Costruita nel 2015, questa casa contemporanea sul lungolago è stata progettata per vacanze in famiglia e per sfruttare appieno la bellezza dei dintorni della casa. Sono disponibili due master suite private, ognuna con il proprio portico schermato per godersi un tranquillo caffè mattutino con vista sulla baia panoramica. La prima suite principale ha un bagno completo con una doccia di lusso, mentre la seconda suite ha un bagno con vasca idromassaggio. E per il tuo divertimento, tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto.

Le aree comuni sono aperte con ampie viste sull'acqua e ampi posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno. Approfitta della veranda coperta di grandi dimensioni che si affaccia sul molo coperto. Lo chef di famiglia apprezzerà anche la cucina gourmet ben fornita e le aree per grigliate all'aperto.

Convenientemente situato a pochi minuti da RT. 33 e Beach Island Marina, questa casa vacanze si trova su un'insenatura privata con acque profonde e tranquille. Un vialetto in leggera pendenza consente a te e ai tuoi ospiti di sfruttare appieno un ampio parcheggio e spazio per il camper o il rimorchio della barca. La casa ha una vista libera della baia mentre incontra il panoramico fiume Clinch. Solo la bellezza della baia e del fiume è visibile dal nostro ampio ponte coperto che avvolge i due lati della casa, consentendo una splendida vista sull'acqua e sulla bellezza naturale circostante.

Il molo coperto sarà sempre messo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti per usufruire di acque profonde tutto l'anno. Goditi la nostra terrazza prendisole per nuoto, paddle boarding e kayak. L'acqua tranquilla della baia offre un'area sicura e calma per le famiglie di godersi l'acqua. Abbiamo fornito elettricità completa al dock con la possibilità di controllare la corrente dalla cima delle scale in modo da poter spegnere il dock mentre la tua famiglia sfrutta la baia.

Relaxation & Quality Family Time

Unbeatable view, quiet, calm cove perfect for floating, swimming, & kayaking with the family. We enjoyed ample relaxation and peace on this mini vacation, and decided unanimously that we’d definitely like to have another lake trip like this one. Clean, comfortable, and everything we needed to unwind & spend quality time with our young adult children.

Quiet with beautiful view

Very quiet setting with a beautiful view of the lake. House is spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood (hilly) roads for a good walk. Was able to hold a hour long Zoom meeting without any internet issues. Would book this house again.

Perfect Sisters Weekend Getaway

5 of us sisters had an amazing and much needed long weekend and Ned’s Norris Nook fit the bill. We absolutely loved so much about it. The kayaks were great, the hot tub was PERFECT for late night relaxing, the bonfire was fun, the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed so we didn’t even have to leave…. we brought ingredients for every meal and just had a blast for 3 nights! Of note…. we had to call property management twice for things that were anyone’s fault and both times were met with instant responses. The first time was because the internet connection was bad and the TVs weren’t working right. The pm (Naomi) came and reset the router and spent a LONG time making sure every TV worked. She was so helpful! The second time was because there was a major storm in the night and the next morning our dock had disengaged from the track. Therefore, we had no access to the dock. That day the pm was Amanda and she immediately sent a dock crew to get it back in line. We did puzzles, played cards, drank wine, soaked in the hot tub, fished, kayaked, had a bonfire, watched movies, cooked meals and had an amazing time. The beds (and all else) were very clean and so comfy. We loved the screened in porches. Would highly recommend this cabin. Hesitant to leave a good review cause we want it all to ourselves. Haha

Nice stay, beautiful view of Lake Norris

The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. House could also use more/better lighting on first floor. Very dim in the evenings. Nice place to stay if you’re planning on just staying at house. Otherwise, most other activities (I.e., hikes, shopping) are at least a 30-45 min drive away.

We loved this cabin. Our kids had a great time! We loved the dock and the porch. The master bedroom was amazing especially the bed. We loved the inclosed porch in each of our rooms. The showers and bathrooms were very clean! We will definitely be back and stay longer next time.

Buckeye State Family

This house and property is absolutely amazing! When you are on the deck it feels like you are the only ones around. This is my family’s 4th trip to Tennessee and this is by far the best trip we have taken and would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get away and enjoy some piece and quiet. The views are incredible and if you like being on or around the water then this is the perfect place for you. We look forward to coming back again!

Restful and quite vacation.

Absolute Paradise!

The home and location are perfect. We have stayed at several Norris lake properties, but this is by far our favorite. The house is spacious and clean. Check-in is easy. The kitchen is well stocked and the views are amazing! I don’t have one negative thing to say.

Perfect get away

We loved so much about this house - the locations, the size, the kitchen, the beds, the bathrooms. We had not so great weather but enjoyed the time inside - the weather caused damage to the dock but someone was out that night to make it safe for us to use. Bring warm clothes W the a/c is powerful, especially in the rooms upstairs. Already looking to book next year!

A true gem

This place is truly beautiful. The cove and location couldn’t be more perfect. The view is amazing. It is well stocked and the kayaks were such a bonus. House is clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely visit again.

Relaxing Getaway

The house was beautiful and property was very private, this was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beds were comfortable, they provided plenty of beach towels, kayaks, and firewood (to be replaced if you used some). There are no houses across the lake, so you have an unobstructed view of the lake. Only advice if you're brining young ones is to buy a roll of window screen/mesh to wrap around the front porch rail so that it's childproofed. Overall, this house exceeded expectations and we plan to come back!
