. Very clean and has everything you need except for salt and pepper! If you plan on cooking, bring your spices! Our first trip to Dauphin Island and we really enjoyed our stay at Just Chillin’ My husband really took advantage of the hot tub, it was great!

Great house, close to the beach

Great location, easy walk to the beach. Two beach carts and beach toys were available which was very helpful. The house itself was comfortable, enjoyed the grills and the well stocked kitchen. Only complaint was that the wifi was spotty, not a great spot for getting work done but enough to unwind if you're on vacation.

Nice house, but improvements are needed

House sways when people walk. Washing machine was out of balance and made lots of noise. Minimal kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper, foil, wrap, etc. Beds were very uncomfortable. Lights flickered throughout the house. Beach equipment either didn’t exist or wasn’t usable (broken beach chairs). Our biggest concern was lack of safety on the back steps. They were slippery and had no treads for traction. My grandson and I both fell during our stay. WiFi was very SLOOOOW. Pages barely loaded. Frequently used cellular as WiFi was so slow. Very clean. Shower in master bedroom does not drain properly. Wagon was good but beach wheel wagon would be improvement.

Great place to stay!

This property was very nice, clean, and in a quiet location. Little longer of a walk then I thought.. Has plenty of towels and beach gear but would recommend bringing your own chairs and umbrella. Also bring laundry and dish detergent.. not given enough. Only complaints would be the beds. One king was fine the other was VERY HARD! Same deal with the twins.. one was great other was hard as a rock.

Wonderful home!

Loved the location of this beautiful home! A little further walk than expected but not to far. PLEANTY of towels. Would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella but this property still had a decent amount of beach gear. Only complaint was beds were a little hard. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

We had a great stay here! First time on Daulphin Island and the house was cute and the perfect walk to the beach! Our pups had such a great weekend, so will definitely be back! Only note would be that the sheets need to be updated, they were pretty worn which was not the best, other than that the house was perfect for the weekend!

idyllic place to stay

Initial impressions were excellent. Super clean house but also very nicely styled and renovated. Modern clean and neat and the perfect beaches sitting Short walk to the beach, it's not hard at all. It's merely at the end of the cul-de-sacIt's. Also the house has a few beach items to bring including a wagon which was super helpful in transporting all of our stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Full marks, five stars all around

Beautiful Home—Needs new beds!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home on Dauphin Island. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. The porch was a great space for our dog to safely enjoy the outdoors with us. The house was well-equipped with two grills, a picnic table, and a cozy hammock, which made for relaxing afternoons. The only downside was the beds, which were quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great spot for a beach getaway, but the beds could use an upgrade.

Second Great Stay

Plenty of space for our party of six. House was very and clean and well stocked. The open floor plan is great for entertaining while watching football or just hanging out. The chairs on the porch are great for morning coffee. The swing downstairs and picnic table were great to hang out as well. Short walk to the beach, and easy to hop on the bike trail. We will be back.

Just Chillin

I loved this house! Me, my boyfriend and our 5 teenagers stayed here a full week and had the best time. This home is spacious and clean and stocked with all the things you need. The beach access is great and they have a wagon to pull all your stuff. The beach itself is a nice sandy beach that felt private. Not all rental chair companies and resorts. Just Chillin was perfect and I hope to get back there again.

Perfect for Our Stay!

"Just Chillin" is a delightful house! We loved watching storms roll in from Mobile Bay on the north deck. The covered south deck almost always had a refreshing breeze, even on the warmest days. The location was perfectly set close to town, the West Beach, and access to the Mobile area. We were less than a minute's walk to the Gulf shore as well as the Bay side. The water from the tap was just fine for drinking, so no additional bottles were needed; however, we do recommend buying groceries in Mobile. We and our dog miss our time here already and can't wait to return one day.

Amazing house

The house was great for our family. It was my 2 year old’s first visit to the beach. Very clean, WiFi was great and a short walk to the beach. Advice- walk to the next street over and take that trail to the beach. The walk was less strenuous.

Nice home, great location

Our visit for 5 days was spoiled a bit by terrible weather. Windy, cloudy then torrential rain and flooding. The beach is very close and feels like a private beach with limited access for the public. The house is set up just fine. Large couches and a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were fine and bathrooms as well. Deck furniture was very nice. Would suit a family visit very well.

Great Beach Home

The house is one of the best we’ve at. Everything was well thought out to make your stay honey and comfortable - from plenty of towels and dishes to books, magazines, beach toys, wagon, and grill. The house was clean and we even received a notice that we could check in early. Would definitely recommend and stay in again. Thank you!
